Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴,是由笔管草、白菊花、党参、川芎、黄柏、鸡爪黄连、酶解珍珠粉、蓝莓提取物、叶黄素、牛磺酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、薄荷脑、冰片、苯甲酸纳、甘油和水制得的。本发明根据中医理论及药物透皮吸收技术,精选药物配方,结合传统及现代工艺精制得到明目保健贴,其特点是作用直接,通过眼部周围经络给药并起作用,具有活血通径、清肝明目、醒神通窍之功效,通过长久均衡释放药物,刺激眼部周围神经感受器和末梢血管,有效改善眼部周围血液循环和内神经调节,改善眼部组织的血液循环和代谢,恢复眼肌的生理调节,从而达到有效提高视力康复的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健眼贴,具体涉及一种基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴。
背景技术
随着现代人的工作、学习、生活压力的增大,加之生活作息不规律和饮食结构的改变,易导致上火失眠、肝脏负担加重,出现肝血失养、眼睛干涩肿胀、视力下降、视物模糊等眼部不适的症状。目前市场上具有清肝明目功效的保健品种类繁多,例如公开号为:CN1481729、名称为《一种枸杞饮品》的中国发明专利申请,公开了一种包括枸杞营养冲剂和枸杞滋补口服液的枸杞饮品,其配方主要包含枸杞原汁、蜂蜜、山楂、大枣、甘草、伏苓、菊花、金银花、维生素C等组分。该饮品具有补肾益精、清肝明目、补中益气、健脾益胃、消食化积、润肠通便之功效,并具有降压、降脂、降糖、降胆固醇作用。但其组分中含有苯甲酸钠、香精等添加剂,长期、大量饮用有一定的副作用。又如公开号为:CN1868505、名称为《蛇胆粉胶囊》的中国发明专利,公开了一种以蛇胆为主料的生物保健品。它包括下述配方组合(以重量百分比计):蛇胆粉10-30%、中药浓缩提取物25.5-59%,其余为辅料。该保健胶囊具有清肝明目、清热解毒、祛痘养颜的显著效果,但由于采用蛇胆粉为主料,使得其制造成本较高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种安全无副作用,成本低廉,并具有很好的清肝泻火、解毒明目功效的基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴,是由以下重量份的原料制得的:笔管草10-30份、白菊花25-35份、党参20-30份、川芎10-20份、黄柏5-15份、鸡爪黄连40-60份、酶解珍珠粉40-60份、蓝莓提取物40-60份、叶黄素30-50份、牛磺酸10-30份、亮氨酸3-8份、异亮氨酸3-8份、缬氨酸3-8份、薄荷脑0.2-0.8份、冰片0.5-1.5份、苯甲酸纳2-3份、甘油5-15份、水1000份。
优选的,一种基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴,是由以下重量份的原料制得的:笔管草20份、白菊花30份、党参25份、川芎15份、黄柏10份、鸡爪黄连50份、酶解珍珠粉50份、蓝莓提取物50份、叶黄素40份、牛磺酸20份、亮氨酸5份、异亮氨酸5份、缬氨酸5份、薄荷脑0.5份、冰片1.0份、苯甲酸纳2.5份、甘油10份、水1000份。
所述的,酶解珍珠粉为采用酸解工艺制备的超细珍珠粉,其粒径为80μm以下。
一种基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴的制备方法,是由以下步骤制得的:将笔管草、白菊花、党参、川芎、黄柏和鸡爪黄连分别粉碎成粗粉后置于容器中,注入3倍量的水,水煮醇沉和醇提水沉后,取上清液,合并提取液,脱醇后加入酶解珍珠粉、蓝莓提取物、叶黄素、牛磺酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、薄荷脑、冰片、苯甲酸纳、甘油和水,搅拌均匀,将无纺布浸润溶液中2-20h,装袋,封口即可制得基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴。

本发明的蓝莓提取物可以外购成品,也可以自制。
蓝莓提取物自制的具体工艺如下:蓝莓→蓝莓筛选(去除外来异物和杂质)→蓝莓粉碎(10目)→水溶液提取(水煎煮,料水比例1﹕3)→离心过滤→过滤液浓缩(真空浓缩)→乙醇沉淀(75%乙醇)→离心过滤(乙醇回收)→浸膏→热水溶解(80℃)→树脂吸附(去除重金属)→喷雾干燥→干粉收集→筛分(40目)→蓝莓提取物。
眼睛是人类感观中最重要的器官,大脑中大约有80%的知识和记忆都是通过眼睛获取的。读书认字、看图赏画、看人物、欣赏美景等都要用到眼睛。眼睛能辨别不同的颜色、不同的光线,再将这些视觉形象转变成神经信号,传送给大脑。一氧化氮作为新发现的神经递质,广泛分布于视觉系统三级神经元,在正常情况下,一氧化氮与一些神经递质和神经肽共同参与视觉发育、视信息的整合及传递,一氧化氮参与视觉神经系统的突触可塑性。
眼睛的脉络膜和视网膜的血管内皮细胞、视杆细胞外节段、视网膜神经元、脉络膜血管旁神经纤维、视网膜色素上皮细胞等,均可能产生一氧化氮。由此可见,一氧化氮具有调节眼部循环的作用。最新研究认为,视网膜血管的自主调节可能由以下两种机制控制:其一是通过血循环中视网膜内皮细胞释放的一氧化氮来调节;其二是通过脉络神经节细胞丛释放的一氧化氮来调节。由视网膜血管产生的一氧化氮能使小动脉对血压和氧合成的变化起快速反应,而脉络膜节细胞丛可能在调节脉络膜血管快速舒张反应方面起更重要的作用。由于一氧化氮很容易通过细胞膜和细胞间隙,所以脉络膜产生的一氧化氮能弥散到视网膜小动脉从而调节其收缩。许多研究表明一氧化氮可以扩张血管,增加血流量,起到调节中枢神经系统以及眼球内外的动脉和视网膜毛细血管的血液循环的作用。通过调节血液循环,可改善因长期使用眼睛造成的眼部疲劳、视力受损等症状。本发明中各物质相互作用,显著提高眼部一氧化氮含量,辅以笔管草、白菊花、党参、川芎、黄柏和鸡爪黄连,合理调控眼部的一氧化氮含量,显著降低生长细胞因子和炎症因子水平,对肾脏细胞产生保护作用,进而保护肾脏。酶解珍珠粉和、蓝莓提取物和叶黄素活化视网膜,强化视网膜血管,防止眼球疲劳,提高视力。牛磺酸提高神经传导和视觉技能,保护视网膜,促进免疫球蛋白的合成。

