本发明公开一种防水薄膜,涉及塑料薄膜制品技术领域。它由以下重量份的原料制成:乙烯‑乙酸乙烯酯共聚物30份~35份、氨酯聚合物20份~25份、聚四氟乙烯1份~5份、二氧化硫脲2份~4份、明胶5份~10份、硬脂酸5份~10份、碳化硅2份~5份、甘油1份~5份、聚乙二醇5份~10份以及钛酸酯1份~5份。发明主要通过在原有薄膜生产原料的基础进行了改性,从而有效的提高薄膜的防水性能;其中,二氧化硫脲、明胶的加入,可以有效的降低产物的渗透性,从而提高产物的防水性能。

本发明涉及塑料薄膜制品技术领域,尤其是一种防水薄膜。
背景技术
薄膜是一种薄而软的透明薄片,广泛用于电子电器,机械,印刷等行业。随着科技的不断进步,人们对薄膜的关注度也越来越高,开发不同功能性质的薄膜是薄膜未来研究的方向之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有防水性能的薄膜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份的原料制成:
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物30份~35份、氨酯聚合物20份~25份、聚四氟乙烯1份~5份、二氧化硫脲2份~4份、明胶5份~10份、硬脂酸5份~10份、碳化硅2份~5份、甘油1份~5份、聚乙二醇5份~10份以及钛酸酯1份~5份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
本发明主要通过在原有薄膜生产原料的基础进行了改性,从而有效的提高薄膜的防水性能;其中,二氧化硫脲、明胶的加入,可以有效的降低产物的渗透性,从而提高产物的防水性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1——防水薄膜
它由以下重量的原料制成:
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物31kg、氨酯聚合物24kg、聚四氟乙烯3kg、二氧化硫脲3kg、明胶9kg、硬脂酸7kg、碳化硅4kg、甘油3kg、聚乙二醇9kg以及钛酸酯4kg;
将上述原料按照常规薄膜的制备方法进行制备。
实施例2——防水薄膜
它由以下重量的原料制成:
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物35kg、氨酯聚合物25kg、聚四氟乙烯5kg、二氧化硫脲4kg、明胶10kg、硬脂酸10kg、碳化硅5kg、甘油5kg、聚乙二醇10kg以及钛酸酯5kg;
将上述原料按照常规薄膜的制备方法进行制备。
实施例3——防水薄膜
它由以下重量的原料制成:
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物30kg、氨酯聚合物20kg、聚四氟乙烯1kg、二氧化硫脲2kg、明胶5kg、硬脂酸5kg、碳化硅2kg、甘油1kg、聚乙二醇5kg以及钛酸酯1kg;
将上述原料按照常规薄膜的制备方法进行制备。
将实施例1~实施例3制得的防水薄膜进行性能检测,其检测结果如表1所示。

从上述表1中,可以看出本发明防水薄膜具有很好的防水性能。

1.一种防水薄膜,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物30份~35份、氨酯聚合物20份~25份、聚四氟乙烯1份~5份、二氧化硫脲2份~4份、明胶5份~10份、硬脂酸5份~10份、碳化硅2份~5份、甘油1份~5份、聚乙二醇5份~10份以及钛酸酯1份~5份。
