本发明涉及中药组合物领域，特别是涉及一种治疗肝肾阴虚的中药组合物及其制剂。
背景技术
肝阴虚和肾阴虚合并称为肝肾阴虚，根据中医五行相生相克的原理，肝肾阴虚是肾阴不足而导致肝阴不足，火由肝阴耗伤及肾阴也形成肝肾阴虚。肝肾阴虚的症状表现主要为：头晕目眩、目干、容易疲劳、肢体麻木、口燥咽干、失眠多梦、胁隐痛，遗精、腰膝酸痛、耳鸣等。
目前，人们通常服用六味地黄丸、杞菊地黄丸等中成药来治疗肝肾阴虚，但是这些药都有一定的局限性，调理肝肾阴虚各个症状的效果不够显著，疗效差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果显著、疗效好的治疗肝肾阴虚的中药组合物及其制剂。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种治疗肝肾阴虚的中药组合物，该组合物包括以下重量份组分：
熟地22.5～23.5份，山茱萸7～9份，山药7～9份，泽泻5～7份，茯苓5～7份，牡丹皮5～7份，当归4～5份，白芍5～7份，川芎2～4份，木瓜3.5～5.5份，蜜炙甘草2～4份，麦冬3.5～5.5份，酸枣仁5～7份，枸杞3.5～5.5份，女贞子3.5～5.5份，草决明1.5～2.5份。
本发明还相应地提供了一种治疗肝肾阴虚的中药制剂，该制剂以上述治疗肝肾阴虚的中药组合物为药效成分，各组分经由炮制、混合、制剂得到。
优选地，该制剂的剂型可以为汤剂、丸剂、散剂、片剂或者胶囊剂。
本发明方中熟地、山茱萸、山药、泽泻、茯苓和牡丹皮，滋补肝肾，重在滋阴补肾；熟地、当归、白芍和川芎，养血柔肝，配以木瓜、甘草酸甘化阴，麦冬、酸枣仁滋阴养肝，枸杞、女贞子、草决明养肝明目，以解目干畏光或视物不明，重在滋养肝阴。诸药合用，共奏滋补肝肾之阴，养血柔肝舒筋、明目之功效。肝肾之阴得以滋补，上述肝肾阴虚症状自然消失。
功能主治：滋补肝肾之阴，养血柔肝舒筋、明目，用于治疗肝肾阴虚引起的头晕目眩，眼目昏暗，目干畏光，视物昏花，急躁易怒，健忘耳鸣，失眠多梦，口燥咽干，腰膝酸软等症状。也可用于慢性肝炎、慢性肾炎而见阴虚证者。
用法用量：饭后服用，每日2次，每次散剂3～4克，或胶囊6～8粒，或蜜丸6～9克。七天为一疗程。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、本发明滋水润肝丸具有效果显著、疗效好的特点。
2、本发明滋水润肝丸基于传统中医学传承及长期诊治经验积累，经诊治验证，疗效肯定。共诊治80位患者，症状有头晕目眩、目干、容易疲劳、肢体麻木、口燥咽干、失眠多梦、腰膝酸痛、耳鸣等症状。服用本发明滋水润肝丸经过一到三个疗程，治疗80例，明显好转62例，占77.5%，稍微好转14例，占17.5%，无效4例，占5.0%，总有效率达95%。
具体实施方式
实施例1 滋水润肝丸
（1）原料药：熟地22.5g，山茱萸7g，山药7g，泽泻5g，茯苓5g，牡丹皮5g，当归4g，白芍5g，川芎2g，木瓜3.5g，蜜炙甘草2g，麦冬3.5g，酸枣仁5g，枸杞3.5g份，女贞子3.5g，草决明1.5g。
（2）按上述配比称重各原料药。
（3）将各原料药经粉碎成药面、过100目筛、与炼好的蜂蜜混合、分丸得到滋水润肝丸。
其中，炼蜜时， 选择上好蜂蜜，量比：药粉重：蜂蜜重=1:0.7-1.想做较硬如黄豆大小丸，用1：0.7，想做较软大丸（6-9克）用1：1。②炼蜜：把蜂蜜放小锅内小火加热至沸，开始为小而密集小泡，随加热变成大泡就可以了。药业专业要达到炼蜜为珠的程度，就是把蜂蜜熬到取一滴热蜂蜜滴入凉水中沉底成珠状（圆型不扁）。
本发明治疗肝肾阴虚的中药制剂包括但不仅限于丸剂、散剂、片剂、颗粒剂、口服液和胶囊剂，实际上，可以理解的是，以本发明中药组合物为药效成分，加之药学制剂上常规辅料按照常规的制剂手段即可制备得到不同剂型的治疗肝肾阴虚的中药制剂。
对于实施例中各材料药所用的称重单位，这里采用的是药房取药时常用的克，当然，如果是批量配制的话，用千克、磅等重量单位都是可以的，只要是满足本发明药方中各材料药之间的份数关系就行，不做严格限定。
