技术领域
本发明涉及医用敷料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于放疗修复的敷 料。
背景技术
目前,临床上普遍使用脱脂棉或纱布包扎和覆盖外伤口及术后切 口,但在换药过程中易撕裂结痂伤口,故会增加患者的痛苦。
为了解决上述问题,现有医用敷贴,其多采用无纺布材料将药物 物理浸润于无纺布上,贴于患处,通过皮肤的吸收发挥药效。但是该 类型的医用敷贴具有易挥发、易脱落的特点,另外,针对于鳞癌、糖 尿病等经过放疗、化疗后的术后切口愈合十分缓慢。
故现有技术尚有较大的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于放疗修复的敷料,其具有能使外 伤口、治疗,尤其是鳞癌、糖尿病等经过放疗、化疗后的术后切口快 速愈合的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种用于放疗修复的敷料,包括纳米银、多肽生长因子、碳纳米 纤维材料,包括以下步骤:
a、多肽生长因子通过纳米的吸附性吸附在纳米银上,并通过超 声分散法将纳米银和多肽生长因子制成复合液;
b、通过超声分散法将碳纳米纤维材料、聚乙烯醇、细胞生长因 子的复合溶液;
c、通过高压静电纺丝的方式得到无纺布;
d、将两种复合液烘成药膏,将药膏涂抹在所述无纺布上。
其中,所述步骤a中,在纳米银和多肽生长因子中增加放疗增敏 药物或抗癌药物,通过超声分散法将纳米银和多肽生长因子以及放疗 增敏药物或抗癌药物制成复合液。
其中,所述步骤a中,在纳米银和多肽生长因子中添加纳米微球, 用于增加纳米银和多肽生长因子复合液与无纺布之间的粘连度。
其中,所述步骤b中,通过超声分散法将碳纳米纤维材料、聚偏 氟乙烯或聚酰胺6、细胞生长因子制成的复合溶液。
其中,抗癌药物由生龟板、紫草、苏木、三七粉、槐米、白帆、 雄黄组成,再加上茄子提取物龙葵碱和葫芦素与抗癌药物混合。
其中,所述抗癌药物的重量份为:
生龟板5-15份、紫草15-25份、苏木5-10份、三七粉5-15份、 槐米5-10份、白帆10-15份、雄黄1-3份。
其中,所述抗癌药物的重量份为:
生龟板10份、紫草20份、苏木8份、三七粉8份、槐米6份、 白帆12份、雄黄2份。
其中,所述抗癌药物还添加有黄芪和枸杞,为了去除中药混合物 混合后产生的毒性和防止细胞损伤,在混合物中添加有甲基氨酸。
其中,所述黄芪和枸杞的重量分为:黄芪5-10份、枸杞3-5份。

以下对本发明进行详细的描述。
一种用于放疗修复的敷料包括纳米银、多肽生长因子、碳纳米纤 维材料,包括以下步骤:
a、多肽生长因子通过纳米的吸附性吸附在纳米银上,并通过超 声分散法将纳米银和多肽生长因子制成复合液;
b、通过超声分散法将碳纳米纤维材料、聚乙烯醇、细胞生长因 子的复合溶液;
c、通过高压静电纺丝的方式得到无纺布;
d、将两种复合液烘成药膏,将药膏涂抹在所述无纺布上制成敷 料,这样能使外伤口、治疗,尤其是鳞癌、糖尿病等经过放疗、化疗 后的术后切口快速愈合。
本实施例中,所述步骤a中,在纳米银和多肽生长因子中增加放 疗增敏药物或抗癌药物,通过超声分散法将纳米银和多肽生长因子以 及放疗增敏药物或抗癌药物制成复合液,通过敷料与放疗增敏药物和 /或抗癌药物配合使用,这样既能利于进一步对肿瘤的治疗,又可使 鳞癌、糖尿病等经过放疗、化疗后的术后切口快速愈合。
实施例二,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,所述步骤a中, 在纳米银和多肽生长因子中添加纳米微球,用于增加纳米银和多肽生 长因子复合液与无纺布之间的粘连度,还可利于药物的缓释,能使药 效集中维持术后切口的时间延长。
本实施例中,所述步骤b中,通过超声分散法将碳纳米纤维材料、 聚偏氟乙烯或聚酰胺6、细胞生长因子制成的复合溶液,该由碳纳米 纤维材料、聚偏氟乙烯或聚酰胺6、细胞生长因子制成的复合溶液在 换药时,方便将敷料取下,且不会使敷料、无纺布与术后切口产生粘 连,从而减少患者换药时的痛苦。
实施例三,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,所述抗癌药物 的重量份为:生龟板5-15份、紫草15-25份、苏木5-10份、三七粉 5-15份、槐米5-10份、白帆10-15份、雄黄1-3份,制作时,先将生 龟板与苏木、槐米放入到提取罐内,加水提取两至三次后去渣,再 将龙葵碱和葫芦素放入到提取罐内混合后,在容器内浓缩,之后加入 三七粉、白帆以及雄黄粉搅拌均匀后制成小于介孔大小的微小颗粒后 取出,通过烘干箱内干燥,最后与纳米银和多肽生长因子通过超声分 散法制成复合液,这样可便于将抗癌药物放射到患处。
实施例四,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,所述抗癌药物 的重量份为:生龟板10份、紫草20份、苏木8份、三七粉8份、槐 米6份、白帆12份、雄黄2份。
本实施例中,所述抗癌药物还添加有黄芪和枸杞,为了去除中药 混合物混合后产生的毒性和防止细胞损伤,在混合物中添加有甲基氨 酸。
制作时,先将生龟板与苏木、槐米放入到提取罐内,加水提取 两至三次后去渣,再将龙葵碱和葫芦素放入到提取罐内混合后,再在 混合液内添加可去除毒素和防止细胞损伤的甲基氨酸,在容器内浓 缩,之后加入三七粉、白帆以及雄黄粉搅拌均匀后取出,通过烘干箱 内干燥,最后与纳米银和多肽生长因子通过超声分散法制成复合液即 可,这样便于将抗癌药物放射到患处。

a、多肽生长因子通过纳米的吸附性吸附在纳米银上,并通过超声分散法将纳米银和多肽生长因子制成复合液;
b、通过超声分散法将碳纳米纤维材料、聚乙烯醇、细胞生长因子的复合溶液;
c、通过高压静电纺丝的方式得到无纺布;
d、将两种复合液烘成药膏,将药膏涂抹在所述无纺布上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于放疗修复的敷料,其特征在于:所述步骤a中,在纳米银和多肽生长因子中增加放疗增敏药物或抗癌药物,通过超声分散法将纳米银和多肽生长因子以及放疗增敏药物或抗癌药物制成复合液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于放疗修复的敷料,其特征在于:所述步骤a中,在纳米银和多肽生长因子中添加纳米微球,用于增加纳米银和多肽生长因子复合液与无纺布之间的粘连度。

8.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种用于放疗修复的敷料,其特征在于:所述抗癌药物还添加有黄芪和枸杞,为了去除中药混合物混合后产生的毒性和防止细胞损伤,在混合物中添加有甲基氨酸。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于放疗修复的敷料,其特征在于:所述黄芪和枸杞的重量分为:黄芪5-10份、枸杞3-5份。
