本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀的玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:表面活性剂10~20%、羟基化合物20~40%、去污增进剂0.5~2%、纳米胶体粒子0.1~0.5%、添加剂0.1~0.5%、其他原料成分0.2~1%及余量的去离子水。本发明提供的玻璃清洗剂清洗效果好,对玻璃制品清洗以后,无任何残物,去污能力可达98%以上;所选原料配方温和,防止清洁剂对玻璃制品的刺激,避免腐蚀现象发生,有效保护清洁的玻璃制品及玻璃制品配件,使用安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃清洗/清洁剂领域,具体涉及一种具有耐腐蚀功能的玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃清洁剂为主要适用于有机玻璃、无机玻璃、光学玻璃、树脂玻璃等各种玻璃用品和光学镜片、眼镜镜片、泳镜镜片、摄影器材镜头、高档精密玻璃仪器的高效清洁制剂。
在现实生活中,人们经常使用自来水或洗洁精来代替玻璃清洗剂用于玻璃的清洁,因为人们印象中玻璃为高耐腐蚀性制品,但事实上,当玻璃在大气和弱酸等介质中使用一段时间后,用肉眼即可观察到玻璃表面粗糙、污染和斑点腐蚀等迹象。长期使用自来水或劣质玻璃清洗剂清洗玻璃制品不但清洗效果差,而且可能导致精密玻璃部件腐蚀损坏、与玻璃连接的零配金属部件腐蚀和污损等情况的产生。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀的玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法,在取得良好清洁效果的同时,有效保护玻璃制品,避免精密玻璃部件腐蚀损坏。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐腐蚀的玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
表面活性剂:10~20%
羟基化合物:20~40%
去污增进剂:0.5~2%
纳米胶体粒子:0.1~0.5%
添加剂:0.1~0.5%
其他原料成分:0.2~1%
去离子水:余量;
所述表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂及阴离子表面活性剂,其质量比为1~3:1;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠中的一种或几种;
所述羟基化合物为异丙醇以及甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、苯酚中的一种或几种,所述异丙醇占羟基化合物的质量比为60~85%,所述羰基化合物主要为醇类化合物,可以起到润湿和抗冻的作用,使得清洁剂可在寒冷的冬季起到良好的清洁效果;
所述去污增进剂为三乙醇胺、聚乙烯比咯烷酮中的一种或几种,具有抗污垢再沉淀性能,可以增强净洗能力,防止清洁剂对玻璃制品的刺激,避免腐蚀现象发生;
所述纳米胶体粒子为纳米级硅藻土、白土、滑石粉、膨润土中的一种,纳米级胶体粒子可起到研磨和吸附作用,达到洗净、吸污的目的;
所述添加剂为染料、香料、防腐剂中的一种或几种;
所述其他原料成分为1,12-二组氨酸基十二烷基二胺盐、醋酸、苯并三氮唑、季铵盐中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述染料为水性食用色素,其占清洁剂原料的重量百分比<0.05%。
进一步地,所述香料为水溶性香精,其占清洁剂原料的重量百分比<0.15%。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为泥泊金酯、均三嗪、羟甲基氨基乙酸钠、辛酸甘油酯中的一种或几种,所述防腐剂占清洁剂原料的重量百分比<0.3%,本发明中优选尼泊金酯为防腐添加剂。
一种耐腐蚀的玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将羰基化合物和去离子水加入至反应釜中,在常温下搅拌2min,然后将所得溶液加热至45℃,再依次加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后再依次加入其他原料成分、去污增进剂、纳米胶体粒子、添加剂至反应釜中,搅拌20min后,降温、除泡、包装后既得本发明的玻璃清洁剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果:本发明提供的玻璃清洗剂清洗效果好,很容易除去玻璃上的各种污垢,包括灰尘、各种食用油、虫胶等,对玻璃制品清洗以后,无任何残物,去污能力可达98%以上;所选原料配方温和,防止清洁剂对玻璃制品的刺激,避免腐蚀现象发生,有效保护清洁的玻璃制品及玻璃制品配件,使用安全可靠。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
下表为本实施例的优选配方:
以上实施例中所述的一种耐腐蚀的玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将羰基化合物和去离子水加入至反应釜中,在常温下搅拌2min,然后将所得溶液加热至45℃,再依次加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后再依次加入其他原料成分、去污增进剂、纳米胶体粒子、添加剂至反应釜中,搅拌20min后,降温、除泡、包装后既得本发明的玻璃清洁剂。
为了观察本发明产品的效果,对去污力、防腐蚀性能进行实验测试,去污力采用CAS144标准,防腐蚀性能采用GB/T23436-2009标准进行测试,并采用市面上常见的玻璃洗涤剂作为对照例进行等同测试。具体测试结果如下表所示:

1.一种耐腐蚀的玻璃清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
表面活性剂:10~20%
羟基化合物:20~40%
去污增进剂:0.5~2%
纳米胶体粒子:0.1~0.5%
添加剂:0.1~0.5%
其他原料成分:0.2~1%
去离子水:余量;
所述表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂及阴离子表面活性剂,其质量比为1~3:1;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠中的一种或几种;
所述羟基化合物为异丙醇以及甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、苯酚中的一种或几种,所述异丙醇占羟基化合物的质量比为60~85%;

5.一种耐腐蚀的玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
