本发明属于洗护用品领域,尤其涉及广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液及其制造方法,包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏0.2~0.8份,AES2~6份,ABS4~6份,尼纳1~4份,食盐0.1~0.4份,香精0.01~0.04份,色素0.01~0.04份,EDTA 0.1~1份,OP‑10 4~6份,余量为蒸馏水。本发明的有益效果:具有灭菌、清洁双重作用,能够有效的去除污渍而且还能起到消毒杀菌的作用,还能够对不良染色进行有效的清洗,产业化具有极为重要的社会意义和经济意义。

本发明属于洗衣液领域,尤其涉及广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人类对自身健康的关注和细菌病毒的增多,人们在生活中使用洗衣液有着很高的要求,既需要发挥它的清洁作用,同时人们也希望它能够起到杀灭有害的真菌、细菌的效果。
针对这一情况,我们制造出一种即可清洁同时又可杀毒、灭菌的广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液。这将解决清洗的同时还能有效的灭菌、杀毒,且对人体没有任何刺激,大大提高了我们的健康条件。
发明内容
为要解决的上述问题,本发明提供广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液及其制造方法。
本发明的技术方案:广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液,其特征在于其特征在于包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏0.2~0.8 份,AES2~6份,ABS4~6份,尼纳1~4份,食盐0.1~0.4份,香精0.01~0.04 份,色素0.01~0.04份,EDTA 0.1~1份,OP-10 4~6份,余量为蒸馏水。
AES 4.5份。
ABS 5份。
还包括柠檬酸钠4.5份。
还包括碱性蛋白酶4.5份。
广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于:在常温常压下,按照顺序将蒸馏水、AES、尼纳尔、碘伏、EDTA、香精、色素、食盐材料混合。
按照顺序将所涉及的组分材料混合具体顺序:依次混合蒸馏水、AES、尼纳尔、碘伏、EDTA、香精、食盐。
洗衣液包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏 0.2~0.8份,AES2~6份,ABS4~6份,尼纳1~4份,食盐0.1~0.4份,香精 0.01~0.04份,色素0.01~0.04份,EDTA 0.1~1份,OP-10 4~6份,余量为蒸馏水。
柠檬酸钠及碱性蛋白酶加入前需搅拌均匀,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用。
本发明有益效果是:具有灭菌、清洁双重作用,能够有效的去除污渍而且还能起到消毒杀菌的作用,还能够对不良染色进行有效的清洗,本发明所得产物PH值为中性;所选用的原料,易获得且成本低,生产工艺简单产量大,所产产品有较大附加值;本发明使用碘伏具有广谱杀菌作用,可杀灭细菌繁殖体、真菌、原虫和部分病毒,产业化具有极为重要的社会意义和经济意义。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式做出说明。
广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液,其特征在于洗衣液包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏0.2~0.8份,AES2~6份,ABS4~6 份,尼纳1~4份,食盐0.1~0.4份,香精0.01~0.04份,色素0.01~0.04份, EDTA 0.1~1份,OP-10 4~6份,余量为蒸馏水。
AES 4.5份。
ABS 5份。
还包括柠檬酸钠4.5份。
还包碱性蛋白酶4.5份。

制备步骤:蒸馏水(7994g)—ABS(500g)—AES(400g)—尼纳尔(250g) —碘伏(80g)—EDTA(70g)—OP-10(500g)—香精(3g)—色素(3g) —食盐(200g)。混合后得到目标产物:广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液。用目标产物清洗过的衣物床单等不仅能起到有效的清洁作用,而且还能够起到杀毒、灭菌的作用。
实施例2
制备10公斤(10Kg)本发明品,依次混合蒸馏水、AES、尼纳尔、碘伏、EDTA、香精、食盐制备。
制备步骤:蒸馏水(7894g)—ABS(500g)—AES(500g)—尼纳尔(300g) —碘伏(50g)—EDTA(30g)—OP-10(500g)—香精(3g)—色素(3g) —食盐(220g)。混合后得到目标产物:广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液。用目标产物清洗过的衣物床单等不仅能起到有效的清洁作用,而且还能够起到杀毒、灭菌的作用。
实施例3
制备10公斤(10Kg)本发明品,依次混合蒸馏水、AES、尼纳尔、碘伏、EDTA、香精、食盐制备、柠檬酸钠、碱性蛋白酶。
制备步骤:蒸馏水(6894g)—ABS(500g)—AES(500g)—尼纳尔(300g) —碘伏(50g)—EDTA(30g)—OP-10(500g)—香精(3g)—色素(3g) —食盐(220g)—柠檬酸钠(500g)-碱性蛋白酶(500g)。混合后得到目标产物:广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液。用目标产物清洗过的衣物床单等不仅能起到有效的清洁作用,而且还能够起到杀毒、灭菌的作用。

1.广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液,其特征在于包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏0.2~0.8份,AES2~6份,ABS4~6份,尼纳1~4份,食盐0.1~0.4份,香精0.01~0.04份,色素0.01~0.04份,EDTA 0.1~1份,OP-10 4~6份,余量为蒸馏水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液方,其特征在于:AES 4.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液,其特征在于:ABS5份。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液,其特征在于还包括柠檬酸钠4.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液,其特征在于还包括碱性蛋白酶4.5份。
6.广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于:在常温常压下,按照顺序将蒸馏水、AES、尼纳尔、碘伏、EDTA、香精、色素、食盐材料混合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于洗衣液包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:碘伏0.2~0.8份,AES2~6份,ABS4~6份,尼纳1~4份,食盐0.1~0.4份,香精0.01~0.04份,色素0.01~0.04份,EDTA 0.1~1份,OP-10 4~6份,余量为蒸馏水。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的广谱灭菌型家庭专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于柠檬酸钠及碱性蛋白酶加入前需搅拌均匀,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用。
