本发明属于液体燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种高热值醇基燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
醇基燃料是新发展起来的一种新型能源,它比煤更环保,比石油基燃料油更加经济,由于醇基自身含氧,因此燃烧时需氧量少,且能充分燃烧,具有清洁卫生、安全环保、使用方便、廉价等优点。然而现有的技术中醇基燃料存在以下缺点:甲醇与汽油互不相溶,燃烧不充分,动力小、油耗大,容易产生爆震,容易对金属形成腐蚀,长期使用会对燃烧设备的使用寿命造成严重影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是研制出一种高热值醇基液体燃料,具体技术方案如下:
一种高热值醇基液体燃料,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇85-90份、C12燃料油10-15 份、辛醇5-10份、甲缩醛15-20份、除臭剂1-4份、添加剂10-15份,所述添加剂包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇5-10份、三乙酸甘油酯3-5份、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂4-7份、二戊铁 3-5份、烃类化合物10-15份、助燃剂10-15份、稳定剂3-5份、抗爆剂3-5份。

一种高热值醇基液体燃料的制备方法,包括:
(1)制备添加剂:在常温常压条件下,先将乙醇、三乙酸甘油酯、烃类化合物和助燃剂加入配置器中混合均匀;然后再将阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、稳定剂、抗爆剂、二戊铁依次加入配置器中混合均匀;将上述混好的试剂通过防爆离心泵循环混合3-5h,然后静置1h,即得到所述添加剂,备用;
(2)先将甲醇、C12燃料油、辛醇、甲缩醛加入配置器中,混合均匀,备用;
(3)再向配置器中加入除臭剂、添加剂,混合均匀,即得到所述高能醇基液体燃料。
本发明的有益效果
(1)本发明所述的高热值醇基液体燃料采用甲醇作为主燃组分,燃烧完全彻底,无三废产生,有效的保护了环境;采用C12燃料油作为热值提高组分,显著的提高燃料的热值;辛醇、甲缩醛作为助溶剂加入,可以使甲醇与其他组分互溶,而且还可使醇基液体燃料与传统汽油混合使用,互溶性好;加入除臭剂可去除燃料中的异味。
(2)添加了高效的添加剂,添加剂中乙醇作为点火剂;二茂铁是一种橙黄色固体,它不溶于水,溶于汽、柴油、甲醇的有机金属化合物,化学性质稳定,具有抗癌活性,在本发明中用于节能消烟剂和阳离子氟碳表面活性剂配成热值提高剂;三乙酸甘油酯除了可与其他原料配伍,提高燃料的闪点外,还能够在金属的表面形成保护膜,隔离了腐蚀物质与金属表面的接触,从而可以起到防止燃烧对金属的腐蚀,增强了醇基液体燃料的抗腐蚀性能;烃类化合物、助燃剂的加入,可以大大提高燃料的热值;加入稳定剂可保证燃料在使用过程中的质量稳定;抗爆剂的主要作用是抗爆,可大幅提高燃料的安全性。
(3)本发明所述的高热值醇基液体燃料各组分相互配合,燃烧充分彻底、燃烧热值高、无积碳现象产生,燃料热值可达28000kJ/kg。且与汽油具有较好的互溶性和抗腐蚀性能,具有较好的汽化性和正效加和性,因此本发明提供的高热值醇基液体燃料作为高效、环保的替代燃料具有较大的发展潜力和重要的经济效益、社会价值。本发明所述的高热值醇基液体燃料的制备方法,制作工艺简单,易于操作。

一种高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇88份、C12燃料油12份、辛醇8份、甲缩醛16份、除臭剂3份、添加剂13份,所述添加剂包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇8份、三乙酸甘油酯4份、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂5份、二戊铁4份、烃类化合物12份、助燃剂14份、稳定剂4份、抗爆剂4份。
作为优选,所述烃类化合物包括重量比为3:1:5的戊烷、己烷、异辛烷。
作为优选,所述助燃剂包括重量比为4:2:1的二甲醚、异丙醚、甲基叔丁基醚。
作为优选,所述稳定剂为重量比为3:5的二叔丁基对甲酚和异丁胺。
作为优选,所述抗爆剂为甲基环二烯三羰基锰。
作为优选,所述除臭剂为工业香精或除味樟脑。

