Abstract
本发明公开了一种食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,涉及包装容器清洁技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:改性淀粉25‑30份、豆渣冻干粉3‑5份、酒糟冻干粉3‑5份、粳米粉2‑3份、苦荞粉2‑3份、氢化蓖麻油1‑2份、荷叶冻干粉0.5‑1份、聚乙烯醇树脂0.5‑1份、山楂叶冻干粉0.5‑1份、苦瓜粉0.3‑0.5份、聚环氧乙烷0.1‑0.3份、水100‑200份。本发明清洁剂适用于食用油包装用玻璃瓶的清洗,将该清洗剂注入玻璃瓶中浸泡10‑15min后即可用清水冲洗,在保证清洁度的条件下大大节省清洗用水量,并且该清洗剂易被冲洗除去,不会影响玻璃瓶的使用安全性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及包装容器清洁技术领域,具体涉及一种食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂。
背景技术:
玻璃瓶是食用油包装的主要容器之一,虽然相对比塑料瓶具有质重易碎的缺点,但使用安全性高,避免因使用塑料瓶包装存在的塑化剂缓慢释放的问题。通常食用油的包装玻璃瓶由专门的玻璃容器制造厂提供,由于玻璃瓶在制造过程中会携带灰尘、油污等杂质,因此在食用油灌装前需要进行清洁。目前,常用清洁方法是采用水洗法,通过浸泡和冲洗来去除玻璃瓶内壁携带的杂质。为了保证清洁度,需要采用大量水进行清洁,这样就大大增加了水的消耗量以及废水的排放量。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种既能保证清洁度又能大大减少清洁用水量的食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
改性淀粉25-30份、豆渣冻干粉3-5份、酒糟冻干粉3-5份、粳米粉2-3份、苦荞粉2-3份、氢化蓖麻油1-2份、荷叶冻干粉0.5-1份、聚乙烯醇树脂0.5-1份、山楂叶冻干粉0.5-1份、苦瓜粉0.3-0.5份、聚环氧乙烷0.1-0.3份、水100-200份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向粳米粉中加入苦荞粉和氢化蓖麻油,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合5-10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得粉料I;
(2)向豆渣冻干粉中加入酒糟冻干粉、荷叶冻干粉和山楂叶冻干粉,充分混合后静置2-3h,即得粉料II;
(3)向水中加入粉料I、粉料II和苦瓜粉,充分混合后利用磨浆机反复磨浆三次,并过80-100目筛,向所得滤液中加入改性淀粉、聚乙烯醇树脂和聚环氧乙烷,再次磨浆,即得清洁剂。
所述豆渣冻干粉和酒糟冻干粉分别由豆渣、酒糟经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎而成,细度60-100目。
所述磨浆机的工作功率为1.5kW。
所述改性淀粉由植物淀粉改性而成,其改性方法为:向植物淀粉中加水调节含水量达到25-30%,并加入交联聚维酮和泊洛沙姆,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理2-3min,静置30min后加入茶籽粉和聚乙二醇400,混合均匀后继续微波处理3-5min,向所得混合物中加水制成含水量达到60-65%的浆体,最后将所得浆体送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨形成粉末,即得改性淀粉。
所述植物淀粉、交联聚维酮、泊洛沙姆、茶籽粉和聚乙二醇400的重量用量比为20-30:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.3-0.5。
所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以改性淀粉为主要原料,辅以多种助剂制得清洁剂,该清洁剂适用于食用油包装用玻璃瓶的清洗,将该清洗剂注入玻璃瓶中浸泡10-15min后即可用清水冲洗,在保证清洁度的条件下大大节省清洗用水量,并且该清洗剂易被冲洗除去,不会影响玻璃瓶的使用安全性。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向3份粳米粉中加入2份苦荞粉和1份氢化蓖麻油,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得粉料I;
(2)向5份豆渣冻干粉中加入3份酒糟冻干粉、0.5份荷叶冻干粉和0.5份山楂叶冻干粉,充分混合后静置2h,即得粉料II;
(3)向200份水中加入粉料I、粉料II和0.3份苦瓜粉,充分混合后利用功率1.5kW的磨浆机反复磨浆三次,并过100目筛,向所得滤液中加入30份改性淀粉、0.5份聚乙烯醇树脂和0.2份聚环氧乙烷,再次磨浆,即得清洁剂。
豆渣冻干粉和酒糟冻干粉分别由豆渣、酒糟经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎而成,细度100目。
改性淀粉的制备:向30份土豆淀粉中加水调节含水量达到25-30%,并加入1份交联聚维酮和1份泊洛沙姆,充分混合后利用微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W的微波处理器微波处理3min,静置30min后加入0.5份茶籽粉和0.3份聚乙二醇400,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,向所得混合物中加水制成含水量达到60-65%的浆体,最后将所得浆体送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨形成粉末,即得改性淀粉。
