本发明公开了一种便于压紧的切纸机构,它涉及切纸机构技术领域;所述框架的底部安装有支撑脚,所述框架的左上侧安装有进纸辊机构,所述进纸辊机构的后侧设置有吸风机构,所述框架的两侧壁上均设置有导向挡板机构,所述吸风机构的后侧设置有下驱动器,所述下驱动器的驱动杆上安装有下刀盘,所述下刀盘的上侧设置有上刀片,所述上刀片连接在上驱动器的驱动杆上,所述上驱动器的驱动杆的右侧壁上安装有连接架,所述连接架的底部安装有数个安装杆,所述安装杆的底部安装有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的底部安装有压板;本发明便于实现快速导向与限位,且在切纸时能保证纸的平整度,使用方便,操作简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于压紧的切纸机构,属于切纸机构技术领域。
背景技术
将纸板裁成片都会用到切纸刀,切纸刀有好多种,如上下剪切的闸刀、断续裁切的甩刀等,闸刀切纸时纸边的裁切质量较好,但是在输送纸时,其稳定性差,且切纸时其不能保证纸的平整度,使用不方便,操作复杂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于压紧的切纸机构。
本发明的一种便于压紧的切纸机构,它包含框架、支撑脚、进纸辊机构、导向挡板机构、吸风机构、下驱动器、下刀盘、上驱动器、上刀片、连接架、安装杆、减震弹簧、压板;所述框架的底部安装有支撑脚,所述框架的左上侧安装有进纸辊机构,所述进纸辊机构的后侧设置有吸风机构,所述框架的两侧壁上均设置有导向挡板机构,所述吸风机构的后侧设置有下驱动器,所述下驱动器的驱动杆上安装有下刀盘,所述下刀盘的上侧设置有上刀片,所述上刀片连接在上驱动器的驱动杆上,所述上驱动器的驱动杆的右侧壁上安装有连接架,所述连接架的底部安装有数个安装杆,所述安装杆的底部安装有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的底部安装有压板。
作为优选,所述压板为橡胶式压板。
作为优选,所述吸风机构为涡轮式吸风机构。
作为优选,所述下刀盘上设置有切刀口。
作为优选,所述减震弹簧的外表面套接有防尘套。
作为优选,所述导向挡板机构包含挡板与导向辊,所述挡板的内侧壁上均匀的安装有数个导向辊。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于实现快速导向与限位,且在切纸时能保证纸的平整度,使用方便,操作简便。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1-2所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含框架1、支撑脚2、进纸辊机构3、导向挡板机构4、吸风机构5、下驱动器6、下刀盘7、上驱动器8、上刀片9、连接架10、安装杆11、减震弹簧12、压板13;所述框架1的底部安装有支撑脚2,所述框架1的左上侧安装有进纸辊机构3,所述进纸辊机构3的后侧设置有吸风机构5,所述框架1的两侧壁上均设置有导向挡板机构4,所述吸风机构5的后侧设置有下驱动器6,所述下驱动器6的驱动杆上安装有下刀盘7,所述下刀盘7的上侧设置有上刀片9,所述上刀片9连接在上驱动器8的驱动杆上,所述上驱动器8的驱动杆的右侧壁上安装有连接架10,所述连接架10的底部安装有数个安装杆11,所述安装杆11的底部安装有减震弹簧12,所述减震弹簧12的底部安装有压板13。
进一步的,所述压板13为橡胶式压板。
进一步的,所述吸风机构5为涡轮式吸风机构。
进一步的,所述下刀盘7上设置有切刀口。
进一步的,所述减震弹簧12的外表面套接有防尘套。
进一步的,所述导向挡板机构4包含挡板41与导向辊42,所述挡板41的内侧壁上均匀的安装有数个导向辊42。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过进纸辊机构3实现进纸,且在进纸时,通过导向挡板机构4实现纸板的限位与导向,其导向时,通过导向辊42实现导向,当到达下刀盘7与上刀片9之间时,其达到切纸尺寸时,吸风机构5启动,实现纸板前侧的吸附,同时启动下驱动器6与上驱动器8,上驱动器8带动上刀片9与连接架10下降,其,连接架10下降时,压板13会压住纸板,且压板13通过减震弹簧12实现缓冲与减震,使用方便,操作简便,效率高,切割完成后下驱动器6与上驱动器8复位,纸板继续输送,以此往复完成切割。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

1.一种便于压紧的切纸机构,其特征在于:它包含框架、支撑脚、进纸辊机构、导向挡板机构、吸风机构、下驱动器、下刀盘、上驱动器、上刀片、连接架、安装杆、减震弹簧、压板;所述框架的底部安装有支撑脚,所述框架的左上侧安装有进纸辊机构,所述进纸辊机构的后侧设置有吸风机构,所述框架的两侧壁上均设置有导向挡板机构,所述吸风机构的后侧设置有下驱动器,所述下驱动器的驱动杆上安装有下刀盘,所述下刀盘的上侧设置有上刀片,所述上刀片连接在上驱动器的驱动杆上,所述上驱动器的驱动杆的右侧壁上安装有连接架,所述连接架的底部安装有数个安装杆,所述安装杆的底部安装有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的底部安装有压板。
