技术领域
本发明属于新型燃料油技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保节能柴油添加剂。
背景技术
由于石油资源的短缺,我国早就开始寻找柴油燃料的代用品,已解决国内柴油紧缺现状。石油经过加工和精制过程之后,生产出各种不同的组分和石油产品,其大部分不能直接作为商品出厂,还需要进行调和。燃料油品调和的目的是将生产装置所得到的产品,结合国家建设对商品品种的需求和质量的要求,调和油品某些理化性质、满足各种机具的使用要求。油品调和通常可分为两类:一是油品组分的调和,即将两种或几种组分油按比例调和成基础油或成品油;二是基础油和适量添加剂的调和。液体石油燃料调和主要包括车用汽油调和、柴油调和、喷气燃料调和、船舶用燃料调和、锅炉用燃料调和、车用乙醇汽油调和等。
近些年来,随着世界工业化和机械化程度的不断提高,各国对柴油需求量日益增加,需大量使用二次加工柴油,尤其是催化裂化柴油。催化裂化柴油的十六烷值普遍偏低,即使与直馏柴油调和也不能达到规定的十六烷值指标。除采用加氢、溶剂抽提等方法精制外,使用含有十六烷值改进剂的添加剂是一种简便易行且经济的途径。
现有技术所提供的柴油添加剂可以在一定程度上起到提高柴油十六烷值的作用,但存在添加剂功能单一、对发动机内部的腐蚀性较大、尾气排放有害物质降低不明显等缺点。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种能够提高柴油十六烷值且成本低廉、制造工艺简单、稳定性好的环保节能柴油添加剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种环保节能柴油添加剂,由下述原料制成:十六烷值改进剂、稳定剂、分散剂、稀释剂、乙醚、降烟剂、助燃剂、催化剂、油性复合乳化剂、甲醇。
所述原料包括以下重量份数配比:十六烷值改进剂 75-90g、稳定剂 8-10g、分散剂5-8g、稀释剂 10-13g、乙醚3-5g、降烟剂5-9g、助燃剂6-8g、催化剂8-10g、油性复合乳化剂50-60g、甲醇2-3g。
进一步的,所述十六烷值改进剂为硝酸异戊酯;
进一步的,催化剂为叔丁基二茂铁;
进一步的,助燃剂是工业级高氯酸铵;
进一步的,分散剂为硬脂酰胺与高级醇的混合物。
进一步的,降凝剂是硬脂酸铝;
进一步的,稳定剂是叔胺类抗氧剂与肼类还原剂、表面活性剂、醇类的混合物。
所述环保节能柴油添加剂制备方法如下:
a、加入油性复合乳化剂50-60g、稀释剂10-13g、催化剂8-10g搅拌均匀,然后将搅拌均匀的混合物送入均质机,均质二十分钟,过400目滤网;
b、加入十六烷值改进剂 75-90g、稳定剂 8-10g和分散剂5-8g,搅拌十五分钟,搅拌均匀;
c、加入降烟剂5-9g和助燃剂6-8g,搅拌五分钟,搅拌均匀;
d、加入乙醚3-5g和甲醇2-3g,搅拌均匀,过滤后静置二十小时,即得成品环保节能柴油添加剂。
使用时,将本发明的产品按重量比为2-5%与柴油混合,制成节能环保的合成柴油,整个燃烧反应过程如下:
1.在柴油的燃烧过程中,乙醚在柴油燃烧的同时参加燃烧,具有微爆效应,产生巨大的热量,同时氧化成过氧化物和水汽;当乙醚中含有过氧化物时,在蒸发后所分离残留的过氧化物加热到100℃以上时能引起强烈爆炸,产生巨大热量。过氧化物在高温高压雾化裂解成氢气和氧气,裂解出比柴油能力高3.5倍的氢气参加燃烧,裂解出来的氧气为燃烧增加了更多的氧气助燃。水汽气化时产生比自身大1000被提及蒸汽时,会冲破幽默使油再度雾化,更利于充分燃烧。
2. 甲醇在高温高压下会汽化,甲醇蒸气会与乙醚、柴油相混溶,遇热、明火或氧化剂易燃产生剧烈燃烧。燃烧反应式为: CH3OH + O2 → CO2 + H2O, 裂解出来的水在高温高压下汽化,再度裂解成更多的氢气和氧气,产生更多巨大的热量,提高燃烧的效果,使柴油更加完全的燃烧,节约能源。
所述环保节能柴油添加剂部分原料功用如下:
乙醚-一种用途非常广泛的有机溶剂,与空气隔绝时相当稳定。无色透明液体,有特殊刺激气味、带甜味、极易挥发、其蒸气重于空气,在空气的作用下能氧化成过氧化物、醛和乙酸,暴露于光线下能促进其氧化。
甲醇-一种无色、透明、易燃、易挥发的液体,略有酒精气味。能与水、乙醇、乙醚、苯、酮、卤代烃和许多其他有机溶剂相混溶。 甲醇用途广泛,是基础的有机化工原料和优质燃料。主要应用于精细化工,塑料等领域,用来制造甲醛、醋酸、氯甲烷、甲氨、硫酸二甲脂等多种有机产品,也是农药、医药的重要原料之一。甲醇在深加工后可作为一种新型清洁燃料,也可以加入汽油或柴油掺烧。
本发明的有益效果为:成本低廉,制造工艺简单,稳定性好,在柴油燃烧的过程中可以产生巨大的热量,裂解出的大量的氢气参加燃烧,裂解出来大量的氧气为燃烧增加了更多的氧气助燃。产生更多巨大的热量,提高燃烧的效果,使柴油更加完全的燃烧,节约能源。
具体实施方式
为了便于理解,下面通过实施例,对本发明技术方案作进一步具体描述:
实施例1:
一种环保节能柴油添加剂,由下述原料制成:十六烷值改进剂、稳定剂、分散剂、稀释剂、乙醚、降烟剂、助燃剂、催化剂、油性复合乳化剂、甲醇。
所述原料包括以下重量份数配比:十六烷值改进剂 75g、稳定剂 8g、分散剂5g、稀释剂 10g、乙醚3g、降烟剂5g、助燃剂6g、催化剂8g、油性复合乳化剂50g、甲醇2g。
上述环保节能柴油添加剂的制备过程如下:

