技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯是一种质轻无毒和具有良好综合性能的热塑性塑料,已被广泛应用于包装、化工、机械、管材、建筑及食品加工等领域,但由于其冲击韧性较差、抗静电性不足和容易燃烧等缺点,限制了它的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高冲击强度、高阻燃性和永久抗静电性能的抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯60%~80%、阻燃剂12%~20%、纳米级碳酸钙5%~15%、表面处理剂0.1%~0.3%、抗静电母粒3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.2%~1.5%、光稳定剂0~0.5%。
所述的阻燃剂为聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚。
所述的纳米级碳酸钙的平均粒径在20nm~80nm之间。
所述的表面处理剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁和硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
所述的抗静电母粒是由65wt%聚乙烯树脂、30wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
所述的抗氧剂为主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物。

(1)将阻燃剂在85℃~110℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;
(2)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚乙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;
(3)将纳米级碳酸钙与表面处理剂按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于120℃~150℃温度下搅拌20~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃,出料待用;
(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的阻燃剂和聚乙烯、抗静电母粒、抗氧剂、润滑剂和光稳定剂,加入高速混合机,并与步骤(3)的物料一起充分混合3~5分钟;
(5)再将步骤(4)的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在180℃~250℃,螺杆转速为150~400转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,再挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的聚乙烯粉末不仅具有优良的缺口冲击韧性、较高的刚度和很好的耐热性能,还具有优异的力学性能和永久抗静电性能,其表面电阻可达107~1010Ω·m,而且阻燃效能高,加工性能好,成本低。本发明提供的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末的制备工艺简单,操作方便,容易实现工业自动化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯70%、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚15%、平均粒径在20nm~80nm之间的纳米级碳酸钙10%、硬脂酸钙0.2%、抗静电母粒4%、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物0.2%、聚乙烯蜡0.4%、苯并三唑光稳定剂0.2%。其中,所述的抗静电母粒是由65wt%聚乙烯树脂、30wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
制备方法:(1)将聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚在85℃~110℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;(2)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚乙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;(3)将纳米级碳酸钙与硬脂酸钙按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于120℃~150℃温度下搅拌20~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃,出料待用;(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚和聚乙烯、抗静电母粒、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物、聚乙烯蜡和苯并三唑光稳定剂,加入高速混合机,并与步骤(3)的物料一起充分混合3~5分钟;(5)再将步骤(4)的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在180℃~250℃,螺杆转速为150~400转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,再挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末。

一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯60%、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚20%、平均粒径在20nm~80nm之间的纳米级碳酸钙15%、硬脂酸钙0.3%、抗静电母粒3%、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%、EVA蜡1%、二苯甲酮光稳定剂0.2%。其中,所述的抗静电母粒是由65wt%聚乙烯树脂、30wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
制备方法:(1)将聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚在85℃~110℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;(2)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚乙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;(3)将纳米级碳酸钙与硬脂酸钙按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于120℃~150℃温度下搅拌20~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃,出料待用;(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚和聚乙烯、抗静电母粒、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物、EVA蜡和二苯甲酮光稳定剂,加入高速混合机,并与步骤(3)的物料一起充分混合3~5分钟;(5)再将步骤(4)的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在180℃~250℃,螺杆转速为150~400转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,再挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末。
实施例3:
一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯76%、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚12%、平均粒径在20nm~80nm之间的纳米级碳酸钙5%、硅烷偶联剂0.1%、抗静电母粒5%、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物0.6%、乙撑双硬酯酰胺1%、受阻胺光稳定剂0.3%。其中,所述的抗静电母粒是由65wt%聚乙烯树脂、30wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
制备方法:(1)将聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚在85℃~110℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;(2)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚乙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;(3)将纳米级碳酸钙与硅烷偶联剂按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于120℃~150℃温度下搅拌20~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃,出料待用;(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚和聚乙烯、抗静电母粒、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物、乙撑双硬酯酰胺和受阻胺光稳定剂,加入高速混合机,并与步骤(3)的物料一起充分混合3~5分钟;(5)再将步骤(4)的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在180℃~250℃,螺杆转速为150~400转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,再挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯60%~80%、阻燃剂12%~20%、纳米级碳酸钙5%~15%、表面处理剂0.1%~0.3%、抗静电母粒3%~5%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.2%~1.5%、光稳定剂0~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的阻燃剂为聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的纳米级碳酸钙的平均粒径在20nm~80nm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的表面处理剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁和硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的抗静电母粒是由65wt%聚乙烯树脂、30wt%硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和5wt%季戊四醇硬脂酸酯组成的抗静电母粒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、TAS-2A、乙撑双硬酯酰胺中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的光稳定剂为苯并三唑光稳定剂、二苯甲酮光稳定剂、受阻胺光稳定剂中的一种或几种的复配物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将阻燃剂在85℃~110℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;
(2)制备抗静电母粒:配料和按重量称取聚乙烯树脂、硬脂酸单甘酯抗静电剂和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,然后加入高速混合机或超声波发生器中混合10~30分钟,再将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混、冷却、切粒、干燥后制得抗静电母粒,待用;
(3)将纳米级碳酸钙与表面处理剂按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于120℃~150℃温度下搅拌20~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃,出料待用;
(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的阻燃剂和聚乙烯、抗静电母粒、抗氧剂、润滑剂和光稳定剂,加入高速混合机,并与步骤(3)的物料一起充分混合3~5分钟;
(5)再将步骤(4)的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,熔融温度控制在180℃~250℃,螺杆转速为150~400转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,再挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种抗静电阻燃改性聚乙烯粉末。
