本发明涉及一种防裂砂轮,采用的技术方案是,在砂轮中间,设置有防裂平板,防裂平板与砂轮中心轴垂直连接,连接方式是中心轴与防裂平板中心焊接。防裂平板周围均布孔洞,砂轮原料将防裂平板预埋其间,然后挤压烧结,这样将极大的降低砂轮碎裂的几率。有益效果是,大大降低砂轮碎裂的几率,提高使用的安全性。

本发明涉及机械工具,尤其是一种防裂砂轮。
背景技术
现有技术中,砂轮广泛应用于工业生产和日常生活中,由于砂轮是实心的,在使用过程中级车发生砂轮碎裂伤人的事故,而且直径越大出现危险的几率越高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防裂砂轮。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,在砂轮中间,设置有防裂平板,防裂平板与砂轮中心轴垂直连接,连接方式是中心轴与防裂平板中心焊接。防裂平板周围均布孔洞,砂轮原料将防裂平板预埋其间,然后挤压烧结,这样将极大的降低砂轮碎裂的几率。
本发明的有益效果是,大大降低砂轮碎裂的几率,提高使用的安全性。
