本发明公开了一种新型玻化砖背胶,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的重量百分比为1:3.5‑4.5,其中,所述浆料包括:乳液15‑55份、硅改性水性环氧树脂18.5‑53份、防腐剂0.5‑3.5份、纤维素0.5‑2份;所述粉料包括:钛白粉1‑8份、无机填料15‑35份;所述硅改性水性环氧树脂包括水性环氧树脂8‑20份、助剂5‑15份、改性剂5‑15份、催化剂0.5‑3份。本发明将浆料和粉料按照一定比例有机结合,提高了玻化砖背胶粘结强度,完全可以达到玻化砖的粘结要求,使玻化砖可以转贴在不同的基材上,且施工简单,有效地解决了玻化砖粘结时出现的空鼓、起壳、脱落等问题。

一种新型玻化砖背胶
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体地涉及一种新型玻化砖背胶。
背景技术
目前,家居装饰、大型会所、超市和建筑物的内外装饰所采用的高吸水率(5%~10%)的陶质砖,其强度低、款式单一、规格尺寸小,因而已不适合高速发展的市场需要;与此同时,玻化砖因其具有低吸水、强度高、规格和品种多的优点,已经被广泛应用在建筑装饰市场。
玻化砖是由石英砂、泥按照一定比例烧制而成,然后经打磨光亮但不需要抛光,其表面如玻璃镜面一样光滑透亮。其在吸水率、边直度、弯曲强度、耐酸碱性等方面都优于普通釉面砖、抛光砖及一般的大理石。玻化砖是一种很好的装饰材料,用于室内装饰,具有很好的装饰效果。但由于玻化砖本身的吸水率低于5‰,使得其黏贴至水泥层表面上时很困难。玻化砖背胶能有效的提高玻化砖背面和水泥层表面的粘结强度,是目前最有效的界面粘结增强材料。
玻化砖背胶是由干粉组分和液体组分两部分组成,使用时干粉组分和液体组分按照一定比例拌和,用于铺贴在瓷砖、玻化砖、地砖等装饰材料的背面,广泛适用于内外墙面、地面、浴室、厨房等建筑物的饰面装饰场所,因其具有粘结强度高、耐水、耐冻融、耐老化性能的特点且施工方便。然而,目前市场上玻化砖背胶品种繁多,质量良莠不齐,使用后会出现空鼓、起壳、脱落等问题,例如:粘结后的玻化砖受到雨水的浸蚀后容易出现脱落的现象;气候的冷热变化,使胶凝材料受到变形的影响,而导致胶凝材料与玻化砖界面出现裂层,而引起玻化砖的脱落。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出了一种新型玻化砖背胶,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的重量百分比为1:3.5-4.5,其中,
所述浆料包括:乳液15-55份、水性环氧树脂8-20份、助剂5-15份、改性剂5-15份、催化剂0.5-3份、防腐剂0.5-3.5份、纤维素0.5-2份;
所述粉料包括:钛白粉1-8份、无机填料15-35份。
进一步地,所述助剂为气相二氧化硅。
进一步地,所述改性剂为KH560硅烷偶联剂。
进一步地,所述催化剂为钯碳酸钙催化剂。
进一步地,所述乳液包括东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司的TX-5169弹性乳液10-30份、DY100苯丙乳液5-25份。
进一步地,所述无机填料包括碳酸钙5-15份、石英砂10-20份。
进一步地,所述碳酸钙为400目的重质碳酸钙。
进一步地,所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
本发明提出的一种新型玻化砖背胶,将浆料和粉料按照一定比例有机结合,使得玻化砖背胶粘结强度高,完全可以达到玻化砖的粘结要求。水性环氧树脂具有附着力好、操作性佳、抗腐蚀性能好、耐候性好等特性,使玻化砖可以转贴在不同的基材上,且施工简单,有效地解决了玻化砖粘结时出现的空鼓、起壳、脱落等问题。此外,乳液能有效改善背胶的施工性,使得涂覆在玻化砖上的背胶干得块、防水。

