Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗静电母粒,尤其涉及一种用于薄膜的抗静电母粒,该母粒包括以下质量份的成分组成:65~75份载体,25~35份抗静电剂、0.1~1份防粘剂、0.1~1份抗氧剂、0.1~1份热稳定剂。本发明提供的抗静电母粒的制备方法是将上述材料在高速混合机中混合,在双螺杆挤出机中造粒,得到成品,该母粒的抗静电效果好、效果持久、防尘效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电母粒,尤其涉及一种薄膜用的抗静电母粒。
背景技术
随着塑料包装业的发展,市场竞争力的加大,也就提高塑料包装制品质量,需要在薄膜包装制品生产加工过程和最终的使用要求具有抗静电性能,同时也需要保证薄膜包装的食品质量安全,增强薄膜包装制品的抗静电性能可以通过添加抗静电母粒,用于提高薄膜包装制品的抗静电性能的母粒性能主要体现在以下几个方面,抗静电母粒的对薄膜的加工和实用性能是否有影响,如透明度、安全度、强度、防尘效果等;抗静电母粒是否具有热稳定性能,减少塑料在加工过程中的挥发和分解;抗静电母粒在加工过程中是否会在薄膜表面积累致使表面粗糙。以上都是用于薄膜的抗静电母粒经常出现的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种抗静电母粒,所述母粒具有热稳定性能,在添加到薄膜中时不会在薄膜表面积累,具有防尘效果好的作用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为一种抗静电母粒,包括以下质量份的成分组成:65~75份载体,25~35份抗静电剂、0.1~1份防粘剂、0.1~1份抗氧剂、0.1~1份复合稳定剂。
进一步地,所述载体为聚丙烯与聚乙烯混合物。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯与聚乙烯的比重为4:1。
进一步地,所述抗静电剂为硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯。
进一步地,所述防粘剂为二氧化硅。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为二苯胺。
进一步地,所述复合稳定剂为二硫基乙酸异辛酯二甲基锡、硬脂酸锌、甘油酯。
进一步地,所述抗静电母粒的制备步骤是将载体、抗静电剂、防粘剂、抗氧剂、热稳定剂高速混合,在双螺杆挤出机中造粒。
进一步地,所述双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为400转/分,温度为180~210℃。
本发明的有益效果:采用聚丙烯与聚乙烯混合物为载体,能使抗静电效果更持久,利用硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯作为抗静电剂、二氧化硅作为防粘剂、二苯胺作为抗氧剂也增强了其抗静电效果和防尘效果,添加甘油酯增加整体的热稳定性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗静电母粒,包括以下质量份的成分组成:50份聚丙烯与12份聚乙烯混合物,25份抗硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯、0.1份二氧化硅、0.1份二苯胺、0.08份二硫基乙酸异辛酯二甲基锡、0.01份硬脂酸锌、0.01份甘油酯。将上述材料高速混合5分钟,在双螺杆挤出机中造粒,螺杆转速为400转/分,温度为180℃。
实施例2
一种抗静电母粒,包括以下质量份的成分组成:55份聚丙烯与11份聚乙烯混合物,30份抗硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯、0.3份二氧化硅、0.3份二苯胺、0.16份二硫基乙酸异辛酯二甲基锡、0.02份硬脂酸锌、0.02份甘油酯。将上述材料高速混合5分钟,在双螺杆挤出机中造粒,螺杆转速为400转/分,温度为200℃。
实施例3
一种抗静电母粒,包括以下质量份的成分组成:60份聚丙烯与15份聚乙烯混合物,35份抗硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯、0.5份二氧化硅、0.5份二苯胺、0.32份二硫基乙酸异辛酯二甲基锡、0.04份硬脂酸锌、0.04份甘油酯。将上述材料高速混合5分钟,在双螺杆挤出机中造粒,螺杆转速为400转/分,温度为210℃。

1.一种抗静电母粒,包括以下质量份的成分组成:65~75份载体,25~35份抗静电剂、0.1~1份防粘剂、0.1~1份抗氧剂、0.1~1份复合稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述载体为聚丙烯与聚乙烯混合物。
3.根据群里要求2所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯与聚乙烯的比重为4:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述防粘剂为二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为二苯胺。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述复合稳定剂为二硫基乙酸异辛酯二甲基锡、硬脂酸锌、甘油酯。
8.根据权利要求1—7所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述抗静电母粒的制备步骤是将载体、抗静电剂、防粘剂、抗氧剂、热稳定剂高速混合,在双螺杆挤出机中造粒。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗静电母粒,其特征在于:所述双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为400转/分,温度为180~210℃。
