本发明的有益效果为:添加的酒精、乙二醇、磷酸盐钙和聚丙烯酸钠对于窗户玻璃的清洁效果好,添加的硫酸、蓖麻油、氢氧化钠能够合成蓖麻酸硫酸酯钠盐,可以有效地取出污垢和油脂;添加的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、焦磷酸钾、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、大豆磷脂使得被清洁玻璃表面光滑。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种窗户玻璃的清洁剂,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括酒精45份、乙二醇6份、磷酸盐钙7份、聚丙烯酸钠13份、硫酸5份、蓖麻油7份、氢氧化钠2份、亚硝酸二环己烷基铵10份、异丙醇20份、氨水8份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺15份、焦磷酸钾6份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚22份、大豆磷脂16份、三聚磷酸钠9份、硅酸钠5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠25份、苯酚4份、烷基糖苷6份、淀粉16份和聚氯乙酸10份。
一种窗户玻璃的清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将酒精45份、乙二醇6份、磷酸盐钙7份、聚丙烯酸钠13份、硫酸5份、蓖麻油7份、氢氧化钠2份、亚硝酸二环己烷基铵10份、异丙醇20份、氨水8份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺15份投入到反应釜中,备用;
2)调节步骤1)中反应釜的转速为4200-4500r/min,反应温度为55-65℃,反应时间为25-30分钟,备用;
3)将焦磷酸钾6份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚22份、大豆磷脂16份、三聚磷酸钠9份、硅酸钠5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠25份、苯酚4份、烷基糖苷6份、淀粉16份和聚氯乙酸10份投入到高压釜中,备用;
4)调节高压釜的气压为6-8倍大气压,搅拌速度为500-600℃,反应15-20分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料混合,投入到真空乳化机进行搅拌,即可。
实施例2
一种窗户玻璃的清洁剂,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括酒精47.5份、乙二醇7份、磷酸盐钙8.5份、聚丙烯酸钠14.5份、硫酸5.5份、蓖麻油8份、氢氧化钠2.5份、亚硝酸二环己烷基铵12份、异丙醇25份、氨水9.5份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺17.5份、焦磷酸钾7.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚23.5份、大豆磷脂18份、三聚磷酸钠11.5份、硅酸钠7.5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠27.5份、苯酚6份、烷基糖苷9、淀粉17份和聚氯乙酸12份。
一种窗户玻璃的清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将酒精47.5份、乙二醇7份、磷酸盐钙8.5份、聚丙烯酸钠14.5份、硫酸5.5份、蓖麻油8份、氢氧化钠2.5份、亚硝酸二环己烷基铵12份、异丙醇25份、氨水9.5份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺17.5份投入到反应釜中,备用;
2)调节步骤1)中反应釜的转速为4200-4500r/min,反应温度为55-65℃,反应时间为25-30分钟,备用;
3)将焦磷酸钾7.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚23.5份、大豆磷脂18份、三聚磷酸钠11.5份、硅酸钠7.5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠27.5份、苯酚6份、烷基糖苷9、淀粉17份和聚氯乙酸12份投入到高压釜中,备用;
4)调节高压釜的气压为6-8倍大气压,搅拌速度为500-600℃,反应15-20分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料混合,投入到真空乳化机进行搅拌,即可。

3)将焦磷酸钾9份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚25份、大豆磷脂20份、三聚磷酸钠14份、硅酸钠10份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠30份、苯酚8份、烷基糖苷12、淀粉18份和聚氯乙酸14份投入到高压釜中,备用;
4)调节高压釜的气压为6-8倍大气压,搅拌速度为500-600℃,反应15-20分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料混合,投入到真空乳化机进行搅拌,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:添加的酒精、乙二醇、磷酸盐钙和聚丙烯酸钠对于窗户玻璃的清洁效果好,添加的硫酸、蓖麻油、氢氧化钠能够合成蓖麻酸硫酸酯钠盐,可以有效地取出污垢和油脂;添加的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、焦磷酸钾、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、大豆磷脂使得被清洁玻璃表面光滑。

1.一种窗户玻璃的清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括酒精45-50份、乙二醇6-8份、磷酸盐钙7-10份、聚丙烯酸钠13-16份、硫酸5-6份、蓖麻油7-9份、氢氧化钠2-3份、亚硝酸二环己烷基铵10-14份、异丙醇20-30份、氨水8-11份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺15-20份、焦磷酸钾6-9份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚22-25份、大豆磷脂16-20份、三聚磷酸钠9-14份、硅酸钠5-10份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠25-30份、苯酚4-8份、烷基糖苷6-12份、淀粉16-18份和聚氯乙酸10-14份。
2.如权利要求1所述的窗户玻璃的清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括酒精45份、乙二醇6份、磷酸盐钙7份、聚丙烯酸钠13份、硫酸5份、蓖麻油7份、氢氧化钠2份、亚硝酸二环己烷基铵10份、异丙醇20份、氨水8份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺15份、焦磷酸钾6份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚22份、大豆磷脂16份、三聚磷酸钠9份、硅酸钠5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠25份、苯酚4份、烷基糖苷6份、淀粉16份和聚氯乙酸10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的窗户玻璃的清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括酒精47.5份、乙二醇7份、磷酸盐钙8.5份、聚丙烯酸钠14.5份、硫酸5.5份、蓖麻油8份、氢氧化钠2.5份、亚硝酸二环己烷基铵12份、异丙醇25份、氨水9.5份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺17.5份、焦磷酸钾7.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚23.5份、大豆磷脂18份、三聚磷酸钠11.5份、硅酸钠7.5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠27.5份、苯酚6份、烷基糖苷9、淀粉17份和聚氯乙酸12份。

2)调节步骤1)中反应釜的转速为4200-4500r/min,反应温度为55-65℃,反应时间为25-30分钟,备用;
3)将焦磷酸钾6-9份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚22-25份、大豆磷脂16-20份、三聚磷酸钠9-14份、硅酸钠5-10份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠25-30份、苯酚4-8份、烷基糖苷6-12份、淀粉16-18份和聚氯乙酸10-14份投入到高压釜中,备用;
4)调节高压釜的气压为6-8倍大气压,搅拌速度为500-600℃,反应15-20分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料混合,投入到真空乳化机进行搅拌,即可。
