实施例4
一种无色素无香精洗衣片,按照质量份数包括以下组分:十二醇聚氧乙烯米硫酸钠10份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、粘合剂(羧甲基纤维素钠、瓜尔胶、纤维素、麦牙糊精、糖类各2份)10份、茶皂素10份、α-烯基磺酸钠15份、防腐剂异噻唑啉酮0.3份、填充料(滑石粉、高岭土、藻类土、淀粉、硅石各3份)15份、润滑剂(硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅、氢化植物油各0.1份)0.3份、非离子表面活性剂聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物8份、螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份、氢氧化钠1.0份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯8份、去离子水80份,所述洗衣片的厚度为1.0cm。
一种无色素无香精洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

一种无色素无香精洗衣片,按照质量份数包括以下组分:十二醇聚氧乙烯米硫酸钠10份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、粘合剂(聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇各5份)10份、茶皂素10份、α-烯基磺酸钠15份、防腐剂异噻唑啉酮0.3份、填充料(淀粉、硅石、尼龙各5份)15份、润滑剂(氢化植物油、棕榈酸异丙酯、甘油各0.1份)0.3份、非离子表面活性剂聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物8份、螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份、氢氧化钠1.0份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯8份、去离子水80份,所述洗衣片的厚度为1.0cm。
一种无色素无香精洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

一种无色素无香精洗衣片,按照质量份数包括以下组分:十二醇聚氧乙烯米硫酸钠1份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱0.1份、粘合剂(羧甲基纤维素钠1份、聚乙二醇0.5份和聚乙烯醇1.5份)3份、茶皂素1份、α-烯基磺酸钠5份、防腐剂异噻唑啉酮0.1份、填充料(藻类土3份、淀粉2份、硅石1份、尼龙4份)10份、润滑剂(棕榈酸异丙酯0.1份、甘油0.05份、矿油0.05份)0.2份、非离子表面活性剂烷氧基化表面活性剂6份、螯合剂焦磷酸钠0.2份、氢氧化钠0.01份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5份、去离子水30份,所述洗衣片的厚度为0.5cm。
一种无色素无香精洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
反应釜中加入去离子水和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,加热至50℃,向去离子水中加入二醇聚氧乙烯米硫酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入茶皂素、非离子表面活性剂,加热至70℃,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入α-烯基磺酸钠,加热至90,再向其中加入填充料、粘合剂和润滑剂,搅拌均匀,自然降温至60℃,再向其中加入螯合剂,搅拌均匀,自然降温至50℃,继续搅拌隔夜后,加热至70℃,再向其中加入防腐剂,自然冷却至室温,再向其中加入氢氧化钠,调节PH至6,搅拌均匀后倒入模板,倒入模板前,模板预热至30℃,再将模板置于烘干筒中进行烘干,烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为2h、烘干筒的转速为10转/min,得到洗衣片。

Claims (10)

1.一种无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于,按照质量份数包括以下组分:十二醇聚氧乙烯米硫酸钠1-10份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱0.1-3份、粘合剂3-10份、茶皂素1-10份、α-烯基磺酸钠5-15份、防腐剂0.1-0.3份、填充料10-15份、润滑剂0.2-0.3份、非离子表面活性剂6-8份、螯合剂0.2-0.5份、氢氧化钠0.01-1.0份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5-8份、去离子水30-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、瓜尔胶、纤维素、麦牙糊精、糖类、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种以任意比例的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为烷氧基化表面活性剂或聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于,所述填充料为滑石粉、高岭土、藻类土、淀粉、硅石、尼龙中的一种或多种以任意比例的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅、氢化植物油、棕榈酸异丙酯、甘油、矿油中的一种或多种以任意比例的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为焦磷酸钠或乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无色素无香精洗衣片,其特征在于:所述洗衣片的厚度为0.5-1.0cm。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一所述的无色素无香精洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
反应釜中加入去离子水和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,加热至50-60℃,向去离子水中加入二醇聚氧乙烯米硫酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入茶皂素、非离子表面活性剂,加热至70-90℃,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入α-烯基磺酸钠,加热至90-95℃,再向其中加入填充料、粘合剂和润滑剂,搅拌均匀,自然降温至60-80℃,再向其中加入螯合剂,搅拌均匀,自然降温至50-60℃,继续搅拌隔夜后,加热至70-80℃,再向其中加入防腐剂,自然冷却至室温,再向其中加入氢氧化钠,调节PH至6-8,搅拌均匀后倒入模板,再将模板置于烘干筒中进行烘干,得到洗衣片。
10.根据权利要求9所述的无色素无香精洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,倒入模板前,模板预热至30-50℃、烘干筒的烘干温度为50-60℃,烘干时间为2-3h、烘干筒的转速为10-15转/min。
