本发明公开一种抗静电防雾母料及其生产工艺,提供一种既能抗静电又能防雾的母料。其包括以下组分和重量(重量份):聚丙烯55~65;玻璃微珠1~5;防粘剂15~20;分散剂20~25;抗静电剂10~15。使用精密称量系统配料,充分混合后经双螺杆挤出机将熔体挤出,熔体挤出后经干燥,冷却,切粒而生成母料成品。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料薄膜用母料,具体是指一种抗静电防雾母料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
BOPP薄膜的生产是将高分子聚丙烯的熔体首先通过狭长机头制成片材或厚膜,然后在专用的拉伸机内,在一定的温度和设定的速度下,同时或分步在垂直的两个方向(纵向、横向)上进行的拉伸,并经过适当的冷却或热处理或特殊的加工(如电晕、涂覆等)制成的薄膜。
BOPP薄膜是一种非常重要的软包装材料,BOPP薄膜无色、无嗅、无味、无毒,并具有高拉伸强度、冲击强度、刚性、强韧性和良好的透明性。
BOPP薄膜表面能低,涂胶或印刷前需进行电晕处理。经电晕处理后,BOPP薄膜具有良好的印刷适应性,可以套色印刷而得到精美的外观效果,因而常用作复合薄膜的面层材料。
BOPP薄膜也有不足,如容易累积静电。在高速运转的生产线上,BOPP薄膜容易产生静电,容易产生粘连。
而有些用于肉类、鲜花、蔬菜的膜,更需要防雾效果。
生产中加入母料助剂,可以防止静电和防雾,但目前市面上的母料防雾和抗静电效果较差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗静电防雾母料及其生产工艺,以满足市场需求。
本发明通过以下方式实施:
一种抗静电防雾母料,其特征在于,包括以下组分和重量(重量份):聚丙烯55~65;玻璃微珠1~5;防粘剂15~20;分散剂20~25;抗静电剂10~15。分散剂可以是聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、或酰胺蜡中的一种或多种的混合物。使用精密称量系统配料,充分混合后经双螺杆挤出机将熔体挤出,挤出机的生产温度控制在200~250℃,电流控制在250~290A,挤出机转速控制在200~300r/min,机头压力控制在28~35Mpa/h,熔体温度控制在220~280℃,熔体挤出后经干燥,冷却,切粒而生成母料成品。
本发明的有意效果是:所生产母料既能抗静电又能防雾。
具体实施方式
实施例1
包括以下组分和重量(重量份):聚丙烯55;玻璃微珠1;防粘剂15;
聚乙烯蜡20;抗静电剂10。使用精密称量系统配料,充分混合后经双螺杆挤出机将熔体挤出,挤出机的生产温度控制在200℃,电流控制在290A,挤出机转速控制在300r/min,机头压力控制在35Mpa/h,熔体温度控制在280℃,熔体挤出后经干燥,冷却,切粒而生成母料成品。

1.一种抗静电防雾母料,其特征在于,包括以下组分和重量(重量份):
聚丙烯55~65;
玻璃微珠1~5;
防粘剂15~20;
分散剂20~25;
抗静电剂10~15。
2.根据权利要求1所述母料,其特征在于,所述分散剂可以是聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、或酰胺蜡中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.一种抗静电防雾母料的生产工艺,其特征在于,使用精密称量系统配料,将玻璃微珠、聚丙烯、硅酮爽滑剂和防粘剂充分混合后经双螺杆挤出机将熔体挤出,挤出机的生产温度控制在200~250℃,电流控制在250~290A,挤出机转速控制在200~300r/min,机头压力控制在28~35Mpa/h,熔体温度控制在220~280℃,熔体挤出后经干燥,冷却,切粒而生成母料成品。
