本发明属于洗护用品领域,尤其涉及广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人类对自身健康的关注,身上衣物的清洁卫生更是关注的重点。但是传统清洁手段只能将肉眼可见的对人体有害物去除,而人眼不可见的有害细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒往往被人们忽视。尤其是一些外衣,因为这些外衣直接与我们身处的周围环境接触,极易受到外界的污染,这其中包括看得见的污渍和看不见的细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒,其中像羽绒服这样的冬季御寒衣物,因为有着良好的御寒效果,重量轻并且穿着舒适,已受到广大消费者额认可和青睐。但羽绒服属于季节性服装,穿着后的保存就变得尤为重要,大部分羽绒服都会有较长的穿着时间,非常容易滋生细菌、真菌等有害物质。传统的清洁只能清楚看的见得污渍,不能有效的杀死在长时间穿着后衣物上所滋生的细菌真菌,如果不清除干净,收纳到衣柜中,还会对衣柜内其他衣物造成污染。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液及其制造方法,能清洁污渍同时又可杀死有害细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液。这将解决在我们清洗过程中不能有效杀死有害细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒这一问题,大大提高了我们的健康条件。
本发明的技术方案:广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏:0.2~1份、阳离子抗静电剂:0.2-2份、AES:6~10份、尼纳尔:2~6份、OP-10:1~6份、EDTA:0.1~1份、氯化钠:0.2~1份、香精:0.01~0.04份、色素:0.01~0.04份、余量为软化水。

广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液的制造方法,其特征在于:在常温常压下,按照顺序投放如反应釜中:软化水—阳离子抗静电剂—AES—尼纳尔— OP-10—碘伏—EDTA—氯化钠—香精—色素,即可得到成品。
进一步地,还投入柠檬酸钠-碱性蛋白酶。
进一步地,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏:0.2~1份、阳离子抗静电剂:0.2-2 份、AES:6~10份、尼纳尔:2~6份、OP-10:1~6份、EDTA:0.1~1份、氯化钠:0.2~1份、香精:0.01~0.04份、色素:0.01~0.04份、余量为软化水。
进一步地,柠檬酸钠及碱性蛋白酶加入前需搅拌均匀,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用。
本发明有益效果是:具能清洁污渍同时又可杀死有害细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液。这将解决在我们清洗过程中不能有效杀死有害细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒这一问题,大大提高了我们的健康条件;
原料易得,制备简单,与传统衣物清洗液比性能更加优越,成本低,附加值高;
经过试验,发明人成功制造出广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,产品符合国家要求安全的相关规定,使用方便,清洁后的物品对人体无毒副作用,可直接接触皮肤。经检测物品清洁处有害细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒已被有效杀死。

广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏:0.2~1份、阳离子抗静电剂:0.2-2份、AES:6~10 份、尼纳尔:2~6份、OP-10:1~6份、EDTA:0.1~1份、氯化钠:0.2~1份、香精:0.01~0.04份、色素:0.01~0.04份、余量为软化水。

还包括碱性蛋白酶8份。
广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液的制造方法,在常温常压下,按照顺序投放如反应釜中:软化水—阳离子抗静电剂—AES—尼纳尔—OP-10—碘伏—EDTA—氯化钠—香精—色素,即可得到成品。
还投入柠檬酸钠-碱性蛋白酶。

制备10公斤(10Kg)本发明品,按照顺序投放如反应釜中:软化水—阳离子抗静电剂—AES—尼纳尔—OP-10—碘伏—EDTA—氯化钠—香精—色素。
制备步骤::软化水(7298g)—阳离子抗静电剂(200g)—AES(1000g)—尼纳尔(600g)—OP-10(600g)—碘伏(100g)—EDTA(100g)—氯化钠(100g)—香精 (4g)—香精(4g)。混合后得到目标产物:广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,而且还能够起到杀毒、灭菌的作用。
实施例2
制备10公斤(10Kg)本发明品,按照顺序投放如反应釜中:软化水—阳离子抗静电剂—AES—尼纳尔—OP-10—碘伏—EDTA—氯化钠—香精—色素。
制备步骤:软化水(9025g)—阳离子抗静电剂(20g)—AES(600g) —尼纳尔(200g)—OP-10(100g)—碘伏(20g)—EDTA(10g)—氯化钠(20g)—香精(2.5g)—香精(2.5g)。混合后得到目标产物:广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,而且还能够起到杀毒、灭菌的作用。
实施例3
制备10公斤(10Kg)本发明品,按照顺序投放如反应釜中:软化水—阳离子抗静电剂—AES—尼纳尔—OP-10—碘伏—EDTA—氯化钠—香精—色素—柠檬酸钠—碱性蛋白酶。
制备步骤:软化水(7825g)—阳离子抗静电剂(20g)—AES(600g) —尼纳尔(200g)—OP-10(100g)—碘伏(20g)—EDTA(10g)—氯化钠(20g)—香精(2.5g)—香精(2.5g)—柠檬酸钠(600g)—碱性蛋白酶(600g)。混合后得到目标产物:广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,而且还能够起到杀毒、灭菌的作用。

1.广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏:0.2~1份、阳离子抗静电剂:0.2-2份、AES:6~10份、尼纳尔:2~6份、OP-10:1~6份、EDTA:0.1~1份、氯化钠:0.2~1份、香精:0.01~0.04份、色素:0.01~0.04份、余量为软化水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于AES 8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于尼纳尔4份。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于还包括柠檬酸钠8份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于还包括碱性蛋白酶8份。
6.广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液的制造方法,其特征在于:在常温常压下,按照顺序投放如反应釜中:软化水—阳离子抗静电剂—AES—尼纳尔—OP-10—碘伏—EDTA—氯化钠—香精—色素,即可得到成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液的制造方法,其特征在于还投入柠檬酸钠-碱性蛋白酶。
8.根据权利要求6所述的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液的制造方法,其特征在于各组分质量份数如下:碘伏:0.2~1份、阳离子抗静电剂:0.2-2份、AES:6~10份、尼纳尔:2~6份、OP-10:1~6份、EDTA:0.1~1份、氯化钠:0.2~1份、香精:0.01~0.04份、色素:0.01~0.04份、余量为软化水。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的广谱灭菌型羽绒服清洗液的制造方法,其特征在于加入柠檬酸钠及碱性蛋白酶前需搅拌均匀,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用。