实施例1:
一种新型玻化砖背胶,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的的重量百分比为1:3.5,其中,
浆料包括:TX-5169弹性乳液10份、DY100苯丙乳液5份、水性环氧树脂10份、气相二氧化硅7份、KH560硅烷偶联剂10份、钯碳酸钙催化剂1.8份、防腐剂0.5份、纤维素0.5份;
粉料包括:金红石型钛白粉1份、400目的重质碳酸钙5份、石英砂10份。
实施例2:
一种新型玻化砖背胶,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的的重量百分比为1:4,其中,
浆料包括:TX-5169弹性乳液30份、DY100苯丙乳液25份、水性环氧树脂20份、气相二氧化硅15份、KH560硅烷偶联剂15份、钯碳酸钙催化剂3份、防腐剂3份、纤维素1.5份;
粉料包括:金红石型钛白粉8份、400目的重质碳酸钙8份、石英砂20份。
实施例3:
一种新型玻化砖背胶,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的的重量百分比为1:4,其中,
浆料包括:TX-5169弹性乳液20份、DY100苯丙乳液15份、水性环氧树脂12份、气相二氧化硅8份、KH560硅烷偶联剂9份、钯碳酸钙催化剂2份、防腐剂2份、纤维素1份;
粉料包括:金红石型钛白粉5份、400目的重质碳酸钙10份、石英砂15份。
实施例4:
一种新型玻化砖背胶,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的的重量百分比为1:4,其中,
浆料包括:TX-5169弹性乳液15份、DY100苯丙乳液15份、水性环氧树脂8份、气相二氧化硅5份、KH560硅烷偶联剂5份、钯碳酸钙催化剂0.5份、防腐剂3.5份、纤维素2份;
粉料包括:金红石型钛白粉3份、400目的重质碳酸钙15份、石英砂20份。
实施例5:
一种新型玻化砖背胶,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的的重量百分比为1:4.5,其中,
浆料包括:TX-5169弹性乳液30份、DY100苯丙乳液20份、水性环氧树脂18份、气相二氧化硅10份、KH560硅烷偶联剂10份、钯碳酸钙催化剂1.5份、防腐剂205份、纤维素1.5份;
粉料包括:金红石型钛白粉5份、400目的重质碳酸钙12份、石英砂12份。
在本发明的实施例中,TX-5169弹性乳液、DY100苯丙乳液是从东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司购买的,水性环氧树脂是从岳阳巴陵华兴石化有限公司购买的。
对上述实施例1~5制得的玻化砖背胶进行性能测试,参照JC/T547-2005《陶瓷墙地砖胶粘剂》的判定标准对玻化砖背胶进行性能测试,其结果如下表所示:
从上表可以看出,本发明提出的一种单组分玻化砖背胶,完全可以达到玻化砖的粘结要求,使玻化砖可以转贴在不同的基材上,有效地解决了玻化砖粘结时出现的空鼓、起壳、脱落等问题,且施工简单,还降低了生产成本。

1.一种新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,包括浆料与粉料,所述浆料与粉料的重量百分比为1:3.5-4.5,其中,
所述浆料包括:乳液15-55份、水性环氧树脂8-20份、助剂5-15份、改性剂5-15份、催化剂0.5-3份、防腐剂0.5-3.5份、纤维素0.5-2份;
所述粉料包括:钛白粉1-8份、无机填料15-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,所述助剂为气相二氧化硅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,所述改性剂为KH560硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,所述催化剂为钯碳酸钙催化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,所述乳液包括东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司的TX-5169弹性乳液10-30份、DY100苯丙乳液5-25份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,所述无机填料包括碳酸钙5-15份、石英砂10-20份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙为400目的重质碳酸钙。
8.根据权利要求1所述的新型玻化砖背胶,其特征在于,所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
