Description

Method for getting rid of trapping automobile in sand slip state
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile custom fittings, in particular to a method for getting rid of the problem of slipping of an automobile from sand.
Background
In the traveling process of passenger vehicles, the passenger vehicles often need to travel on slippery terrains such as deserts, snowlands, marshes or beaches. In this case, it is difficult for the conventional rubber tire to provide sufficient adhesion, thus causing wheel slip and possibly a series of secondary accidents. For example, in off-road driving of a Tibetan line, a slurry layer is often formed on the surface of a partially melted frozen soil layer, and thus a vehicle is trapped therein, and the situation of difficult danger escape is often caused. In northern areas of China, the road surface is covered by the snow in winter, so that wheels slip and a large number of traffic accidents are caused.
A common means for solving this problem is to provide a tire with a snow chain on the outer side of the tire. However, the friction force regulating effect of the snow chain is limited, and a large damage is caused to the tire. Further, when the automobile is trapped in mud layer terrain or snow pit terrain, the antiskid chain cannot be arranged, and the automobile is difficult to get rid of the problem. In this case, it is only possible to rely on other car tugs to help get rid of this, which carries a great risk for driving alone.

Example 4
The apparatus of examples 1-3 was used for vehicle detrapping in sandy conditions.
A shallow pit with the depth of 50cm, the length of 100 meters and the width of 5 meters and with ascending gentle slopes at two ends for connecting with a straight ground is constructed on a test field of the middle letter and wear card stock company. The bottom of the shallow pit is cement concrete.
The test vehicle used was a certain joint venture brand 2-drive SUV, and the tire was a common anti-skid tire.
The experimental sand is 20-40 mesh fine sand on the beach of the sea area near the test site to simulate the environment of beach, desert and the like, and then the fine sand is poured into the shallow pit and is basically level with the height of the shallow pit. The test person drives the test vehicle user to slowly enter the shallow pit, and the rear wheel cannot continue to advance immediately after entering the shallow pit, so that the wheels slip. The test person secures one of the three devices of examples 1-3 to four wheels, 2 on each wheel (i.e., 2 allowed by location, 3 that cannot be installed due to sinking into a sand pit). The experimenter then steps on the throttle to a maximum in an attempt to get rid of the trapped.
The device of example 1 falls into skidding again after the vehicle advances 14 meters and the vehicle body begins to rattle. The installation of the device of example 1 was then continued until five windows on the wheel were all fitted with the device. Again stepping on the throttle attempts to get rid of the trouble, successfully driving uninterruptedly off the pit and landing on a flat ground.
The device of example 2 falls into slip again after the vehicle has advanced 11 meters, and the vehicle body starts to rattle. The installation of the device of example 2 was then continued until five windows on the wheel were all fitted with the device. Again stepping on the throttle attempts to get rid of the trouble, successfully driving uninterruptedly off the pit and landing on a flat ground.
The device of example 3 falls into slip again after the car has advanced 21 meters and the body begins to rattle. The installation of the device of example 3 was then continued until five windows on the wheel were all fitted with the device. Again stepping on the throttle attempts to get rid of the trouble, successfully driving uninterruptedly off the pit and landing on a flat ground.
From the test results of sand, it can be seen that the technical effect of the device of the invention is that the vehicle can be moved out of the most dangerous place with fewer devices installed, so that the driver or the rescuer can perform more other rescue modes (such as laying a straw mat or branches in front of the vehicle). With all the devices installed, the vehicle can easily travel in deep sand, thus thoroughly getting rid of the problem.
Another advantage of the device of the invention is that it is low cost and easy to popularize. According to the cost estimation of our company, when the device is manufactured by using aluminum alloy, the cost is lower than 280 yuan/set, and the device has wide application prospect and market popularization value.
