Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保购物袋的制备方法,涉及塑料制品技术领域,它由线性低密度聚乙烯,重质碳酸钙粉,乙烯丁烯共聚物,淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物,聚乙烯,色粉份制成,制备方法为先将重质碳酸钙粉加入高速混合机中密封加热搅拌3~5分钟,再加入聚乙烯与线性低密度聚乙烯,继续加热搅拌10分钟,加上乙烯丁烯共聚物和色粉,得混合物料;然后将淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物从双螺杆挤出机的加纤口加入,混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机中,加热后,将熔融物挤出吹塑即可,与现有技术相比,用本方法制得的环保购物袋可以生物降解,再在聚乙烯中加入乙烯丁烯共聚物、淀粉和聚乙烯醇对聚乙烯进行改性,使购物袋具有足够的强度和挺度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品技术领域,尤其是一种环保购物袋的制备方法。
背景技术
与纸质包装袋相比,塑料软包装具有防潮性、阻隔性等突出优点,且成本低廉。以往,人们购物所附送得的塑料购物袋基本上都是采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚合物材料制成的,他们无法降解,对生态环境造成破坏,成为“白色污染”。为了减少白色污染的形成,国务院办公厅曾下文限制生产销售使用塑料购物袋,为此,各大超市、商场等商品零售场所实行塑料购物袋有偿使用制度;尽管有偿使用限制了一定数量的购物袋,但治标不治本,购物袋本身的污染问题仍然没有得到解决。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种可降解的且方法简单的环保购物袋的制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
采用如下重量份的原料制成:
线性低密度聚乙烯15份-18份,重质碳酸钙粉15-25份,乙烯丁烯共聚物2-3份,淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物15份-18份,聚乙烯15份-18份,色粉 0.1-1份,
其制备步骤为:
A、将重质碳酸钙粉加入高速混合机中密封加热搅拌,加热温度为70℃~80℃,搅拌时间为3~5分钟,打开密封盖散雾,然后加入聚乙烯与线性低密度聚乙烯,继续加热搅拌,加热温度为70℃~80℃,搅拌10分钟,加上乙烯丁烯共聚物和色粉,得混合物料;
B、将淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物从双螺杆挤出机的加纤口加入,将A步骤所得的混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机中,加热至190℃~210℃,30分钟后,将熔融物通过螺杆挤出机的圆形口模头挤出吹塑,牵引冷却。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
采用本方法制得的环保购物袋,由于是采用淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物作为原料,可以生物降解,再在聚乙烯中加入乙烯丁烯共聚物、淀粉和聚乙烯醇对聚乙烯进行改性,使购物袋具有足够的强度和挺度,且方法简单。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:制备环保购物袋的制备方法的原料及用量:
线性低密度聚乙烯15千克,重质碳酸钙粉15千克,乙烯丁烯共聚物3千克,淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物18千克,聚乙烯15千克,色粉 0.1千克。
制备方法为:将重质碳酸钙粉加入高速混合机中密封加热搅拌,加热温度为70℃~80℃,搅拌时间为3分钟,打开密封盖散雾,然后加入聚乙烯与线性低密度聚乙烯,继续加热搅拌,加热温度为70℃~80℃,搅拌10分钟,加上乙烯丁烯共聚物和色粉,得混合物料;然后将淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物从双螺杆挤出机的加纤口加入,将前述所得的混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机中,加热至190℃~210℃,30分钟后,将熔融物通过螺杆挤出机的圆形口模头挤出吹塑,牵引冷却。
实施例2:制备环保购物袋的制备方法的原料及用量:
线性低密度聚乙烯18千克,重质碳酸钙粉25千克,乙烯丁烯共聚物2千克,淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物15千克,聚乙烯18千克,色粉 1千克。

1.一种环保购物袋的制备方法,其特征在于采用如下重量份的原料制成:
线性低密度聚乙烯15份-18份,重质碳酸钙粉15-25份,乙烯丁烯共聚物2-3份,淀粉和聚乙烯醇的共混物15份-18份,聚乙烯15份-18份,色粉 0.1-1份,
其制备步骤为:
