本发明公开了一种PE无粉包装袋生产工艺及采用该工艺制得的PE无粉包装袋,其的原料各组分及其质量百份比如下:LLD‑PE7042占29~72%,LLD‑PE21HS占14~42.5%,LD‑PE260GG占14%。本发明通过调整原料配方配比以及合理优化生产工艺的温度控制,可以在不添加任何开口剂和爽滑剂的情况下,完成吹塑成型工艺,从而使产品达到高透明度和无粉尘的状态,有效保证产品的质量,而且方法的制备工艺简易、易于实现,生产效率高,能快速制成透明度高,表面光泽度好,袋内无白色粉沫体的PE无粉包装袋,同时由于省去开口剂和爽滑剂等原料,有效降低成本,利于广泛推广应用。

PE无粉包装袋生产工艺及其PE无粉包装袋
技术领域
本发明属于包装袋生产工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种PE无粉包装袋生产工艺。
背景技术
包装袋是指用于包装各种用品的袋子,使货物在生产流通过程中方便运输,容易存储。广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中。
PE是聚乙烯的简称,是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-70~-100℃),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸),常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良。目前广泛用于制造PE包装袋。
现代社会,在服装业普遍使用PE包装袋,市面上售卖的PE包装袋多种多样,其各自都有不同的设计理念,力求能达到不同用户的使用要求。但这些PE包装袋虽然能大致满足使用要求,但是由于其配份和制造工艺原因,均要加入适量的开口剂和爽滑剂,以致PE包装袋成品内附有白色粉体,从而导致附着在产品上,影响到产品的质量,当用在黑色衣服或其它黑色物体的产品包装上,尤其明显。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明目的之一在于,提供一种制造工艺简单,易于实现,能快速制成透明度高,表面光泽度好,袋内无白色粉沫体的PE无粉包装袋的PE无粉包装袋生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:一种PE无粉包装袋生产工艺,其包括以下步骤:(1)预备原料:原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下:
LLD-PE7042 29~72%,
LLD-PE21HS 14~42.5%,
LD-PE260GG 14%;
(2)挤出牵引:将原料加入螺杆挤出机,螺杆挤出机把原料塑化成熔融态,然后进行吹塑成型,形成球体膜泡,其中所述螺杆挤出机的一区温度设置为145~155℃,二区温度设置为145~155℃,三区温度设置为128~130℃,滤网区温度设置为140~150℃,模头区温度设置为135~145℃;
(3)风冷:对球体膜泡进行风吹冷却,制得PE无粉包装袋。
作为本发明的一种改进,原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下:
LLD-PE7042 72%,
LLD-PE21HS 14%,
LD-PE260GG 14%。
作为本发明的一种改进,原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下:
LLD-PE7042 58%,
LLD-PE21HS 28%,
LD-PE260GG 14%。
作为本发明的一种改进,原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下:
LLD-PE7042 29%,
LLD-PE21HS 57%,
LD-PE260GG 14%。
作为本发明的一种改进,原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下:
LLD-PE7042 43.5%,
LLD-PE21HS 42.5%,
LD-PE260GG 14%。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述PE无粉包装袋的厚度小于0.05mm。
本发明目的还在于,提供一种采用上述PE无粉包装袋生产工艺制得的PE无粉包装袋。该PE无粉包装袋的厚度小于0.05mm。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过调整原料配方配比以及合理优化生产工艺的温度控制,可以在不添加任何开口剂和爽滑剂的情况下,完成吹塑成型工艺,从而使产品达到高透明度和无粉尘的状态,有效保证产品的质量,而且方法的制备工艺简易、易于实现,生产效率高,能快速制成透明度高,表面光泽度好,袋内无白色粉沫体的PE无粉包装袋,同时由于省去开口剂和爽滑剂等原料,有效降低成本,利于广泛推广应用。
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
本实施例提供的一种PE无粉包装袋生产工艺,其包括以下步骤:
(1)预备原料:原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下:
LLD-PE7042 29~72%,
LLD-PE21HS 14~42.5%,
LD-PE260GG 14%;
(2)挤出牵引:将原料加入螺杆挤出机,螺杆挤出机把原料塑化成熔融态,然后进行吹塑成型,形成球体膜泡,其中所述螺杆挤出机的一区温度设置为145~155℃,二区温度设置为145~155℃,三区温度设置为128~130℃,滤网区温度设置为140~150℃,模头区温度设置为135~145℃;
(3)风冷:对球体膜泡进行风吹冷却,制得PE无粉包装袋。
一种采用上述PE无粉包装袋生产工艺制得的PE无粉包装袋。该PE无粉包装袋的厚度小于0.05mm。
本发明工艺对配方配比和螺杆挤出机的温度控制有很高的要求,具体详见表1原料配方配比与表2工艺熔点结晶温度要求。

本发明通过调整原料配方配比以及合理优化生产工艺的温度控制,可以在不添加任何开口剂和爽滑剂的情况下,完成吹塑成型工艺,从而使产品达到高透明度和无粉尘的状态,有效保证产品的质量。具体工艺过程是:把原料按配方比例计量好,然后把原料混在一起搅拌均匀,加入到螺杆挤出机中,把原料塑化成熔融态,从成型磨具中挤出成型筒状模胚,再向筒状模胚内吹入有一定压力的空气,把模胚吹涨,达到工艺要求的筒状膜直径和厚度,经风吹冷却定型后收卷,获得PE无粉包装袋。该制备工艺简易、易于实现,生产效率高,能快速制成透明度高,表面光泽度好,袋内无白色粉沫体的PE无粉包装袋,同时由于省去开口剂和爽滑剂等原料,有效降低成本。

Claims (5)

1.一种 PE 无粉包装袋生产工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤 :
(1)预备原料 :原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下 :
LLD-PE7042 29 ~ 72%,
LLD-PE21HS 14 ~ 42.5%,
LD-PE260GG 14% ;
以上各组分的用量之和为100%;
或,
LLD-PE7042 29%,
LLD-PE21HS 57%,
LD-PE260GG 14%;
(2)挤出牵引 :将原料加入螺杆挤出机,螺杆挤出机把原料塑化成熔融态,然后进行吹塑成型,形成球体膜泡,其中所述螺杆挤出机的一区温度设置为 145~155℃,二区温度设置为 145~155℃,三区温度设置为 128~130℃,滤网区温度设置为 140 ~ 150℃,模头区温度设置为 135 ~ 145℃ ;
(3)风冷 :对球体膜泡进行风吹冷却,制得 PE 无粉包装袋;
所述PE无粉包装袋的厚度小于 0.05mm。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的 PE 无粉包装袋生产工艺,其特征在于,原料的各组分及其质量百份比如下 :
LLD-PE7042 72%,
LLD-PE21HS 14%,
LD-PE260GG 14%。

LLD-PE7042 58%,