实施例2
(1)向2份粳米粉中加入3份苦荞粉和1份氢化蓖麻油,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得粉料I;
(2)向5份豆渣冻干粉中加入5份酒糟冻干粉、0.5份荷叶冻干粉和0.5份山楂叶冻干粉,充分混合后静置2h,即得粉料II;
(3)向200份水中加入粉料I、粉料II和0.3份苦瓜粉,充分混合后利用功率1.5kW的磨浆机反复磨浆三次,并过100目筛,向所得滤液中加入30份改性淀粉、0.5份聚乙烯醇树脂和0.2份聚环氧乙烷,再次磨浆,即得清洁剂。
豆渣冻干粉和酒糟冻干粉分别由豆渣、酒糟经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎而成,细度100目。
改性淀粉的制备:向30份红薯淀粉中加水调节含水量达到25-30%,并加入2份交联聚维酮和0.5份泊洛沙姆,充分混合后利用微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W的微波处理器微波处理3min,静置30min后加入0.5份茶籽粉和0.3份聚乙二醇400,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,向所得混合物中加水制成含水量达到60-65%的浆体,最后将所得浆体送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨形成粉末,即得改性淀粉。
实施例3
(1)向2份粳米粉中加入3份苦荞粉和1份氢化蓖麻油,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得粉料I;
(2)向5份豆渣冻干粉中加入5份酒糟冻干粉、0.5份荷叶冻干粉和0.5份山楂叶冻干粉,充分混合后静置2h,即得粉料II;
(3)向200份水中加入粉料I、粉料II和0.3份苦瓜粉,充分混合后利用功率1.5kW的磨浆机反复磨浆三次,并过100目筛,向所得滤液中加入30份红薯淀粉、0.5份聚乙烯醇树脂和0.2份聚环氧乙烷,再次磨浆,即得清洁剂。
豆渣冻干粉和酒糟冻干粉分别由豆渣、酒糟经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎而成,细度100目。
实施例4
分别利用实施例1、实施例2和实施例3所制清洁剂对同批生产的100个100mL玻璃瓶进行清洗,清洗方法是将所制清洁剂注入玻璃瓶中浸泡10min,然后用清水冲洗至相同清洁度(瓶内杂质残留量低于0.05%),并将直接加清水浸泡10min后再用清水冲洗的方法作为对照例,记录用水量,结果如表1所示。

Claims (6)
1.一种食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
改性淀粉25-30份、豆渣冻干粉3-5份、酒糟冻干粉3-5份、粳米粉2-3份、苦荞粉2-3份、氢化蓖麻油1-2份、荷叶冻干粉0.5-1份、聚乙烯醇树脂0.5-1份、山楂叶冻干粉0.5-1份、苦瓜粉0.3-0.5份、聚环氧乙烷0.1-0.3份、水100-200份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向粳米粉中加入苦荞粉和氢化蓖麻油,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合5-10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得粉料I;
(2)向豆渣冻干粉中加入酒糟冻干粉、荷叶冻干粉和山楂叶冻干粉,充分混合后静置2-3h,即得粉料II;
(3)向水中加入粉料I、粉料II和苦瓜粉,充分混合后利用磨浆机反复磨浆三次,并过80-100目筛,向所得滤液中加入改性淀粉、聚乙烯醇树脂和聚环氧乙烷,再次磨浆,即得清洁剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,其特征在于:所述豆渣冻干粉和酒糟冻干粉分别由豆渣、酒糟经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎而成,细度60-100目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,其特征在于:所述磨浆机的工作功率为1.5kW。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,其特征在于:所述改性淀粉由植物淀粉改性而成,其改性方法为:向植物淀粉中加水调节含水量达到25-30%,并加入交联聚维酮和泊洛沙姆,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理2-3min,静置30min后加入茶籽粉和聚乙二醇400,混合均匀后继续微波处理3-5min,向所得混合物中加水制成含水量达到60-65%的浆体,最后将所得浆体送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经研磨形成粉末,即得改性淀粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,其特征在于:所述植物淀粉、交联聚维酮、泊洛沙姆、茶籽粉和聚乙二醇400的重量用量比为20-30:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.3-0.5。
6.根据权利要求4所述的食用油包装用玻璃瓶快速清洁剂,其特征在于:所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W。
