本发明实施例中,用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,包括以下原料:染料105kg、二甲基甲酰胺115kg、亚麻酸28kg、醋酸丁酯45kg、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12kg、苯乙烯30kg、木质素磺酸钠105kg、萜烯树脂28kg、六偏磷酸钠12kg、线性低密度聚乙烯22kg、栲胶115kg、氢化松香20kg、烷基芳基磺酸钠12kg、陶瓷微粉18kg、蔗糖酯22kg、聚丙烯酰胺40kg、水570kg。
将染料与水混合,充分搅拌溶解后形成染料水溶液。向染料水溶液中加入二甲基甲酰胺、亚麻酸、醋酸丁酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯、木质素磺酸钠、萜烯树脂、六偏磷酸钠、线性低密度聚乙烯、栲胶、氢化松香、烷基芳基磺酸钠、陶瓷微粉、蔗糖酯、聚丙烯酰胺,再在65℃的温度下、80-300r/min的速度下搅拌处理90min,使含水量为70%。即得环保染色液。
实施例5
本发明实施例中,用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,包括以下原料:染料10kg、二甲基甲酰胺18kg、亚麻酸8kg、醋酸丁酯20kg、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2kg、苯乙烯10kg、木质素磺酸钠5kg、萜烯树脂10kg、六偏磷酸钠1kg、线性低密度聚乙烯6kg、栲胶10kg、氢化松香4kg、烷基芳基磺酸钠2kg、陶瓷微粉2kg、蔗糖酯4kg、聚丙烯酰胺1kg、水250kg。
将染料与水混合,充分搅拌溶解后形成染料水溶液。向染料水溶液中加入二甲基甲酰胺、亚麻酸、醋酸丁酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯、木质素磺酸钠、萜烯树脂、六偏磷酸钠、线性低密度聚乙烯、栲胶、氢化松香、烷基芳基磺酸钠、陶瓷微粉、蔗糖酯、聚丙烯酰胺,再在40℃的温度下、100r/min的速度下搅拌处理30min,使含水量为50%。即得环保染色液。
实施例6
本发明实施例中,用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,包括以下原料:染料100kg、二甲基甲酰胺110kg、亚麻酸25kg、醋酸丁酯40kg、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10kg、苯乙烯28kg、木质素磺酸钠100kg、萜烯树脂25kg、六偏磷酸钠10kg、线性低密度聚乙烯20kg、栲胶110kg、氢化松香18kg、烷基芳基磺酸钠10kg、陶瓷微粉15kg、蔗糖酯20kg、聚丙烯酰胺35kg、水550kg。
将染料与水混合,充分搅拌溶解后形成染料水溶液。向染料水溶液中加入二甲基甲酰胺、亚麻酸、醋酸丁酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯、木质素磺酸钠、萜烯树脂、六偏磷酸钠、线性低密度聚乙烯、栲胶、氢化松香、烷基芳基磺酸钠、陶瓷微粉、蔗糖酯、聚丙烯酰胺,再在60℃的温度下、280r/min的速度下搅拌处理70min,使含水量为60%。即得环保染色液。
实施例7
本发明实施例中,用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,包括以下原料:染料20kg、二甲基甲酰胺20kg、亚麻酸10kg、醋酸丁酯22kg、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3kg、苯乙烯12kg、木质素磺酸钠8kg、萜烯树脂12kg、六偏磷酸钠2kg、线性低密度聚乙烯8kg、栲胶15kg、氢化松香5kg、烷基芳基磺酸钠3kg、陶瓷微粉3kg、蔗糖酯5kg、聚丙烯酰胺2kg、水250kg。
将染料与水混合,充分搅拌溶解后形成染料水溶液。向染料水溶液中加入二甲基甲酰胺、亚麻酸、醋酸丁酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯、木质素磺酸钠、萜烯树脂、六偏磷酸钠、线性低密度聚乙烯、栲胶、氢化松香、烷基芳基磺酸钠、陶瓷微粉、蔗糖酯、聚丙烯酰胺,再在50℃的温度下、150r/min的速度下搅拌处理40min,使含水量为55%。即得环保染色液。
实施例8
本发明实施例中,用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,包括以下原料:染料90kg、二甲基甲酰胺100kg、亚麻酸22kg、醋酸丁酯35kg、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮9kg、苯乙烯25kg、木质素磺酸钠90kg、萜烯树脂22kg、六偏磷酸钠9kg、线性低密度聚乙烯18kg、栲胶105kg、氢化松香15kg、烷基芳基磺酸钠9kg、陶瓷微粉12kg、蔗糖酯18kg、聚丙烯酰胺32kg、水550kg。
