本发明公开了一种针纺织品的染色工艺，包括如下步骤：1）在染缸中加入1～2重量份丙三醇、8～9重量份乙醇、2～3重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、4～5重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、6～7重量份天然植物色素、1～2重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、2～3重量份咪唑啉、30～35重量份水，并搅拌均匀；2）将针纺织品浸泡在染缸中45分钟；3）将浸泡后的针纺织品在75℃烘干；4）将烘干后的针纺织品浸入清水中漂洗25分钟；5）取出漂洗后的针纺织品自然晾干。本发明通过使用天然植物色素和特殊的制备工艺，使针纺织品的染色剂无毒无害且在使用中不会脱落，安全舒适。

针纺织品的染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及针纺织品的染色工艺。
背景技术
目前，针纺织品在染色的过程中，采用大量的化学染料，成品的染料在使用的过程中易脱落，会对人体健康造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针纺织品的染色工艺，其通过使用天然植物色素和特殊的制备工艺，使针纺织品的染色剂无毒无害且在使用中不会脱落，安全舒适。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种针纺织品的染色工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）在染缸中加入1～2重量份丙三醇、8～9重量份乙醇、2～3重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、4～5重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、6～7重量份天然植物色素、1～2重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、2～3重量份咪唑啉、30～35重量份水，并搅拌均匀；
2）将针纺织品浸泡在染缸中45分钟；
3）将浸泡后的针纺织品在75℃烘干；
4）将烘干后的针纺织品浸入清水中漂洗25分钟；
5）取出漂洗后的针纺织品自然晾干。
优选的，针纺织品的染色工艺，包括如下步骤：

2）将针纺织品浸泡在染缸中45分钟；
3）将浸泡后的针纺织品在75℃烘干；
4）将烘干后的针纺织品浸入清水中漂洗25分钟；
5）取出漂洗后的针纺织品自然晾干。
实施例2
针纺织品的染色工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）在染缸中加入1重量份丙三醇、8重量份乙醇、2重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、4重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、6重量份天然植物色素、1重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、2重量份咪唑啉、30重量份水，并搅拌均匀；
2）将针纺织品浸泡在染缸中45分钟；
3）将浸泡后的针纺织品在75℃烘干；
4）将烘干后的针纺织品浸入清水中漂洗25分钟；
5）取出漂洗后的针纺织品自然晾干。
实施例3
针纺织品的染色工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）在染缸中加入2重量份丙三醇、9重量份乙醇、3重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、5重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、7重量份天然植物色素、2重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、3重量份咪唑啉、35重量份水，并搅拌均匀；
2）将针纺织品浸泡在染缸中45分钟；
3）将浸泡后的针纺织品在75℃烘干；
4）将烘干后的针纺织品浸入清水中漂洗25分钟；
5）取出漂洗后的针纺织品自然晾干。

3）将浸泡后的针纺织品在75℃烘干；
4）将烘干后的针纺织品浸入清水中漂洗25分钟；
5）取出漂洗后的针纺织品自然晾干。

1）在染缸中加入1.2重量份丙三醇、8.9重量份乙醇、2.3重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、4.5重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、6.7重量份天然植物色素、1.2重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、2.3重量份咪唑啉、33重量份水，并搅拌均匀；

3）将浸泡后的针纺织品在75℃烘干；
4）将烘干后的针纺织品浸入清水中漂洗25分钟；
5）取出漂洗后的针纺织品自然晾干。
