本发明公开了一种自动进给砂轮切割机,包括底座机架、砂轮、防护罩、电机、精密导向杆、锁紧杆,所述底座机架安装有支撑杆、导向杆座、锁紧杆,支撑杆顶部设有气缸,导向杆座内安装精密导向杆,精密导向杆顶部连接气缸,支撑杆一侧安装电机架,电机架上安装有电机,另一侧安装砂轮架,砂轮架安装砂轮,砂轮上设有防护罩,电机主轴连接安装驱动轮,砂轮轴连接从动轮,驱动轮和从动轮通过传动带连接;所述驱动轮上设有皮带槽,皮带槽表面设有耐磨层,皮带槽表面还设有若干个半圆形凸包结构。本发明通过在驱动轮表面设置耐磨层和凸包结构,增大摩擦和豁附力,传动带、刀片均采用特殊材料,强度高,力学性能好,延长切割机的使用寿命。

一种自动进给砂轮切割机
【技术领域】
本发明涉及砂轮切割机的技术领域,特别是自动进给砂轮切割机的技术领域。
【背景技术】
砂轮切割机,又叫砂轮锯,砂轮切割机适用于建筑、五金、石油化工、机械冶金及水电安装等部门。砂轮切割机可对金属方扁管、方扁钢、工字钢,槽型钢,碳元钢、元管等材料进行切割。主要是由基座、砂轮、电动机或其他动力源、托架、防护罩和给水器等所组成,砂轮是设置于基座的顶面,动力源传动一减速器,减速器具有一穿出基座顶面的传动轴供固接砂轮。
现有的砂轮切割机,在工作过程中,带轮的摩擦力不够,易打滑,从而造成带轮的表面也易磨损,影响使用寿命。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种自动进给砂轮切割机,通过在驱动轮表面设置耐磨层和凸包结构,增大摩擦和豁附力,传动带、刀片均采用特殊材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种自动进给砂轮切割机,包括底座机架、砂轮、防护罩、电机、精密导向杆、锁紧杆,所述底座机架安装有支撑杆、导向杆座、锁紧杆,支撑杆顶部设有气缸,导向杆座内安装精密导向杆,精密导向杆顶部连接气缸,支撑杆一侧安装电机架,电机架上安装有电机,另一侧安装砂轮架,砂轮架安装砂轮,砂轮上设有防护罩,电机主轴连接安装驱动轮,砂轮轴连接从动轮,驱动轮和从动轮通过传动带连接;所述驱动轮上设有皮带槽,皮带槽与传动带配合,皮带槽表面设有耐磨层,皮带槽表面还设有若干个半圆形凸包结构。
作为优选,所述耐磨层为锆基合金耐磨层,耐磨层厚度为0.35-0.38mm,材料由如下百分比重元素组成:Zr 32.4-34.3%;Ti2.5-2.8%;cu2.1-2.4%;w2.5-2.8%;al0.82-0.86%;Nb2.5-2.8%;c1.3-1.7%;mo1.6-.1.8%余量为Fe及不可避免杂质,所述杂质重量百分比含量为:Si少于0.26%S少于0.015%、P少于0.08%,所述锆基合金耐磨层洛氏硬度HRC72。
作为优选,所述凸包高度0.03mm-0.04mm,凸包间距0.04-0.1mm。
作为优选,所述传动带采用合成工程橡胶,其材料成分为:三元乙丙橡胶34%-38%,,氧化锌14-16%、促进剂1.2-1.4%,防老剂5.2-5.6%,纳米晶须5.8-6.0%,硫化1.7-1.9%,软化油5.7-5.9%,炭黑14.4-16.4%,其余为填充料,所述合成三元乙丙工程橡胶带相应物理性能:拉伸强度18.4-18.8Mpa,扯断拉伸率678-680%,硬度为邵氏硬度54-56;所述皮带内有交错布置高模量帘子线,帘子线长度11-14mm,单根线径1.2-1.6mm,其材料成分为:纳米银丝纤维13.4-15.4%,聚乙烯醇纤维24-28%,聚丙烯抗老化纤维14-16%,钢丝纤维0.02-0.04%,导电铜离子纤维15-18%,其余为尼龙纤维。所述高模量帘子线相应力学性能:初始模量45.3X10-3/T;断裂比功1.7X10-3/T,断裂拉伸率12.3%,强度23.4X10-3/T。
作为优选,所述砂轮上镶有刀片,刀片采用硬质合金,刀片表面有一层厚度0.03-0.05mm自润滑耐磨氧化铝涂层,涂层成分为:AL2O345-48%,co5-12%,Cr2o328-32%,TICN5.6-5.8%,润滑剂caF23.4-3.8,所述自润滑耐磨氧化铝涂层具有相应力学性能:维斯硬度HV19.3Gpa,抗弯强度ABF684Mpa,断裂韧性Kic3.67Mpa.m1/2,摩擦系数0.32。
发明的有益效果:本发明通过在驱动轮表面设置耐磨层和凸包结构,增大摩擦和豁附力,不易打滑,耐磨层保护驱动轮的表面。传动带、刀片均采用特殊材料,强度高,力学性能好,延长切割机的使用寿命。

