Abstract

本发明涉及一种灶用醇基燃料及其制备方法,属于醇基燃料技术领域,包括有甲醇55~57质量份,酮类化合物20~22质量份,环烷烃11~13质量份,共溶剂7~9质量份,消烟助燃剂0.5~0.7质量份,催化助燃剂2.3~2.5质量份。该灶用醇基燃料中的甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃、共溶剂在消烟助燃剂和催化助燃剂的共同作用下,燃烧时无烟、无味,燃烧时的热值高,可达到6370卡/克;燃烧时不会产生堵塞,燃烧效率能够达到95%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及醇基燃料技术领域,尤其涉及一种灶用醇基燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
醇基燃料就是以醇类(如甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等)物质为主体配置的燃料。生物燃料燃烧值比液化气、柴油低但是价格比较有优势,可作为石油液化气及燃料柴油的替代燃料,它低价、安全、方便具有无残渣残液、不黑锅底,具有清洁卫生、安全、廉价、原料易购、使用方便等特点,成本仅为石油液化气或柴油批发价格的三分之一左右,利润空间巨大,具备极高的投资价值。
目前,醇基燃料以甲醇为主,主要用于酒店餐饮行业,但存在热值低的缺点,其热值仅在4500卡/克左右,且还具有能耗高、易挥发、燃烧效率较低等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种灶用醇基燃料及其制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种灶用醇基燃料及其制备方法,包括以下组分的重量份:
甲醇:55~57质量份,
酮类化合物:20~22质量份,
环烷烃:11~13质量份,
共溶剂:7~9质量份,
消烟助燃剂:0.5~0.7质量份,
催化助燃剂:2.3~2.5质量份。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述酮类化合物为丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、环戊酮、苯乙酮、苯丙酮中的一种或数种。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述环烷烃为环戊烷、环己烷、环庚烷、环辛烃中的一种或数种。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述共溶剂为乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或数种。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述消烟助燃剂为二茂铁。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述催化助燃剂是溴化铈、碘化镝、硼氢化钾按照质量比100∶(50~60)∶(1~2)的比例混合制成。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述灶用醇基燃料的制备方法:按照配方量称取甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃、共溶剂、消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂,然后将消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂、共溶剂通过搅拌混合制成助燃溶液,然后将助燃溶液与甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃通过搅拌混合即得所述灶用醇基燃料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述灶用醇基燃料中的甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃、共溶剂在消烟助燃剂和催化助燃剂的共同作用下,燃烧时无烟、无味,燃烧时的热值高,可达到6370卡/克;燃烧时不会产生堵塞,燃烧效率能够达到95%以上。

实施例1
一种灶用醇基燃料包括以下组分:
甲醇:55kg,
酮类化合物:22kg,
环烷烃:11kg,
共溶剂:9kg,
消烟助燃剂:0.5kg,
催化助燃剂:2.5kg。
其中,所述酮类化合物为丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、环戊酮、苯乙酮、苯丙酮中的一种或数种。所述环烷烃为环戊烷、环己烷、环庚烷、环辛烃中的一种或数种。所述共溶剂为乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或数种。所述消烟助燃剂为二茂铁。所述催化助燃剂是溴化铈、碘化镝、硼氢化钾按照质量比100∶50∶1的比例混合制成。
所述灶用醇基燃料的制备方法为:按照配方量称取甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃、共溶剂、消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂,然后将消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂、共溶剂通过搅拌混合制成助燃溶液,然后将助燃溶液与甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃通过搅拌混合即得所述灶用醇基燃料。
实施例2
一种灶用醇基燃料包括以下组分:
甲醇:56kg,
酮类化合物:21kg,
环烷烃:12kg,
共溶剂:8kg,
消烟助燃剂:0.6kg,
催化助燃剂:2.4kg。
其中,所述酮类化合物为丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、环戊酮、苯乙酮、苯丙酮中的一种或数种。所述环烷烃为环戊烷、环己烷、环庚烷、环辛烃中的一种或数种。所述共溶剂为乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或数种。所述消烟助燃剂为二茂铁。所述催化助燃剂是溴化铈、碘化镝、硼氢化钾按照质量比100∶57∶1.6的比例混合制成。
所述灶用醇基燃料的制备方法为:按照配方量称取甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃、共溶剂、消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂,然后将消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂、共溶剂通过搅拌混合制成助燃溶液,然后将助燃溶液与甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃通过搅拌混合即得所述灶用醇基燃料。
实施例3
一种灶用醇基燃料包括以下组分:
甲醇:57kg,
酮类化合物:20kg,
环烷烃:13kg,
共溶剂:7kg,
消烟助燃剂:0.7kg,
催化助燃剂:2.3kg。
其中,所述酮类化合物为丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、环戊酮、苯乙酮、苯丙酮中的一种或数种。所述环烷烃为环戊烷、环己烷、环庚烷、环辛烃中的一种或数种。所述共溶剂为乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或数种。所述消烟助燃剂为二茂铁。所述催化助燃剂是溴化铈、碘化镝、硼氢化钾按照质量比100∶60∶2的比例混合制成。
所述灶用醇基燃料的制备方法为:按照配方量称取甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃、共溶剂、消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂,然后将消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂、共溶剂通过搅拌混合制成助燃溶液,然后将助燃溶液与甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃通过搅拌混合即得所述灶用醇基燃料。
在上述实施例中,二茂铁作为消烟助燃剂,具有消烟、助燃的效果。催化助燃剂中溴化铈、碘化镝、硼氢化钾按照配方量均能够溶于共溶剂中,这使得成品中不存在沉淀。在催化助燃剂中,溴化铈与碘化镝在燃烧后会被氧化成相应的氧化物,再加上硼氢化钾的配合,可促进所述灶用醇基燃料在燃烧的过程中会裂解产生部分氢气,从而使得燃烧的热值能够提高,最终提高醇基燃料利用率。
本发明所述灶用醇基燃料热值高,其热值大于或等于5350卡/克;燃烧效率能够达到95%以上。

1.一种灶用醇基燃料,其特征在于包括以下组分的重量份:
甲醇:55~57质量份,
酮类化合物:20~22质量份,
环烷烃:11~13质量份,
共溶剂:7~9质量份,
消烟助燃剂:0.5~0.7质量份,
催化助燃剂:2.3~2.5质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灶用醇基燃料,其特征在于:所述酮类化合物为丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、环戊酮、苯乙酮、苯丙酮中的一种或数种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种灶用醇基燃料,其特征在于:所述环烷烃为环戊烷、环己烷、环庚烷、环辛烃中的一种或数种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种灶用醇基燃料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述共溶剂为乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或数种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种灶用醇基燃料,其特征在于:所述消烟助燃剂为二茂铁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种灶用醇基燃料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述催化助燃剂是溴化铈、碘化镝、硼氢化钾按照质量比100∶(50~60)∶(1~2)的比例混合制成。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种灶用醇基燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:按照配方量称取甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃、共溶剂、消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂,然后将消烟助燃剂、催化助燃剂、共溶剂通过搅拌混合制成助燃溶液,然后将助燃溶液与甲醇、酮类化合物、环烷烃通过搅拌混合即得所述灶用醇基燃料。
