Abstract

本发明提供一种含茶皂素的清洁剂及其制备方法,所述清洁剂主要由以下原料制备而成:茶油饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液、氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮等。其中油茶饼提取液主要起到去污的作用;橘子皮提取液作为辅助去污成分,散发的清香味道还起到调味剂作用;肉桂提取液具有防腐作用;氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠不仅可以去污还具有消毒杀菌之功效;氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠作为洗涤助剂,增强了清洁剂的清洁功效。本发明的清洁剂通过各组分的合理配制,增强了去污、杀菌能力,而且其制备方法简单,材料来源广泛,制作成本低。本发明适用于餐具、水果、蔬菜等日常清洗。

一种含茶皂素的清洁剂及其制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及洗涤技术领域,具体涉及一种含茶皂素的清洁剂及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
目前市场上销售的清洁剂品种繁多,洗涤效果也比较好,但是传统的清洁剂主要原料来源于化工材料,不仅增大了清洁剂的成本,而且这种清洁剂使用后对人体皮肤伤害很大,且洗涤后的污水排出,还污染环境。另外,现有的清洁剂洗蔬菜、水果、餐具等会有残留,长期使用影响人们的身体健康。而如今随着生活水平的提高,人们对生活用品的追求慢慢的倾向于纯天然、无污染。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上问题,本发明提供一种含茶皂素的天然清洁剂,该清洁剂主要成分是油茶饼提取液,油茶饼富含天然茶皂素,茶皂素能迅速去除油污,好冲又好洗,不伤手,其独有的杀菌、解毒、消炎的特性配合橘子皮提取液、氯化钠、醋、碳酸氢钠、肉桂等具有清洁洗涤及杀菌防腐的原料,制成一款纯天然的清洁剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种含茶皂素的清洁剂主要由以下原料制成:油茶饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液、氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、米醋、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮。
所述油茶饼提取液是按以下方法制备获得:将茶籽饼粕粉粹、研磨后,过150-200目筛网,得到油茶饼粉,按油茶饼粉重量比加入3~4倍的纯净水,恒温70℃,搅拌1h~1.5h,过滤,取滤液,然后将滤液放入匀质机中处理,取得匀质液体,用离心机分离,设定切向流速为4L/M,离心完后取上清液超膜滤化,截留液体为油茶饼提取液;
所述橘子皮提取液是按以下方法制备获得:橘子皮洗净,放入旋转式压榨机,加压榨出橘子皮油水混合物,将榨出的油水混合物经纱布过滤,取滤液在100℃-110℃温度下加热0.5-1h后冷却,制得橘子皮提取液;
所述肉桂提取是按以下方法制备获得:将肉桂洗净,按肉桂重量比加入4-5倍纯净水煮沸,持续30min-50min,冷却后过滤取滤液,置4℃-10℃下储存。
优选地,所述清洁剂各原料按如下重量百分比组成:油茶饼提取液50-60%、橘子皮提取液6-9%、肉桂提取液5-8%、氯化钠3-6%、米醋3-5%、碳酸氢钠3-5%、氢氧化钠5-7%、柠檬酸钠5-7%、甲基异噻唑啉酮5-8%;
优选地,所述清洁剂各原料按如下重量百分比组成:油茶饼粉提取液55%、橘子皮提取液8%、肉桂提取液6%、氯化钠4%、米醋4%、苏打粉4%、氢氧化钠6%、柠檬酸钠6%、甲基异噻唑啉酮7%;
按重量百分比称取各原材料,将茶油饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液混匀后加热,恒温55℃,搅拌5-10min,依次加入经氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮,再充分搅拌10-20min,最后加入氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠粉充分搅拌,过0.5u微滤膜制得。
本发明具有以下有益效果:由于所述清洁剂主要采用天然茶皂素,配合橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液、氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠的协同作用,因此可以快速除去餐具、蔬菜、水果等物品上的污渍及农药物等。另外,所述清洁剂不仅对环境无污染、降解性好、安全无毒、对人体皮肤无刺激性等优点,而且洗后无残留,又具有抑菌、除味的作用。
【具体实施方式】
下面的实施例可以帮助本领域的技术人员更全面的理解本发明,但不可以以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
按重量百分比称取:茶籽提取液50%、橘子皮提取液9%、肉桂提取液8%、氯化钠6%、米醋3%、碳酸氢钠5%、氢氧化钠7%、柠檬酸钠7%、甲基异噻唑啉酮5%。
