本发明公开了一种鼓式刹车片半湿法生产工艺,包括以下步骤:a)一次混合;b)二次混合;c)固化成型;d)粘贴;e)加工。本发明通过将液体树脂加入到犁耙式混料机中和干料一起搅拌,使得各组分在搅拌时不易产生大量的粉尘,节约了原料,提高了混合均匀度;在干料中加入氢氧化钙、氧化钙、氧化镁可以大大提高所制得的刹车片的强度和耐热性能,使得刹车片经久耐用;密封盖配合抽气管的设置可以有效的将混合料中的空气排出,提高了产品质量。

一种鼓式刹车片半湿法生产工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及刹车片的技术领域,特别是鼓式刹车片半湿法生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
刹车是汽车上一个重要的部件,汽车上的刹车主要分为鼓式和盘式。鼓式刹车中会安装鼓式刹车片。现有的鼓式刹车片往往采用干式生产法进行生产,在生产过程中容易产生大量的粉尘,不但浪费了资源,也容易对生产者的身体健康造成威胁,部分采用半湿法生产的刹车片强度低,耐热性差。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种鼓式刹车片半湿法生产工艺,能够使鼓式刹车片生产时不易产生粉尘,同时制得的刹车片具有很好的强度和耐热性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种鼓式刹车片半湿法生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)一次混合:将干料倒入犁耙式混料机中进行搅拌,干料由矿物纤维、酚醛树脂、摩擦粉、硫酸钡、硫酸钙晶须、玻璃纤维、氢氧化钙、氧化钙、氧化镁组成;
b)二次混合:往犁耙式混料机中喷入液体树脂,在喷入过程中犁耙式混料机始终处于搅拌状态,液体树脂加入完成后继续搅拌一段时间形成混合料;
c)固化成型:将制得的混合料倒入模具中,并加压加热一段时间,使得混合料固化成型,形成摩擦片胚体;
d)粘贴:在摩擦片胚体的其中一面涂上粘贴胶,并将摩擦片粘在处理完毕的刹车片蹄铁上,并进行热处理,然后自然冷却,形成刹车片胚体;
e)加工:对刹车片胚体进行切削、打磨、钻孔、喷涂,形成刹车片,然后将刹车片进行包装。
作为优选,所述步骤a)一次混合中犁耙式混料机的搅拌速度为50-90转/分钟,搅拌时间为6-8分钟。
作为优选,所述步骤a)一次混合中干料各组分依次加入,加入的过程中不断搅拌。
作为优选,所述步骤b)二次混合中犁耙式混料机的转速随着液体树脂的喷入从50-90转/分钟提高至220-250转/分钟,液体树脂喷入完毕后犁耙式混料机继续以220-250转/分钟的速度搅拌20-40分钟。
作为优选,所述犁耙式混料机内壁上设有用于喷入液体树脂的进液管,犁耙式混料机顶部设有一个密封盖,密封盖上设有一个抽气管,在进行步骤b)二次混合盖上密封盖,并进行抽气,使得犁耙式混料机处于负压状态。
作为优选,所述步骤d)粘贴中热处理温度为150-160℃,处理时间为7-8小时。
作为优选,所述液体树脂为卡德莱公司生产的NX5334型液体树脂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将液体树脂加入到犁耙式混料机中和干料一起搅拌,使得各组分在搅拌时不易产生大量的粉尘,节约了原料,提高了混合均匀度;在干料中加入氢氧化钙、氧化钙、氧化镁可以大大提高所制得的刹车片的强度和耐热性能,使得刹车片经久耐用;密封盖配合抽气管的设置可以有效的将混合料中的空气排出,提高了产品质量。

【具体实施方式】
本发明一种鼓式刹车片半湿法生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)一次混合:将干料倒入犁耙式混料机中进行搅拌,干料由矿物纤维、酚醛树脂、摩擦粉、硫酸钡、硫酸钙晶须、玻璃纤维、氢氧化钙、氧化钙、氧化镁组成;
b)二次混合:往犁耙式混料机中喷入液体树脂,在喷入过程中犁耙式混料机始终处于搅拌状态,液体树脂加入完成后继续搅拌一段时间形成混合料;
c)固化成型:将制得的混合料倒入模具中,并加压加热一段时间,使得混合料固化成型,形成摩擦片胚体;
d)粘贴:在摩擦片胚体的其中一面涂上粘贴胶,并将摩擦片粘在处理完毕的刹车片蹄铁上,并进行热处理,然后自然冷却,形成刹车片胚体;
e)加工:对刹车片胚体进行切削、打磨、钻孔、喷涂,形成刹车片,然后将刹车片进行包装。

1.一种鼓式刹车片半湿法生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a)一次混合:将干料倒入犁耙式混料机中进行搅拌,干料由矿物纤维、酚醛树脂、摩擦粉、硫酸钡、硫酸钙晶须、玻璃纤维、氢氧化钙、氧化钙、氧化镁组成;
b)二次混合:往犁耙式混料机中喷入液体树脂,在喷入过程中犁耙式混料机始终处于搅拌状态,液体树脂加入完成后继续搅拌一段时间形成混合料;
c)固化成型:将制得的混合料倒入模具中,并加压加热一段时间,使得混合料固化成型,形成摩擦片胚体;
d)粘贴:在摩擦片胚体的其中一面涂上粘贴胶,并将摩擦片粘在处理完毕的刹车片蹄铁上,并进行热处理,然后自然冷却,形成刹车片胚体;
e)加工:对刹车片胚体进行切削、打磨、钻孔、喷涂,形成刹车片,然后将刹车片进行包装。
