本发明涉及日化产品技术领域,属于一种液体洗涤剂组合物,具体涉及一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,产品包括沐浴液、洗手液、洗衣液等。
背景技术
随着科学进步和表面活性剂工业的发展,各种类型的表面活性剂逐步进入到国民经济的各相关领域中,对提高各相关行业的产品性能、质量起着越来越重要的作用。同时,社会文明的进步和人民生活水平的不断提高,对现代的洗涤工业也提出了新的要求,温和、易生物降解、安全高效、生态环保的新型表面活性剂顺应当代洗涤工业的需求应运而生。
脂肪醇醚羧酸盐(以下简称AEC)是一类新型的阴离子表面活性剂,对皮肤和眼睛温和,使用起来安全环保;它与其它表面活性剂的配伍性很好,清洗性能高且泡沫丰富;此产品几乎不受pH值和温度的影响,对酸、碱、氯稳定,抗硬水性好,钙皂分散能力强,具有优良的乳化、分散、润湿、易溶、增溶、低温溶解性能,易生物降解。由于它能适应不同应用领域对性能的不同要求,可广泛应用在化妆品及个人洗护用品上,如沐浴露、香波、手洗涤剂和温和型化妆品的活性基料。
从实际应用来看,AEC的刺激性非常小,是一种低刺激的环保型绿色表面活性剂。它作为一种具有优良使用性能表面活性剂,不但应用领域广泛,而且在所复配的产品中所占的比例较高,一般为3%-10%。
因而,AEC已成为表面活性剂中的一个极具潜力的“绿色”表面活性剂的重要品种。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种醇醚羧酸盐液体洗涤剂组合物,这种洗涤剂更温和,易生物降解,环保、安全有效。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。
一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,按重量百分比包含以下组分:
醇醚羧酸盐0.5%~25%;
两性离子表面活性剂0.5%~20%;
非离子表面活性剂0.1%~10%;
保湿剂0.1%~10.0%,所述保湿剂选自丙三醇、丁二醇、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、PEG-400、聚甘油酯-26、PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、芦荟提取物、海藻提取物、燕麦β-葡聚糖中的任一种或两种以上的混合物;
任选组分0.1%~15.0%,包括但不限于增稠剂、螯合剂、pH调节剂、粘度调节剂、防腐剂、香精、色素;
去离子水余量。
本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物中,适用于本发明的两性表面活性剂包括已知的用于个人护理清洁的氨基酸、甜菜碱、咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂。两性表面活性剂的优选浓度为2%~8%。
优选的两性表面活性剂,其结构被描述为脂族仲胺或叔胺的衍生物,其中脂族基团可以是直链或支链的,且其中一个脂族取代基包含约8-18个碳原子,且一个脂族取代基包含阴离子基团,如羧基、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根。
用于本发明的优选两性表面活性剂为N-椰油酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基乙酸盐、N-椰油酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基二乙酸盐、N-月桂基酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基乙酸盐、N-月桂基酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基二乙酸盐,以及他们的组合物。其中优选的两性离子化合物是甜菜碱。

本发明增加了具有皮肤护理功能的阳离子表面活性剂,其占组合物重量百分比为0.05%~3.0%;优选0.5%~2.0%;其中,阳离子表面活性剂选自:聚季氨盐-7、聚季氨盐-21、聚季氨盐-39、聚季氨盐-47中和一种或两种以上的混合物。其中优选的阳离子化合物是聚季氨盐-7。
本发明的醇醚羧酸盐液体洗涤剂组合物中,保湿剂占组合物重量约为0.5%~3.0%。其中保湿剂选自:丙三醇、丁二醇、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、PEG-400、聚甘油酯-26、PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、芦荟提取物、海藻提取物、燕麦β-葡聚糖中的一种或两种以上的混合物。其中优选保湿剂为:PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、芦荟提取物、海藻提取物。
本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物中,含水载体为一种适宜的溶剂。水为本组合物的优选载体,最优选去离子水或蒸馏水。
本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物中,还可包含占组合物总量0.1%~8.0%的珠光剂,所述珠光剂为乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的一种或它们的组合。
借由上述技术方案,本发明具有如下优点和有益技术效果:

具体实施方式

上述含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物是通过以下工艺步骤制备得到:
1)将适量去离子水加入到搅拌锅内,加入醇醚羧酸盐开动搅拌,待期完全溶解后,加入橄油酸单二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,充分搅拌使其完全溶解。
2)边搅拌边加热,升温至80-82℃,加入海藻提取物、PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、丙三醇、EDTA-2钠、搅拌20分钟,使其充分混合均匀,开始降温。
3)当温度降至45℃以下,加入氯化钠、柠檬酸、卡松CG、香精、色素等。继续搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀后。送检合格后出料。
实施例2
一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,按重量百分比计,包含以下的组分:
上述含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物是通过以下工艺步骤制备得到:
1)将适量去离子水加入到搅拌锅内,加入醇醚羧酸盐开动搅拌,待期完全溶解后,加入橄油酸单二乙醇酰胺、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,充分搅拌使其完全溶解。
2)边搅拌边加热,升温至80-82℃,加入聚季铵盐-7、海藻提取物、PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、EDTA-2钠、搅拌20分钟,使其充分混合均匀,开始降温。
3)当温度降至45℃以下,加入柠檬酸、氯化钠、卡松CG、香精、色素等。继续搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀后。送检合格后出料。
实施例3
一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,按重量百分比计,包含以下的组分:
上述含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物是通过以下工艺步骤制备得到:
1)将适量去离子水加入到搅拌锅内,加入醇醚羧酸盐开动搅拌,待期完全溶解后,加入月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,充分搅拌使其完全溶解。
2)边搅拌边加热,升温至80-82℃,加入海藻提取物、PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、丙三醇、EDTA-2钠搅拌20分钟,使其充分混合均匀,开始降温。
3)当温度降至45℃以下,加入氯化钠、柠檬酸、卡松CG、香精、色素等。继续搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀后,送检。合格后出料。
实施例4
一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,按重量百分比计,包含以下的组分:
上述含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物是通过以下工艺步骤制备得到:
1)将适量去离子水加入到搅拌锅内,加入醇醚羧酸盐开动搅拌,待期完全溶解后,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,充分搅拌使其完全溶解。
2)将珠光剂加入上述溶液中,边搅拌边加热,升温至80-82℃,海藻提取物、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、聚季铵盐-7、EDTA-2钠搅拌20分钟,使其充分混合均匀,开始降温。
3)当温度降至45℃以下,加入氯化钠、柠檬酸、卡松CG、香精、色素等。继续搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀后。送检合格后出料。
实施例5
一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,按重量百分比计,包含以下的组分:

实施例6
一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,按重量百分比计,包含以下的组分:
上述含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物是通过以下工艺步骤制备得到:
1)将适量去离子水加入到搅拌锅内,加入醇醚羧酸盐开动搅拌,待期完全溶解后,加入月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,充分搅拌使其完全溶解。
2)边搅拌边加热,升温至80-82℃,加入海藻提取物、聚季铵盐-7、EDTA-2钠,搅拌20分钟,使其充分混合均匀,开始降温。
3)当温度降至45℃以下,加入氯化钠、柠檬酸、卡松CG、香精、色素等。继续搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀后,送检。合格后出料。
效果试验例
醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂的洗涤效果验证:
为验证含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂的洗涤效果及洗后感觉,特与市售知名含脂肪醇醚硫酸盐的对比例2例进行对照:
对照实验方法:
将6个实施例与2个对比例交与40人的评测小组,每个实施例分装5瓶测试样品,采取随机测试的方式将测试分发给每个小组的每个成员,要求小组成员按照正常的洗手方式依次对测试样品的起泡速度、泡沫量、冲水难易程度、去污能力,洗后舒适度、保湿度、温和性进行评分,评分采用5分制,其中评估等级从0~1(极差)、1~2(差)、2~3(满意)、3~4(好)、4~5(极好),将得分情况汇总后取均值所,所得结果如下表1所示。

以上对比实验的数据说明:本发明实施例1-6的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂具有良好的去污性、发泡力和泡沫稳定性;洗后舒适度好、温和低刺激。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,所述洗涤剂组合物是包含以下组分:
醇醚羧酸盐0.5%~25%;
两性离子表面活性剂0.5%~20%;
非离子表面活性剂0.1%~10%;
保湿剂0.1%~10.0%,所述保湿剂选自:丙三醇、丁二醇、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、PEG-400、聚甘油酯-26、PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、芦荟提取物、海藻提取物、燕麦β-葡聚糖中的任一种或两种以上的混合物;
任选组分0.1%~15.0%,包括但不限于:增稠剂、螯合剂、pH调节剂、粘度调节剂、防腐剂、香精、色素;
去离子水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述两性表面活性剂选自氨基酸型两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂、咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂中的任一种或以上的组合;所述两性表面活性剂占组合物重量百分比为2%~8%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述两性表面活性剂为脂族仲胺或叔胺的衍生物,其中脂族基团可以是直链或支链的,且其中一个脂族取代基包含约8-18个碳原子,且一个脂族取代基包含阴离子基团,如羧基、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述两性表面活性剂为N-椰油酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基乙酸盐、N-椰油酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基二乙酸盐、N-月桂基酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基乙酸盐、N-月桂基酰胺基乙基-N-羟乙基二乙酸盐,以及他们的组合物;其中优选的两性离子化合物是甜菜碱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂占组合物重量百分比为1%~6%;其中非离子表面活性剂选自烷基糖苷、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺中的任一种或两种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:还包含占组合物重量百分比为0.05%~3.0%的阳离子表面活性剂;其中,阳离子表面活性剂选自聚季氨盐-7、聚季氨盐-21、聚季氨盐-39、聚季氨盐-47中和一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述阳离子表面活性剂占组合物重量百分比为0.5%~2.0%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述保湿剂占组合物重量为0.5%~3.0%,优选为PEG-8杏仁甘油酯、芦荟提取物、海藻提取物三种的混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:还包含占组合物总量0.1%~8.0%的珠光剂,所述珠光剂为乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的一种或它们的组合。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的含有醇醚羧酸盐成分的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:是由以下工艺步骤制备得到:
1)将适量去离子水加入到搅拌锅内,加入醇醚羧酸盐开动搅拌,待期完全溶解后,加入两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,充分搅拌使其完全溶解。
2)边搅拌边加热,升温至80-82℃,加入阳离子表面活性剂、保湿剂、珠光剂、增稠剂、螯合剂搅拌20分钟,使其充分混合均匀,开始降温。
3)当温度降至45℃以下,加入pH调节剂、粘度调节剂、防腐剂、香精、色素等。继续搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀后。送检合格后出料。
