Abstract
本发明公开了一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物,采用质量比50%的三羟基丙烷油酸酯和50%的己二酸二辛酯DOA复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗氧防腐剂、抗泡剂、抗雾剂、防胶剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的热氧安定性、密封材料相溶性、蒸发过程平稳、低泡、无腐蚀性、低油烟雾、防胶、结炭少等性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物属于真空泵油领域。
背景技术
扩散泵是利用在泵内的特殊工作液体,在加热后产生蒸汽,使泵内的气体分子扩散到蒸汽中,导致被压缩到最大密度而被前级泵抽出。工作液的蒸汽经过冷凝后,变成液体回流到工作液体贮槽,如此循环往复进行工作,已达到高正空的目的。扩散泵油有两个显著特点,首先工作液的蒸汽压低,其次,油分子体积较大;此外,还有极低气体压强和高闪点以及对环境友好。
发明内容
本发明的组合物具有良好的热氧安定性、密封材料相溶性、蒸发过程平稳、低泡、无腐蚀性、低油烟雾、防胶、结炭等性能的环境友好扩散泵油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物,采用质量比50%的三羟基丙烷油酸酯和50%的己二酸二辛酯DOA复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分的质量百分比含量为100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的二壬基二苯胺T558和50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
抗雾剂是聚异丁烯T603C,防胶剂是3,7-二异辛基硫氮杂蒽。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的组合物具有良好的热氧安定性、密封材料相溶性、蒸发过程平稳、消泡、无腐蚀性、抗雾、防胶、结炭少等性能。

1.一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的三羟基丙烷油酸酯和50%的己二酸二辛酯DOA复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物,其特征在于:抗氧剂是质量比50%的二壬基二苯胺T558和50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物,其特征在于:金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物,其特征在于:抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物,其特征在于:抗雾剂是聚异丁烯T603C,防胶剂是3,7-二异辛基硫氮杂蒽。
