Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料泵组件,其具有燃料泵和燃料箱,尤其用于摩托车。
背景技术
迄今已知的燃料组件中使用过滤器来过滤燃料。过滤器尤其或者在燃料箱中布置在燃料泵上或者布置在燃料箱外,该燃料箱具有软管,用于将过滤器与燃料泵连接。但这两种组件存在的缺点是:过滤器的更换是费事的。或者必须拆卸整个燃料组件,以将过滤器从燃料箱移除,或者必须松开或者说移除软管接头。
发明内容
根据本发明的燃料泵组件具有的优点是,在燃料泵中显著地简化过滤器的装配或者说拆卸。因而简化过滤器的清洁或更换。由此也极大地减小与之相关的成本。这根据本发明通过过滤器元件与燃料泵的直接接触或与在燃料箱外布置在燃料箱上的中间构件的直接接触来实现。在此,根据本发明的燃料泵组件包括:燃料泵;燃料箱,燃料泵至少部分地布置在该燃料箱中;中间构件,该中间构件于外部布置在燃料箱上并且与燃料箱处于燃料连接;和布置在过滤器腔中的过滤器。根据本发明,过滤器在外部布置在中间构件或燃料泵上,其中,燃料流从燃料箱内部通过中间构件的第一开口向外流入到过滤器腔中并且从过滤器腔通过过滤器和中间构件的第二开口流到燃料泵的入口。特别优选,燃料泵完全布置在燃料箱中,其中,过滤器布置在中间构件上。中间构件的存在提供以下优点:可将中间构件适配于客户专门提出的要求,其中,过滤器和燃料泵可标准化地制造。
本发明还提出优选扩展方案。
替代地,燃料箱和中间构件可优选一体地构造。燃料箱和中间构件可例如制造为注塑件。还可通过一体的构造避免燃料箱和中间构件之间可能的密封问题。
特别优选,燃料泵还可包括保持元件,其中,过滤器通过保持元件以可更换的方式保持在中间构件上,并且保持元件限定过滤器腔。过滤器因而能以可松脱的方式固定在中间构件上。除了保持功能之外,通过保持元件限定过滤器腔,过滤器布置在该过滤器腔中并且燃料从燃料箱在供应给燃料泵之前到达该过滤器腔中。由此使得能实现紧凑的结构。
根据本发明的一种有利地构型,保持元件基本上罐形地构造有壁区域和底部区域,其中,过滤器支承在保持元件的底部区域上。在此,罐形保持元件的空腔相当于过滤器腔。
燃料泵组件优选还可包括保持元件和中间构件之间的可松脱的连接结构,尤其是卡锁连接结构。因而使得能快速建立保持元件与中间构件的可靠连接。在保持元件从中间构件移除之后,可方便地触及过滤器。保持元件尤其具有至少一个卡锁钩,该卡锁钩以能卡锁进去的方式布置在中间构件的至少一个槽中。卡锁钩可构造成环绕在保持元件上,其中,卡锁钩以能卡锁进去的方式布置在环绕于中间构件外周边上的槽中。
有利地,在过滤器和中间构件之间布置有第一密封元件。因而确保过滤器和中间构件之间的密封性,使得已过滤过的燃料不会回到过滤器腔中。因而使得能通过燃料泵在输送量没有扰动的情况下持续输送燃料。
还有利的是,在过滤器和保持元件之间布置有第二密封元件。因而保证过滤器和保持元件之间的密封性,使得没有燃料泄露到燃料泵组件的周围环境中。由此还确保燃料泵的故障保险功能。
替代地或附加地,保持元件可具有密封装置。该密封装置优选可包括在过滤器腔中环绕地构造的中间壁区域,该中间壁区域与保持元件的壁区域隔开间距并且将过滤器腔分成第一子腔和第二子腔。中间壁区域布置成使得,第二子腔小于第一子腔,其中,过滤器位于第一子腔中。没被燃料泵抽吸的燃料因而可到达第二子腔中。通过中间壁区域的存在,使得没被抽吸的燃料的压力减小,由此燃料不会泄露到周围环境中。当在过滤器和保持元件之间存在密封元件时,第一子腔通过该密封元件与第二子腔分隔开。在该情况下,所述密封装置用作另一防泄露保护措施。替代地,所述密封装置可构造为迷宫式密封装置。
还优选,过滤器和燃料泵可成列地布置在一条共同的线上。还优选的是,中间构件和保持元件也可布置在这条线上。优选,该共同的线相当于燃料泵的中轴线。因而可实现紧凑的构造和短的流动路径。
还能有利的是,中间构件构造为基本上呈罐形,其中,第一开口和第二开口布置在中间构件的底部上,其中,中间构件通过第一开口与过滤器处于通流连接并且过滤器通过第二开口与燃料泵入口处于通流连接。燃料箱优选具有燃料箱开口,燃料箱通过该燃料箱开口与中间构件连通。
有利地,燃料泵组件还可包括止回阀,该止回阀布置在中间构件的第一开口上。过滤器因而可在任意时间更换,而不必先清空燃料箱。