将茶油饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液混匀后加热,恒温55℃,搅拌5-10min,依次加入氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮,再充分搅拌10-20min,最后加入氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠充分搅拌,过0.5u微滤膜制得。将清洁剂与清水按50g:1L稀释于容器中,然后将餐具、蔬菜、水果等浸泡在溶液中,5-10min后取出并用清水冲净。
实施例2:
按重量百分比称取:油茶饼粉提取液55%、橘子皮提取液8%、肉桂提取液6%、氯化钠4%、米醋4%、碳酸氢钠4%、氢氧化钠6%、柠檬酸钠6%、甲基异噻唑啉酮7%。
将油茶饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液混匀后加热,恒温55℃,搅拌5-10min,依次加入氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮,再充分搅拌10-20min,最后加入氯化钠盐、米醋、碳酸氢钠充分搅拌,过0.5u微滤膜制得。将清洁剂与清水按50g:1L稀释于容器中,然后将餐具、蔬菜、水果等浸泡在溶液中,5-10min后取出并用清水冲净。
实施例3:
按重量百分比称取:茶籽提取液60%、橘子皮提取液6%、肉桂提取液5%,氯化钠3%、米醋5%、碳酸氢钠3%、氢氧化钠5%、柠檬酸钠5%、甲基异噻唑啉酮8%。
将油茶饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液混匀后加热,恒温55℃,搅拌5-10min,依次加入氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮,再充分搅拌10-20min,最后加入氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠充分搅拌,过0.5u微滤膜制得。将清洁剂与清水按50g:1L稀释于容器中,然后将餐具、蔬菜、水果等浸泡在溶液中,5-10min后取出并用清水冲净。
实施例4:
按重量百分比称取:茶籽提取液58%、橘子皮提取液9%、肉桂提取液6%,氯化钠3%、米醋4%、碳酸氢钠4%、氢氧化钠5%、柠檬酸钠5%、甲基异噻唑啉酮6%。
将油茶饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液混匀后加热,恒温55℃,搅拌5-10min,依次加入氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮,再充分搅拌10-20min,最后加入氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠充分搅拌,过0.5u微滤膜制得。将清洁剂与清水按50g:1L稀释于容器中,然后将餐具、蔬菜、水果等浸泡在溶液中,5-10min后取出并用清水冲净。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种含茶皂素的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述清洁剂主要由以下原料制成:茶籽饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液、氯化钠、碳酸氢纳、米醋、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮;
所述茶油饼提取液是按以下方法制备获得:将茶籽饼粕粉粹、研磨后,过150-200目筛网,得到油茶饼粉,按油茶饼粉重量比加入3~4倍的纯净水,恒温70℃,搅拌1h~1.5h,过滤,取滤液,然后将滤液放入匀质机中处理,取得匀质液体,用离心机分离,设定切向流速为4L/M,离心完后取上清液超膜滤化,截留液体为油茶饼提取液;
所述肉桂提取是按以下方法制备获得:将肉桂洗净,按肉桂重量比加入4-5倍纯净水煮沸,持续30min-50min,冷却后过滤取滤液,置4℃-10℃下储存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含茶皂素的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述清洁剂各原料按如下重量百分比组成:油茶饼提取液50-60%、橘子皮提取液6-9%、肉桂提取液5-8%、氯化钠3-6%、米醋3-5%、碳酸氢钠3-5%、氢氧化钠5-7%、柠檬酸钠5-7%、甲基异噻唑啉酮5-8%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含茶皂素的清洁剂,其特征在于:所述清洁剂各原料按如下重量百分比组成:油茶饼提取液55%、橘子皮提取液8%、肉桂提取液6%、氯化钠4%、米醋4%、碳酸氢钠4%、氢氧化钠6%、柠檬酸钠6%、甲基异噻唑啉酮7%。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种含茶皂素的清洁剂,其制备方法如下:将油茶饼提取液、橘子皮提取液、肉桂提取液混匀后加热,恒温55℃,搅拌5-10min,然后依次加入氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基异噻唑啉酮,再充分搅拌10-20min,最后加入氯化钠、米醋、碳酸氢钠充分搅拌,过0.5u微滤膜制得。