保健实验
实验人群:分为A、B两个实验组。
A组实验者:上海某大学学生60人;其中男30人,女30人,年龄:18-23岁。症状:因学习压力较大,生活作息不规律,导致肝火炽盛,出现眼睛干涩疲劳,流泪,视力有所下降,视物较模糊。
B组实验者:上海某IT公司技术员55人;其中男29人,女26人,年龄:25-45岁。症状:因工作压力较大,生活作息不规律,每日长时间使用电脑,导致肝火炽盛,出现眼涩、易疲劳,视力减退,视物较模糊,偶尔出现眼睛肿胀、肿痛、红赤流泪、头昏头痛。
服用方法:将明目保健贴贴敷于眼部15-30min,揭掉,继续闭目养神2min。每日2-3贴,1个月为1疗程,使用一个疗程。
疗效判定标准
治愈:症状全部消失,视物清晰,视力恢复正常。
显效:眼睛干涩疲劳感、肿胀感基本消失,视力较使用本发明的明目保健贴之前有所提高,及其他症状明显减轻,效果明显。
无效:症状无缓解或效果不明显。
治愈率=(治愈/总人数)×100%。
总有效率=[(治愈+显效)/总人数]×100%。

临床资料
一般资料:选择医院门诊青少年近视患者140例,随机分成两组;治疗组70例136眼,其中男36例,女34例,年龄8-18岁,平均10.6岁,病程2月-6年;对照组70例137眼,其中男35例,女35例,年龄8-18岁,平均10.9岁,病程2月-6年。两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
诊断标准:患者的裸眼视力低于4.8(标准对数视力表灯SLD-II-型);经裂隙灯、眼底镜检查排除器质性病变,确诊为近视;并符合1985年中华医学会眼科学会眼屈光学组制订的真、假性近视的定义与分类标准(参见《现代眼科手册》,北京,人民卫生出版社,1993年,第563-564页)。
排除标准:1)合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重全身性疾病;精神病患者;2)长期服用其它有关药物治疗或应用其它治疗方法,未能完成治者;3)出现病理性近视的眼底改变及视功能明显受损者;4)患眼合并其它眼病,影响疗效判定者;5)不符合纳入标准,未按规定按时治疗,无法判定疗效或资料不全等影响疗效判断者。
治疗方法:将明目保健贴贴敷于眼部15-30min,揭掉,继续闭目养神2min。每日2-3贴,1个月为1疗程,共用药2个疗程。对照组口服增光片(国药准字Z10983126),每次4-6片,每日3次;10天为1疗程,共用药6个疗程。
治疗判定标准
治愈:视力提高达到1.0或以上者;
显效:视力提高2级以上但未达到1.0者;
有效:视力提高1-2级者;
无效:视力提高不到1级或无增高者。
注:国际标准对数视力表为准,1级为1行。
治愈率=(治愈/总眼数)×100%。
总有效率=[(治愈+显效+有效)/总眼数]×100%。
统计学方法:采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学分析,计量资料以均数±标准差﹙±s﹚表示,采用t检验,计数资料率的比较采用χ2检验。
治疗结果:治疗组和对照组的治疗结果见表2。

与对照组比较,P<0.05。
由表2可知,治疗组治愈41眼,显效49眼,有效39眼,无效7眼,治愈率为30.1%,总有效率为94.8%;对照组治愈16眼,显效28眼,有效38眼,无效55眼,治愈率为11.7%,总有效率为59.9%。2组治愈率和总有效率比较差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。
治疗组治疗过程中生命体征平稳且无过敏等严重不良反应,治疗结束后对治疗组患者的实验室指标血常规、大便常规、小便常规、心电图等进行统计学处理,未见明显异常。结果表明本发明的临床运用是安全有效的,值得进一步研究并推广应用。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
Claims (3)
1.一种基于一氧化氮原理改善眼睛的明目保健贴,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制得的:笔管草10-30份、白菊花25-35份、党参20-30份、川芎10-20份、黄柏5-15份、鸡爪黄连40-60份、酶解珍珠粉40-60份、蓝莓提取物40-60份、叶黄素30-50份、牛磺酸10-30份、亮氨酸3-8份、异亮氨酸3-8份、缬氨酸3-8份、薄荷脑0.2-0.8份、冰片0.5-1.5份、苯甲酸纳2-3份、甘油5-15份、水1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的明目保健贴,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制得的:笔管草20份、白菊花30份、党参25份、川芎15份、黄柏10份、鸡爪黄连50份、酶解珍珠粉50份、蓝莓提取物50份、叶黄素40份、牛磺酸20份、亮氨酸5份、异亮氨酸5份、缬氨酸5份、薄荷脑0.5份、冰片1.0份、苯甲酸纳2.5份、甘油10份、水1000份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的明目保健贴,其特征在于,所述酶解珍珠粉为采用酸解工艺制备的超细珍珠粉,其粒径为80μm以下。