如由图1可见,燃料泵组件1包括:燃料泵2;燃料箱3,燃料泵2部分地布置在该燃料箱中;中间构件4;和过滤器6。
中间构件4于外部布置在燃料箱3上并且通过燃料箱开口31与燃料箱3处于通流连接。过滤器5布置在中间构件4外部的过滤器腔6中。燃料流从燃料箱3内部30通过中间构件4的第一开口40向外流到过滤器腔6中并从过滤器腔6通过过滤器5、过滤器开口50以及通过中间构件4的第二开口41流到燃料泵2的入口20(箭头A)。燃料从那里通过燃料泵2继续输送(箭头B)。
在该实施例中,燃料箱3和中间构件4构造为独立的构件。替代地,中间构件4可以与燃料箱3集成。
中间构件4构造为基本上呈罐形,其中,第一开口40和第二开口41并排地布置在中间构件4的底部上。中间构件通过第一开口40与过滤器腔6处于通流连接,该过滤器腔通过第二开口41与燃料泵2的入口20处于通流连接。在第一开口40上设有止回阀12,该止回阀在图1中以打开状态示出。燃料箱3具有燃料箱开口31,燃料箱3通过该燃料箱开口与中间构件4连通。
燃料泵组件1还包括保持元件7,其中,过滤器5通过保持元件7以可更换的方式保持在中间构件4上。保持元件7通过卡锁连接结构8以可松脱的方式固定在中间构件4上。卡锁连接结构8尤其具有卡锁钩80,该卡锁钩卡锁到在中间构件的外周边上环绕地构造的槽81中。
限定过滤器腔6的保持元件7同样构造成罐形。保持元件7还包括壁区域70和底部区域71,过滤器5布置在该底部区域上。保持元件7还具有密封装置11。密封装置具有中间壁区域72,该中间壁区域环绕地构造并且与壁区域70隔开间距。中间壁区域72将过滤器腔6分成第一子腔60和第二子腔61,其中,第二子腔61具有环形的横截面。过滤器5位于第一子腔中,第一子腔60构造得大于第二子腔61。
还在中间构件4和过滤器6之间设有第一密封元件9。通过密封元件9防止过滤过的燃料返回到过滤器腔6中。为了与密封装置11结合来确保防止燃料向外泄露的密封性,在中间构件4和保持元件7之间还布置有第二密封元件10。通过第二密封元件10将过滤器腔6的第一子腔60从第二子腔61分隔开。密封元件9和密封元件10构造为O形环。
过滤器5和燃料泵2成列地布置在一个共同的线M上,该线相当于燃料泵2的中线。中间构件4和保持元件7同样布置在该共同的线M上。因而可实现燃料泵组件1的紧凑构造以及燃料从燃料箱3内部30直至燃料泵2的短的流动路径。
通过根据本发明的燃料泵组件1使得能减小装配耗费或者说拆卸耗费并从而显著地减小用于更换过滤器5的相应成本。
Claims (8)
1.一种燃料泵组件,包括:
-燃料泵(2),
-燃料箱(3),所述燃料泵(2)至少部分地布置在该燃料箱中,
-中间构件(4),该中间构件在外部布置在所述燃料箱(3)上并且与所述燃料箱(3)处于燃料连接,以及
-布置在过滤器腔(6)中的过滤器(5),该过滤器在所述中间构件或所述燃料泵的外部布置在所述中间构件(4)或所述燃料泵(2)上,
-罐形的保持元件(7),该保持元件包括底部区域(71)、壁区域(70)和环绕的中间壁区域,壁区域(70)从底部区域(71)出发沿燃料泵(2)的中线延伸,中间壁区域(72)相对于壁区域(70)朝向所述中线的方向间隔开且从底部区域(71)出发沿燃料泵的中线延伸,保持元件(7)限定出所述过滤器腔(6),中间壁区域(72)将过滤器腔(6)分成第一子腔(60)和第二子腔(61),其中,第一子腔(60)由中间壁区域(72)自身限定并且第二子腔(61)由中间壁区域(72)和壁区域(70)限定,过滤器(5)布置在第一子腔中,

4.根据权利要求1或2的燃料泵组件,其中,在所述过滤器(5)和所述中间构件(4)之间布置有第一密封元件(9)。
5.根据权利要求1或2的燃料泵组件,其中,在所述过滤器(5)和所述保持元件(7)之间布置有第二密封元件(10)。

7.根据权利要求1或2的燃料泵组件,其中,所述过滤器(5)和所述燃料泵(2)成列地布置在共同的线(M)上。
8.根据权利要求1或2的燃料泵组件,还包括止回阀(12),该止回阀布置在所述中间构件(4)的第一开口(40)上。
