Abstract
本发明公开了一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PP 70%~50%、PE 20%~40%、POE 2%~4%、增容剂0~10%、抗静电母粒1.5%~3%、光稳定剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.2%~3%、抗氧剂0.2%~0.5%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明采用PP和PE共混和加入适量助剂的方式制得的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,具有很好兼容特性,而且显著地提高了材料的冲击强度、刚度、耐热性、耐候性等,其综合性能良好,尺寸稳定和加工性能好,并且还具有优异的永久抗静电性能,其表面电阻可达107~109Ω·m。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种改性PP/PE合金材料。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)作为一种通用塑料,具有密度小、无毒、耐腐蚀、力学均衡性好、价格低等优点,但其缺口敏感性特别显著,缺口冲击强度较低,尤其在低温时更为突出。聚乙烯(PE)是一种质轻无毒、具有良好的电绝缘性能和耐化学腐蚀性能的热塑性塑料,其强度较高,耐寒性好,成型加工方便,已广泛应用于建筑、交通运输、电线电缆、化工机械等行业。因此将PP与PE共混,可以制得性能优异的塑料合金,实现树脂的高性能化。由于PP与PE都是结晶性聚合物,它们之间没有形成共晶,而且各自结晶,形成相容性不良的多相体系,两者晶体之间却发生相互制约作用,可破坏PP的球晶结构,PP球晶被PE分割成晶片,使PP不能生产球晶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能、低成本的改性PP/PE合金材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PP 70%~50%、PE 20%~40%、POE 2%~4%、增容剂0~10%、抗静电母粒1.5%~3%、光稳定剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.2%~3%、抗氧剂0.2%~0.5%。
所述的PP为聚丙烯塑料。
所述的PE为聚乙烯塑料。
所述的POE为乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体。
所述的增容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)。
所述的抗静电母粒是由75wt%聚丙烯树脂、20wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
所述的光稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、OP蜡、TAS-2A、乙撑双硬酯酰胺中的一种。
所述的抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚丙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取的PP和PE,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的POE、增容剂、抗静电母粒、光稳定剂、润滑剂和抗氧剂,继续混合2~5分钟;
(3)将上述混合物投入双螺杆挤出机,控制螺杆转速在150~500转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~240℃,经双螺杆挤出机充分塑化、熔融、复合、机头挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒、烘干、包装即得本发明的一种改性PP/PE合金材料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明采用PP和PE共混和加入适量助剂的方式制得的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,具有很好兼容特性,而且显著地提高了材料的冲击强度、刚度、耐热性、耐候性等,其综合性能良好,尺寸稳定和加工性能好,并且还具有优异的永久抗静电性能,其表面电阻可达107~109Ω·m。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PP 55%、PE 30%、POE 3%、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)8.5%、抗静电母粒2%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5%、聚乙烯蜡0.5%、酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%。其中,所述的抗静电母粒是由75wt%聚丙烯树脂、20wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
制备方法:(1)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚丙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;(2)按重量配比称取的PP和PE,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的POE、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)、抗静电母粒、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、聚乙烯蜡和酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,继续混合2~5分钟;(3)将上述混合物投入双螺杆挤出机,控制螺杆转速在150~500转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~240℃,经双螺杆挤出机充分塑化、熔融、复合、机头挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒、烘干、包装即得本发明的一种改性PP/PE合金材料。
实施例2:
一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PP 65%、PE 20%、POE 2%、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)8.5%、抗静电母粒2%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5%、EVA蜡1.5%、酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%。其中,所述的抗静电母粒是由75wt%聚丙烯树脂、20wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
制备方法:(1)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚丙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;(2)按重量配比称取的PP和PE,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的POE、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)、抗静电母粒、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、EVA蜡和酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,继续混合2~5分钟;(3)将上述混合物投入双螺杆挤出机,控制螺杆转速在150~500转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~240℃,经双螺杆挤出机充分塑化、熔融、复合、机头挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒、烘干、包装即得本发明的一种改性PP/PE合金材料。
实施例3:
一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PP 60%、PE 34%、POE 2%、抗静电母粒2%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5%、TAS-2A 1.2%、酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.3%。其中,所述的抗静电母粒是由75wt%聚丙烯树脂、20wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
制备方法:(1)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚丙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;(2)按重量配比称取的PP和PE,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的POE、抗静电母粒、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、TAS-2A和酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,继续混合2~5分钟;(3)将上述混合物投入双螺杆挤出机,控制螺杆转速在150~500转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~240℃,经双螺杆挤出机充分塑化、熔融、复合、机头挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒、烘干、包装即得本发明的一种改性PP/PE合金材料。
Claims (8)
1.一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PP 70%~50%、PE 20%~40%、POE 2%~4%、增容剂0~10%、抗静电母粒1.5%~3%、光稳定剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.2%~3%、抗氧剂0.2%~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其特征在于,所述的POE为乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其特征在于,所述的增容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其特征在于,所述的抗静电母粒是由75wt%聚丙烯树脂、20wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其特征在于,所述的光稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、OP蜡、TAS-2A、乙撑双硬酯酰胺中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性PP/PE合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚丙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取的PP和PE,加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的POE、增容剂、抗静电母粒、光稳定剂、润滑剂和抗氧剂,继续混合2~5分钟;
(3)将上述混合物投入双螺杆挤出机,控制螺杆转速在150~500转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~240℃,经双螺杆挤出机充分塑化、熔融、复合、机头挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒、烘干、包装即得本发明的一种改性PP/PE合金材料。