b、加入十六烷值改进剂 90g、稳定剂 10g和分散剂8g,搅拌十五分钟,搅拌均匀;
c、加入降烟剂9g和助燃剂8g,搅拌五分钟,搅拌均匀;
d、加入乙醚5g和甲醇3g,搅拌均匀,过滤后静置二十小时即得成品环保节能柴油添加剂。
使用时,将本发明的产品按重量比为5%与柴油混合,制成节能环保的合成柴油。
实施例3:
一种环保节能柴油添加剂,由下述原料制成:十六烷值改进剂、稳定剂、分散剂、稀释剂、乙醚、降烟剂、助燃剂、催化剂、油性复合乳化剂、甲醇。
原料包括以下重量份数配比:十六烷值改进剂 80g、稳定剂 9g、分散剂6g、稀释剂11g、乙醚4g、降烟剂7g、助燃剂7g、催化剂9g、油性复合乳化剂55g、甲醇2.5g。
上述环保节能柴油添加剂的制备过程如下:
a、加入油性复合乳化剂55g、稀释剂11g、催化剂9g搅拌均匀,然后将搅拌均匀的混合物送入均质机,均质二十分钟,过400目滤网;
b、加入十六烷值改进剂 80g、稳定剂 9g和分散剂6g,搅拌十五分钟,搅拌均匀;
c、加入降烟剂7g和助燃剂7g,搅拌五分钟,搅拌均匀;
d、加入乙醚4g和甲醇2.5g,搅拌均匀,过滤后静置二十小时即得成品环保节能柴油添加剂。
使用时,将本发明的产品按重量比为3%与柴油混合,制成节能环保的合成柴油。

Claims (3)

1.一种环保节能柴油添加剂,其特征在于:由下述原料制成:十六烷值改进剂、稳定剂、分散剂、稀释剂、乙醚、降烟剂、助燃剂、催化剂、油性复合乳化剂、甲醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能柴油添加剂,其特征在于:所述原料包括以下重量份数配比:十六烷值改进剂 75-90g、稳定剂 8-10g、分散剂5-8g、稀释剂 10-13g、乙醚3-5g、降烟剂5-9g、助燃剂6-8g、催化剂8-10g、油性复合乳化剂50-60g、甲醇2-3g。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保节能柴油添加剂制备方法如下:
a、加入油性复合乳化剂、稀释剂、催化剂搅拌均匀,然后将搅拌均匀的混合物送入均质机,均质二十分钟,过400目滤网;
b、加入十六烷值改进剂、稳定剂和分散剂,搅拌均匀;
c、加入降烟剂和助燃剂,搅拌均匀;
d、加入乙醚3-5g和甲醇2-3g,搅拌均匀,过滤后静置二十小时,即得成品环保节能柴油添加剂。