本发明工作过程:
本发明一种自动进给砂轮切割机在工作过程中,锁紧杆6调整夹紧工件,电机4带动驱动轮8转动,从而带动从动轮10和砂轮2转动,实现切割动作,气缸、精密导向杆5自动进给,完成持续的切割。
本发明,通过在驱动轮表面设置耐磨层和凸包结构,增大摩擦和豁附力,不易打滑,耐磨层保护驱动轮的表面。传动带、刀片均采用特殊材料,强度高,力学性能好,延长切割机的使用寿命。

1.一种自动进给砂轮切割机,其特征在于:包括底座机架(1)、砂轮(2)、防护罩(3)、电机(4)、精密导向杆(5)、锁紧杆(6),所述底座机架(1)安装有支撑杆(7)、导向杆座(11)、锁紧杆(6),支撑杆(7)顶部设有气缸,导向杆座(11)内安装精密导向杆(5),精密导向杆(5)顶部连接气缸,支撑杆(7)一侧安装电机架,电机架上安装有电机(4),另一侧安装砂轮架,砂轮架安装砂轮(2),砂轮(2)上设有防护罩(3),电机(4)主轴连接安装驱动轮(8),砂轮(2)轴连接从动轮(10),驱动轮(8)和从动轮(10)通过传动带(9)连接;所述驱动轮(8)上设有皮带槽(81),皮带槽(81)与传动带(9)配合,皮带槽(81)表面设有耐磨层,皮带槽(81)表面还设有若干个半圆形凸包结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自动进给砂轮切割机,其特征在于:所述耐磨层为锆基合金耐磨层,耐磨层厚度为0.35-0.38mm,材料由如下百分比重元素组成:Zr 32.4-34.3%;Ti2.5-2.8%;cu2.1-2.4%;w2.5-2.8%;al0.82-0.86%;Nb2.5-2.8%;c1.3-1.7%;mo1.6-.1.8%余量为Fe及不可避免杂质,所述杂质重量百分比含量为:Si少于0.26%S少于0.015%、P少于0.08%,所述锆基合金耐磨层洛氏硬度HRC72。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种自动进给砂轮切割机,其特征在于:所述凸包高度0.03mm-0.04mm,凸包间距0.04-0.1mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种自动进给砂轮切割机,其特征在于:所述传动带(9)采用合成工程橡胶,其材料成分为:三元乙丙橡胶34%-38%,,氧化锌14-16%、促进剂1.2-1.4%,防老剂5.2-5.6%,纳米晶须5.8-6.0%,硫化1.7-1.9%,软化油5.7-5.9%,炭黑14.4-16.4%,其余为填充料,所述皮带内有交错布置高模量帘子线,帘子线长度11-14mm,单根线径1.2-1.6mm,其材料成分为:纳米银丝纤维13.4-15.4%,聚乙烯醇纤维24-28%,聚丙烯抗老化纤维14-16%,钢丝纤维0.02-0.04%,导电铜离子纤维15-18%,其余为尼龙纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种自动进给砂轮切割机,其特征在于:所述砂轮(2)上镶有刀片,刀片采用硬质合金,刀片表面有一层厚度0.03-0.05mm自润滑耐磨氧化铝涂层,涂层成分为:AL2O3 45-48%,co 5-12%,Cr2o3 28-32%,TICN5.6-5.8%,润滑剂caF2 3.4-3.8。
