Abstract
本发明公开了一种环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物,采用质量比50%的三羟甲基丙烷牛油酸酯和50%的硬酯酸丁酯(BS)复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗泡剂、防雾剂、防胶剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的热氧化安定性、低温流动性和扩散性、蒸发性稳定、低泡、抗氧化、低结炭、防胶等性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种环境友好扩散泵油组合物属于增压泵润滑剂领域。
背景技术
增压泵是一种综合喷气和扩散的油蒸汽泵,它是利用泵内工作液体蒸发,冷凝来驱赶走气体,而获得增压。增压泵本身的特点是有较大的油气抽气速率,而相对极限不高,通常是在泵配有机械泵作为前级的工况下使用。增压泵油要求具有轻组分较多、粘度小、闪点较高的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好的热氧化安定性、低温流动性和扩散性、蒸发性稳定、低泡、抗氧化、低结炭、防胶性能的环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物,采用质量比50%的三羟甲基丙烷牛油酸酯和50%的硬酯酸丁酯BS复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分的质量百分比含量为100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的丁基/辛基二苯胺T557和50%的2,5-二正丁氨基-对苯醌复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的吩噻嗪和50%含苯三唑衍生物复合剂T531复合。
抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
抗雾剂是聚异丁烯T603C,防胶剂是1,4-二羟基蒽醌。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的组合物环境友好,轻组分较多、粘度小、闪点较高,具有良好的热氧化安定性、低温流动性和扩散性、蒸发性稳定、低泡、抗氧化、低结炭、防胶性能。

1.一种环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的三羟甲基丙烷牛油酸酯和50%的硬酯酸丁酯BS复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物,其特征在于:抗氧剂是质量比50%的丁基/辛基二苯胺T557和50%的2,5-二正丁氨基-对苯醌复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物,其特征在于:金属减活剂是质量比50%的吩噻嗪和50%含苯三唑衍生物复合剂T531复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物,其特征在于:抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好全合成增压泵油的组合物,其特征在于:抗雾剂是聚异丁烯T603C,防胶剂是1,4-二羟基蒽醌。