实施例2 滋水润肝丸
（1）原料药：熟地23.5g，山茱萸9g，山药9g，泽泻7g，茯苓7g，牡丹皮7g，当归5g，白芍7g，川芎4g，木瓜5.5g，蜜炙甘草4g，麦冬5.5g，酸枣仁7g，枸杞5.5g，女贞子5.5g，草决明2.5g。
（2）按上述配比称重各原料药。
（3）将各原料药经粉碎成药面、过90目筛、与炼好的蜂蜜混合、分丸得到滋水润肝丸。
实施例3 滋水润肝丸
（1）原料药：熟地23g，山茱萸8g，山药8g，泽泻6g，茯苓6g，牡丹皮6g，当归4.5g，白芍6g，川芎3g，木瓜4g，蜜炙甘草3g，麦冬4g，酸枣仁6g，枸杞4g，女贞子4g，草决明2g。
（2）按上述配比称重各原料药。
（3）将各原料药经粉碎成药面、过80目筛、与炼好的蜂蜜混合、分丸得到滋水润肝丸。
实施例4 滋水润肝散
（1）原料药：熟地22.5g，山茱萸8.5g，山药9g，泽泻5g，茯苓7g，牡丹皮5.5g，当归4.5g，白芍7g，川芎4g，木瓜4.5g，蜜炙甘草2.5g，麦冬5g，酸枣仁6.5g，枸杞4g，女贞子5g，草决明1.6g。
（2）按上述配比称重各原料药。
（3）将各原料药经粉碎成药面、过90目筛、均匀混合后得到滋水润肝散。
其中，内服散剂的药物粉末细度应通过5~6号筛（80~100目）。混合是制备散剂的重要环节，混合方法常见的有研磨混合法、搅拌混合法和过筛混合法三种，其中研磨混合法在药房制剂及调剂中常用。研磨混合时，处方中药物密度相差悬殊时，一般将密度小者先放入乳钵内，再加密度大者等量研磨均匀。
实施例5 滋水润肝胶囊
（1）原料药：熟地22.5g，山茱萸8.5g，山药7g，泽泻5g，茯苓5g，牡丹皮6.5g，当归4g，白芍7g，川芎2g，木瓜4.5g，蜜炙甘草3g，麦冬3.5g，酸枣仁5g，枸杞5g，女贞子4g，草决明2.5g。
（2）按上述配比称重各原料药。
（3）将各原料药经粉碎成药面、过95目筛、均匀混合后装入胶囊即可得到滋水润肝胶囊。
1、马某，女，现年77岁。今年2月觉得眼目昏暗，目干畏光， 视物昏花，头痛，急躁易怒，失眠多梦，乏力，偶尔两胁有隐隐作痛 的感觉。经诊断，属于肝肾阴虚证。该患者服用本发明滋水润肝丸， 饭后服用，每日2次，每次9克，七天为一个疗程。当服用1个疗程 后，眼目昏暗，目干畏光，视物昏花，头痛，急躁易怒的证状消失了， 失眠多、乏力，偶尔两胁有隐隐作痛的感觉有所减轻；当该患者服用 第二个疗程后，上述症状更轻了；当该患者服用第三个疗程后，上述 症状基本没有了。
2、马某，男，现年54岁。去年9月，头痛，急躁难耐，健 忘耳鸣，失眠多梦，咽喉干痛口燥，腰膝酸软，胁痛，前来就诊，该 患者面色憔悴，两颧嫩红，还有大便不利的症状。经诊断，属于肝肾 阴虚证。该患者服用本发明滋水润肝丸，饭后服用，每日2次，每次 9克，七天为一个疗程。当服用1个疗程后，头痛，急躁难耐的症状 有所好转，其他尚未减轻；当该患者服用第二个疗程后，其余症状也 减轻了；当该患者服用第三个疗程后，上述症状基本没有了，就是面 色憔悴的症状还没有消失，等待继续治疗。
注意事项：
1、在服药期间不易吃葱、蒜、醋、辣椒面和油腻食物，以免影 响药效，不易服用温补性的中成药；
2、外感患者不易服用此药；
3、胃溃疡患者和脾胃虚寒患者不易服用。

1.一种治疗肝肾阴虚的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份组分：
熟地22.5～23.5份，山茱萸7～9份，山药7～9份，泽泻5～7份，茯苓5～7份，牡丹皮5～7份，当归4～5份，白芍5～7份，川芎2～4份，木瓜3.5～5.5份，蜜炙甘草2～4份，麦冬3.5～5.5份，酸枣仁5～7份，枸杞3.5～5.5份，女贞子3.5～5.5份，草决明1.5～2.5份。
2.一种治疗肝肾阴虚的中药制剂，其特征在于：该制剂以权利要求1所述的治疗肝肾阴虚的中药组合物为药效成分，各组分经由炮制、混合、制剂得到。
3.如权利要求2所述的中药制剂，其特征在于：该制剂的剂型为汤剂、丸剂、散剂、片剂或者胶囊剂。
