本发明涉及刹车片生产技术领域,具体是一种刹车效果好的刹车片及其制造方法。
背景技术:
刹车片也叫刹车皮。在汽车的刹车系统中,刹车片是最关键的安全零件,所有刹车效果的好坏都是刹车片起决定性作用。现有技术中,刹车片的摩擦片生产工艺采用干法混合,造成很多纤维被打断,混料也存在死角,造成物料完全意义上搅拌混合均匀,同时由于材料储存和搬运等问题,即使混合好的材料也由于重力产生重的材料下沉,造成分层,材料沉淀现象,这种现象在行业内广泛存在。现有的摩擦材料的强度较低,摩擦系数低,在摩擦产生高温的情况下,热稳定性较差,一些原料在产生高温度的情况时容易被氧化,导致摩擦材料的使用寿命低,热稳定性差,不耐用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种由于提高了国内汽车摩擦材料产品的性能质量水平的刹车片及其制造方法。
解决的技术问题所采用以下的技术方案:
一种刹车效果好的刹车片,其特征在于:包括摩擦材料和钢背,所述的摩擦材料按重量份包括以下组分原料,酚醛树脂5~15份、顺丁橡胶3~8份、碳纤维树脂3~8份、滑石粉5~10份、硅化锆3~5份、碳化铝1~2份、硫酸钡0.3~0.4份、石墨8~10份、二硫化钼2~3份、硅化铜3~5份、钢纤维8~12份、碳化硅晶须5~7份、芳纶2~3份和钼纤维3~8份。
一种刹车效果好的刹车片的制造方法,包括以下步骤
(1)、配料、水法混料、预压成型和一次热处理,生产出摩擦材料毛坯件;
(2)温热处理,将摩擦材料毛坯件放入滚烫的热油中浸烫3~5秒,然后捞出用酒精清洗,然后晾干;
(3)、钢背抛丸处理,然后对钢背涂胶;
(4)、将摩擦材料毛坯件与钢背进行热压成型,得到刹车片毛坯件;
(5)然后依次进行二次热处理、磨削、开槽倒角、喷砂处理、粘消音片、装附件、检验包装入库。
所述的水法混合是将配好的摩擦材料原料加入水进行充分搅拌混合形成泥浆状的混合料,在高速旋转和搅拌的过程中,混合料进行了下一个进给仓。
所述的水法混合时摩擦材料原料与水的混合比例为1:0.8~3。
所述的预压成型是在真空的条件性进行。
本发明为新开发的摩擦片制作方法,采用水浆法混合,即在按配方称取材料后,加入水进行搅拌,这样最大限度实现了搅拌和混合,同时搅拌器采用特殊材料,在水的作用下,对原材料最大限度的保护,不会切断原先材料的纤维长度和材料本身物理特性。在实现均匀混合后,混合料形成一堆泥浆,在高速旋转和搅拌的过程中,混合料进行了下一个进给仓,由于高速旋转下料,泥浆型的混合料直接假如模具中,在真空等条件下,泥浆被压制,混合料形成压制毛坯,水分被抽真空,材料被压成型,避免了材料的分层现象,而且也减少了过程中的粉尘污染,作业环境改善。
本发明使用了特殊的原料生产摩擦材料,使用摩擦材料具有更高的强度,摩擦的系数高,热稳定性好。而且本发明中生产方法中对摩擦材料进行了温热处理,减少摩擦材料在使用时高温的情况下减少氧化,能够提高摩擦片的使用寿命。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的强度高,抗氧化,使用寿命长,热稳定性好,摩擦系数高,生产的环保性好。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种刹车效果好的刹车片的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的水法混合时摩擦材料原料与水的混合比例为1:0.8~3。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种刹车效果好的刹车片的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的预压成型是在真空的条件性进行。
