本发明涉及半导体集成电路制造领域,特别是指一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂,所述的配方成分重量份数为乙丙橡胶100‑120份、顺丁橡胶80‑110份、二氧化钛1‑10份、二氧化硅40‑50份、机油50‑70份、煤油80‑150份、聚烯烃类树脂5‑10份、石油硫酸钠5‑10份、无机酸或有机酸的胺/铵/金属盐20‑30份、尿素5‑10份。本发明在配方设计方面以乙丙橡胶和顺丁橡胶为主要材料,通过共混复合的方法,增加清洗剂的拉伸强度,能有效清洗封装模模腔内表面粘附有环氧树脂封装物,清洗效果优良。

一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂
技术领域
本发明涉及半导体集成电路制造领域,特别是指一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂。
背景技术
环氧树脂及其复合物由于具有优异的粘结性能、耐腐蚀性及电性能而被大量应用在集成电路封装中,在晶体管、大规模集成电路和超大规模集成电路中也有应用。在集成电路封装过程中,封装模具由于反复使用后环氧树脂及其复合物,长时间使用后,使得模腔内表面粘附有封装物,影像产品质量,所以对封装模具的清洗是十分有必要的。模具的清洗方法目前国内使用较为普遍的为物理法,主要是通过手工打磨法,喷砂法、干冰法以及激光和超声波对模具进行清洗,但是对集成电路封装模具的化学方法还未有新的突破。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种具有优良清洗效果的化学法清洗试剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙丙橡胶100-120份、顺丁橡胶80-110份、二氧化钛1-10份、二氧化硅40-50份、机油50-70份、煤油80-150份、聚烯烃类树脂5-10份、石油硫酸钠5-10份、无机酸或有机酸的胺/ 铵/ 金属盐20-30份、尿素5-10份。
优选地,一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙丙橡胶100份、顺丁橡胶80份、二氧化钛1份、二氧化硅40份、机油50份、煤油130份、聚烯烃类树脂10份、石油硫酸钠5份、无机酸或有机酸的胺/ 铵/ 金属盐25份、尿素10份。
优选地,一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙丙橡胶110份、顺丁橡胶95份、二氧化钛5份、二氧化硅45份、机油70份、煤油120份、聚烯烃类树脂10份、石油硫酸钠8份、无机酸或有机酸的胺/ 铵/ 金属盐25份、尿素8份。
优选地,一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙丙橡胶120份、顺丁橡胶110份、二氧化钛10份、二氧化硅50份、机油70份、煤油130份、聚烯烃类树脂8份、石油硫酸钠8份、无机酸或有机酸的胺/ 铵/ 金属盐25份、尿素8份。
一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂的制备方法,先将乙丙橡胶和顺丁橡胶加热充分熔融后,再加入二氧化钛、二氧化硅、机油、煤油、聚烯烃类树脂、石油硫酸钠、无机酸或有机酸的胺/ 铵/ 金属盐、尿素,进行高速搅拌剪切,直至完全乳化分散。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在配方设计方面以乙丙橡胶和顺丁橡胶为主要材料,通过共混复合的方法,增加清洗剂的拉伸强度,能有效清洗封装模模腔内表面粘附有环氧树脂封装物,清洗效果优良。

实施例1
一种用于集成电路封装模具的清洗试剂,由下列重量份的原料制成,乙丙橡胶100份、顺丁橡胶80份、二氧化钛1份、二氧化硅40份、机油50份、煤油130份、聚烯烃类树脂10份、石油硫酸钠5份、无机酸或有机酸的胺/ 铵/ 金属盐25份、尿素10份。按上述配方,先将乙丙橡胶和顺丁橡胶加热充分熔融后,再加入二氧化钛、二氧化硅、机油、煤油、聚烯烃类树脂、石油硫酸钠、无机酸或有机酸的胺/ 铵/ 金属盐、尿素,进行高速搅拌剪切,直至完全乳化分散,得到产品。