一种高热值醇基液体燃料,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇86份、C12燃料油14份、辛醇7份、甲缩醛19份、除臭剂2份、添加剂12份,所述添加剂包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇7份、三乙酸甘油酯3份、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂6份、二戊铁4份、烃类化合物12份、助燃剂11份、稳定剂3份、抗爆剂5份。
作为优选,所述烃类化合物包括重量比为3:1:5的戊烷、己烷、异辛烷。
作为优选,所述助燃剂包括重量比为4:2:1的二甲醚、异丙醚、甲基叔丁基醚。
作为优选,所述稳定剂为重量比为3:5的二叔丁基对甲酚和异丁胺。
作为优选,所述抗爆剂为甲基环二烯三羰基锰。
作为优选,所述除臭剂为工业香精或除味樟脑。
本发明还公开了上述高热值醇基液体燃料的制备方法,采用如下技术方案:
实施例5
一种高热值醇基液体燃料的制备方法,包括:
(1)制备添加剂:在常温常压条件下,先将乙醇、三乙酸甘油酯、烃类化合物和助燃剂加入配置器中混合均匀;然后再将阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、稳定剂、抗爆剂、二戊铁依次加入配置器中混合均匀;将上述混好的试剂通过防爆离心泵循环混合3-5h,然后静置1h,即得到所述添加剂,备用;
(2)先将甲醇、C12燃料油、辛醇、甲缩醛加入配置器中,混合均匀,备用;
(3)再向配置器中加入除臭剂、添加剂,混合均匀,即得到所述高能醇基液体燃料。
经过测设,本发明所述高热值醇基液体燃料的优异性能如下表1所示。

1.一种高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇85-90份、C12燃料油10-15份、辛醇5-10份、甲缩醛15-20份、除臭剂1-4份、添加剂10-15份,所述添加剂包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇5-10份、三乙酸甘油酯3-5份、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂4-7份、二戊铁3-5份、烃类化合物10-15份、助燃剂10-15份、稳定剂3-5份、抗爆剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇85份、C12燃料油15份、辛醇10份、甲缩醛15份、除臭剂1份、添加剂10份,所述添加剂包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇5份、三乙酸甘油酯5份、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂4份、二戊铁5份、烃类化合物10份、助燃剂15份、稳定剂3份、抗爆剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇90份、C12燃料油10份、辛醇5份、甲缩醛20份、除臭剂4份、添加剂15份,所述添加剂包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇10份、三乙酸甘油酯3份、阳离子氟碳表面活性剂7份、二戊铁3份、烃类化合物15份、助燃剂10份、稳定剂5份、抗爆剂5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述烃类化合物包括重量比为3:1:5的戊烷、己烷、异辛烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述助燃剂包括重量比为4:2:1的二甲醚、异丙醚、甲基叔丁基醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为重量比为3:5的二叔丁基对甲酚和异丁胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述抗爆剂为甲基环二烯三羰基锰。
8.根据权利要求1所述高热值醇基液体燃料,其特征在于:所述除臭剂为工业香精或除味樟脑。
9.权利要求1-8任一所述高热值醇基液体燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
制备添加剂:在常温常压条件下,先将乙醇、三乙酸甘油酯、烃类化合物和助燃剂加入配置器中混合均匀;然后再将阳离子氟碳表面活性剂、稳定剂、抗爆剂、二戊铁依次加入配置器中混合均匀;将上述混好的试剂通过防爆离心泵循环混合3-5h,然后静置1h,即得到所述添加剂,备用;
先将甲醇、C12燃料油、辛醇、甲缩醛加入配置器中,混合均匀,备用;
再向配置器中加入除臭剂、添加剂,混合均匀,即得到所述高能醇基液体燃料。
