背景技术:
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛。由于羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。从蓬松度的检测上来分析,羽绒比蚕丝,棉花等保暖材料都要高一个等级,其经济价值远远高于其他保暖材料。
近年来,人们对羽绒服装及制品的需求越来越大,对羽绒品质的要求也越来越高,羽绒油脂含量大已成为影响羽绒成品品质的重要因素,因此羽绒油脂的去除成为提高羽绒成品品质的关键所在。目前,多使用脱脂剂对羽绒进行水洗脱脂,但所用脱脂剂多为表面活性剂,在提高脱脂率的同时会影响羽绒的蓬松度,并且水洗时会产生大量泡沫,需要大量水来进行漂洗,从而增加了废水处理工作量和清洗成本的投入。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种脱脂效果好、清洗用水量少且废水处理难度小的羽绒快速脱脂工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种羽绒的快速脱脂工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)一次预热:将25-30kg羽绒加入滚筒烘干机中,预热温度设为55-60℃,待羽绒表面温度达到55-60℃后继续保温5-15min;
(2)一次脱脂:将10-15kg脱脂剂以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于55-60℃保温5-15min;
(3)一次漂洗:将滚筒烘干机中的羽绒转入滚筒洗毛机中,并加入100-250kg 55-60℃水漂洗15-30min,经甩干、烘干后即完成羽绒的一次脱脂;
(4)二次预热:将经一次脱脂处理后的羽绒再次置于滚筒烘干机中,预热温度设为65-70℃,待羽绒表面温度达到65-70℃后继续保温5-10min;
(5)二次脱脂:将5-10kg脱脂剂再次以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于65-70℃保温5-15min;
(6)二次漂洗:将滚筒烘干机中的羽绒再次转入滚筒洗毛机中,并加入100-250kg65-70℃水漂洗10-15min,经甩干后再次加入50-150kg 65-70℃水漂洗10-15min,最后经甩干、烘干后即完成羽绒的脱脂。
所述脱脂剂由如下重量的原料混合制成:5kg食品级多聚谷氨酸、2kg羧甲基纤维素、1kg十二烷基硫酸钠、0.5kg单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5kg水解聚马来酸酐、0.05kg甘草酸二钾、100kg水。
所述羧甲基纤维素经过亲脂改性处理,其具体改性方法为:将羧甲基纤维素溶于离子液体中,并加入L-丙交酯和辛酸亚锡,加热至115-125℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后自然冷却至室温,并将所得反应液倒入乙醇中,过滤分离沉淀,用无水乙醇洗涤,最后经真空干燥得到改性羧甲基纤维素。
所述羧甲基纤维素、L-丙交酯和辛酸亚锡的摩尔比为1:2-5:0.1-0.5%。
所述离子液体选自1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐、1-(2-羟乙基)-3-甲基咪唑氯盐中的一种。
羧甲基纤维素通过接枝聚乳酸以赋予改性羧甲基纤维素一定的亲脂性,从而使所制改性羧甲基纤维素在保留原有亲水性的同时通过亲脂性来促进羽绒上油脂的清除。
所述脱脂剂还包括1kg纳米胶粉。
所述纳米胶粉由质量比5:2:0.5的羟丙基淀粉醚、超细氧化镁、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油制成,其具体制备方法为:搅拌下向羟丙基淀粉醚中加入20-25℃去离子水配成饱和溶液,并于20-25℃下保温密封静置过夜,再加入超细氧化镁和PEG-60氢化蓖麻油,加热至回流状态保温搅拌0.5-3h,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经纳米研磨机制成纳米粉末,即得纳米胶粉。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过喷入脱脂剂前的预热操作,活化羽绒上的油脂,从而增强脱脂效果;并通过两次脱脂处理保证脱脂效果,有效清除羽绒上附着的油脂;
(2)本发明通过自制脱脂剂的使用,在保证脱脂效果的同时减少漂洗用水量,使脱脂率达到99%以上;并且脱脂清洗所产生的废水处理难度小,经简单污水处理后即可直接排放;
(3)本发明通过纳米胶粉的添加,利用吸附絮凝作用进一步增强脱脂效果,使脱脂率达到99.9%以上。

实施例1
(1)一次预热:将25kg羽绒加入滚筒烘干机中,预热温度设为55-60℃,待羽绒表面温度达到55-60℃后继续保温10min;
(2)一次脱脂:将10kg脱脂剂以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于55-60℃保温15min;