将染料与水混合,充分搅拌溶解后形成染料水溶液。向染料水溶液中加入二甲基甲酰胺、亚麻酸、醋酸丁酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯、木质素磺酸钠、萜烯树脂、六偏磷酸钠、线性低密度聚乙烯、栲胶、氢化松香、烷基芳基磺酸钠、陶瓷微粉、蔗糖酯、聚丙烯酰胺,再在55℃的温度下、200r/min的速度下搅拌处理50min,使含水量为50%。即得环保染色液。
将实施例1-8中制得的环保染色液处理织物并进行染色牢度的测定:耐日晒色牢度采用GB/T 8427-2008测定,耐摩擦色牢度采用GB/T 3920-2008测定,耐水洗色牢度采用GB/T 3921-2008测定。按照上述染色条件和牢度测定,上述8个环保染色液的染色数据和色牢度见表1。

Claims (8)

1.用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:染料5-110份、二甲基甲酰胺10-120份、亚麻酸3-30份、醋酸丁酯10-50份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-15份、苯乙烯5-35份、木质素磺酸钠0-110份、萜烯树脂5-30份、六偏磷酸钠0.5-15份、线性低密度聚乙烯3-25份、栲胶0-120份、氢化松香1-22份、烷基芳基磺酸钠1-15份、陶瓷微粉1-20份、蔗糖酯1-25份、聚丙烯酰胺0.5-45份、水200-600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:染料8-105份、二甲基甲酰胺15-115份、亚麻酸5-28份、醋酸丁酯15-45份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-12份、苯乙烯8-30份、木质素磺酸钠0-105份、萜烯树脂8-28份、六偏磷酸钠0.8-12份、线性低密度聚乙烯4-22份、栲胶5-115份、氢化松香2-20份、烷基芳基磺酸钠1-12份、陶瓷微粉1-18份、蔗糖酯2-22份、聚丙烯酰胺0.8-40份、水220-570份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:染料10-100份、二甲基甲酰胺18-110份、亚麻酸8-25份、醋酸丁酯20-40份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-10份、苯乙烯10-28份、木质素磺酸钠5-100份、萜烯树脂10-25份、六偏磷酸钠1-10份、线性低密度聚乙烯6-20份、栲胶10-110份、氢化松香4-18份、烷基芳基磺酸钠2-10份、陶瓷微粉2-15份、蔗糖酯4-20份、聚丙烯酰胺1-35份、水250-550份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:染料20-90份、二甲基甲酰胺20-100份、亚麻酸10-22份、醋酸丁酯22-35份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-9份、苯乙烯12-25份、木质素磺酸钠8-90份、萜烯树脂12-22份、六偏磷酸钠2-9份、线性低密度聚乙烯8-18份、栲胶15-105份、氢化松香5-15份、烷基芳基磺酸钠3-9份、陶瓷微粉3-12份、蔗糖酯5-18份、聚丙烯酰胺2-32份、水250-550份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,是经过以下步骤制得:
1)将染料与水混合,充分搅拌溶解后形成染料水溶液;
2)向染料水溶液中加入二甲基甲酰胺、亚麻酸、醋酸丁酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯、木质素磺酸钠、萜烯树脂、六偏磷酸钠、线性低密度聚乙烯、栲胶、氢化松香、烷基芳基磺酸钠、陶瓷微粉、蔗糖酯、聚丙烯酰胺,再在20-70℃的温度下搅拌处理10-100min,即得环保染色液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,步骤2)中,搅拌速度为80-300r/min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,步骤2)中,搅拌处理后使环保染色液含水量为30-80%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的用于超细纤维皮革的染色均匀的环保染色液,其特征在于,步骤2)中,在35-65℃的温度下搅拌处理。
