本发明公开了一种可旋转式黄粑切块装置，包括转盘（2）、刀片（4）、支杆（6），其特征在于：转盘（2）安装于驱动架（1）的上部，支撑架（3）上装有支杆（6），支杆（6）置于转盘（2）的正上方，支杆（6）上通过刀杆（5）可升降地装有刀片（4），且刀杆（5）与支杆（6）之间可移动地配合，刀杆（5）顶部连接有止位块（7），止位块（7）置于支杆（6）上面，支杆（6）上设置有长方形滑槽（9），刀杆（5）是与滑槽（9）相配合的截面为长方形的杆体，支杆（6）的上表面设置有长度刻线，转盘（2）的外周圆上设置有角度刻线。本发明结构简单、高效实用、方便可靠、优质可调，适合黄粑切块的推广使用。

本发明属于食品制作装置技术领域，具体来说涉及一种可旋转式黄粑切块装置。
背景技术
黄粑，名黄糕粑，是贵州非常有名且颇有特色的食品，因味美价廉深受人们喜爱，其需求量也日益增加。黄粑的制作过程较为繁杂，其中块体的切割成型是十分重要的过程。
现有技术中，黄粑的切块环节主要存在以下问题：（1）针对黄粑切块加工的结构较少，通常需要手工完成；（2）一种切块装置在完成一次切割动作后，需要取出进行下一次操作，工作过程繁杂；（3）切块过程对块体尺寸的精度把握较差，不能保证精准的重量，给生产造成困难；（4）制作过程耗费大量劳动力，生产效率低。以上诸多问题都严重影响了黄粑的制作生产过程。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供的一种结构简单、高效实用、方便可靠、优质可调的可旋转式黄粑切块装置。
本发明目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的：
本发明的可旋转式黄粑切块装置，包括转盘、刀片、支杆，其中：转盘安装于驱动架的上部，支撑架上装有支杆，支杆置于转盘的正上方，支杆上通过刀杆可升降地装有刀片，且刀杆与支杆之间可移动地配合，刀杆顶部连接有止位块，止位块置于支杆上面。
上述可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其中：支杆上设置有长方形滑槽，刀杆是与滑槽相配合的截面为长方形的杆体。
上述可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其中：支杆的上表面设置有长度刻线。
上述可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其中：转盘的外周圆上设置有角度刻线。
上述可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其中：止位块顶部设置有手持环。
上述可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其中：刀片下部设置有尖刺部。
本发明同现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。由以上技术方案可知，本发明的可旋转式黄粑切块装置中，转盘安装于驱动架的上部，支撑架上装有支杆，支杆置于转盘的正上方，当黄粑块成型模置于转盘上时，便于转动不同的角度，实现多方向的切割；支杆上设置有长方形滑槽，刀杆是与滑槽相配合的截面为长方形的杆体，实现了刀杆在滑槽内的提升和移动，便于压刀切块、提升退刀、移刀调整合适位置等操作；刀杆顶部连接有止位块，止位块置于支杆上面，实现了刀杆的止位动作，避免向下滑落；支杆的上表面设置有长度刻线，转盘的外周圆上设置有角度刻线，便于控制切块角度和位置，精确可靠；止位块顶部设置有手持环，便于刀片的提升与下压动作，方便实用。总之，本发明结构简单、高效实用、方便可靠、优质可调，适合黄粑切块的推广使用。

参见图1至图2，本发明的可旋转式黄粑切块装置，包括转盘2、刀片4、支杆6，其中：转盘2安装于驱动架1的上部，支撑架3上装有支杆6，支杆6置于转盘2的正上方，支杆6上通过刀杆5可升降地装有刀片4，且刀杆5与支杆6之间可移动地配合，刀杆5顶部连接有止位块7，止位块7置于支杆6上面。支杆6上设置有长方形滑槽9，刀杆5是与滑槽9相配合的截面为长方形的杆体。支杆6的上表面设置有长度刻线。转盘2的外周圆上设置有角度刻线。止位块7顶部设置有手持环8。刀片4下部设置有尖刺部。
使用时，参见图3，先将装有黄粑的成型模11置于转盘2上，调整转盘2、刀片4至合适位置，下压止位块7使刀片4进行黄粑块10的切块动作，然后提升刀片4，旋转转盘2至需要的角度，下压止位块7使刀片4再一次进行黄粑块10的切块动作，直至满足切块需求即可。本发明结构简单、高效实用、方便可靠、优质可调，适合黄粑切块的推广使用。

1.一种可旋转式黄粑切块装置，包括转盘（2）、刀片（4）、支杆（6），其特征在于：转盘（2）安装于驱动架（1）的上部，支撑架（3）上装有支杆（6），支杆（6）置于转盘（2）的正上方，支杆（6）上通过刀杆（5）可升降地装有刀片（4），且刀杆（5）与支杆（6）之间可移动地配合，刀杆（5）顶部连接有止位块（7），止位块（7）置于支杆（6）上面。
2.如权利要求1所述的可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其特征在于：支杆（6）上设置有长方形滑槽（9），刀杆（5）是与滑槽（9）相配合的截面为长方形的杆体。
3.如权利要求1所述的可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其特征在于：支杆（6）的上表面设置有长度刻线。
4.如权利要求1所述的可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其特征在于：转盘（2）的外周圆上设置有角度刻线。
5.如权利要求1所述的可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其特征在于：止位块（7）顶部设置有手持环（8）。
6.如权利要求1所述的可旋转式黄粑切块装置，其特征在于：刀片（4）下部设置有尖刺部。