脱脂剂的制备:由5kg食品级多聚谷氨酸、2kg羧甲基纤维素、1kg十二烷基硫酸钠、1kg纳米胶粉、0.5kg单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5kg水解聚马来酸酐、0.05kg甘草酸二钾、100kg水混合制成。
羧甲基纤维素的亲脂改性:将1mol羧甲基纤维素溶于1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐中,并加入3.5mol L-丙交酯和0.5%mol辛酸亚锡,加热至115-125℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后自然冷却至室温,并将所得反应液倒入乙醇中,过滤分离沉淀,用无水乙醇洗涤,最后经真空干燥得到改性羧甲基纤维素。
纳米胶粉的制备:搅拌下向0.5kg羟丙基淀粉醚中加入20-25℃去离子水配成饱和溶液,并于20-25℃下保温密封静置过夜,再加入0.2kg超细氧化镁和0.05kg PEG-60氢化蓖麻油,加热至回流状态保温搅拌2h,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经纳米研磨机制成纳米粉末,即得纳米胶粉。
对照例1
(1)一次脱脂:将15kg脱脂剂以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使30kg羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于55-60℃保温15min;
(2)一次漂洗:将滚筒烘干机中的羽绒转入滚筒洗毛机中,并加入150kg55-60℃水漂洗30min,经甩干、烘干后即完成羽绒的一次脱脂;
(3)二次脱脂:将10kg脱脂剂再次以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于65-70℃保温10min;
(4)二次漂洗:将滚筒烘干机中的羽绒再次转入滚筒洗毛机中,并加入150kg 65-70℃水漂洗15min,经甩干后再次加入100kg 65-70℃水漂洗15min,最后经甩干、烘干后即完成羽绒的脱脂。
脱脂剂的制备:由5kg食品级多聚谷氨酸、2kg羧甲基纤维素、1kg十二烷基硫酸钠、0.5kg单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5kg水解聚马来酸酐、0.05kg甘草酸二钾、100kg水混合制成。
对照例2
(1)预热:将30kg羽绒加入滚筒烘干机中,预热温度设为55-60℃,待羽绒表面温度达到55-60℃后继续保温10min;
(2)脱脂:将15kg脱脂剂以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于55-60℃保温15min;
(3)漂洗:将滚筒烘干机中的羽绒转入滚筒洗毛机中,并加入150kg55-60℃水漂洗30min,经甩干后再次加入100kg 55-60℃水漂洗15min,最后经甩干、烘干后即完成羽绒的脱脂。
脱脂剂的制备:由5kg食品级多聚谷氨酸、2kg羧甲基纤维素、1kg十二烷基硫酸钠、0.5kg单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5kg水解聚马来酸酐、0.05kg甘草酸二钾、100kg水混合制成。
实施例6
分别利用实施例1-5、对照例1-2对同批羽绒进行清洗,并测定脱脂率,结果如表1所示。

Claims (5)

1.一种羽绒的快速脱脂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)一次预热:将25-30kg羽绒加入滚筒烘干机中,预热温度设为55-60℃,待羽绒表面温度达到55-60℃后继续保温5-15min;
(2)一次脱脂:将10-15kg脱脂剂以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于55-60℃保温5-15min;
(3)一次漂洗:将滚筒烘干机中的羽绒转入滚筒洗毛机中,并加入100-250kg 55-60℃水漂洗15-30min,经甩干、烘干后即完成羽绒的一次脱脂;
(4)二次预热:将经一次脱脂处理后的羽绒再次置于滚筒烘干机中,预热温度设为65-70℃,待羽绒表面温度达到65-70℃后继续保温5-10min;
(5)二次脱脂:将5-10kg脱脂剂再次以喷雾形式喷入滚筒烘干机中,喷完后使羽绒继续在滚筒烘干机的旋转作用下于65-70℃保温5-15min;
(6)二次漂洗:将滚筒烘干机中的羽绒再次转入滚筒洗毛机中,并加入100-250kg 65-70℃水漂洗10-15min,经甩干后再次加入50-150kg 65-70℃水漂洗10-15min,最后经甩干、烘干后即完成羽绒的脱脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒的快速脱脂工艺,其特征在于,所述脱脂剂由如下重量的原料混合制成:5kg食品级多聚谷氨酸、2kg羧甲基纤维素、1kg十二烷基硫酸钠、0.5kg单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5kg水解聚马来酸酐、0.05kg甘草酸二钾、100kg水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的羽绒的快速脱脂工艺,其特征在于:所述羧甲基纤维素经过亲脂改性处理,其具体改性方法为:将羧甲基纤维素溶于离子液体中,并加入L-丙交酯和辛酸亚锡,加热至115-125℃保温搅拌反应,反应结束后自然冷却至室温,并将所得反应液倒入乙醇中,过滤分离沉淀,用无水乙醇洗涤,最后经真空干燥得到改性羧甲基纤维素。
4.根据权利要求3所述的羽绒的快速脱脂工艺,其特征在于:所述羧甲基纤维素、L-丙交酯和辛酸亚锡的摩尔比为1:2-5:0.1-0.5%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的羽绒的快速脱脂工艺,其特征在于:所述离子液体选自1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐、1-(2-羟乙基)-3-甲基咪唑氯盐中的一种。
