一种改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料及其制备方法,该敷料包括如下组分:聚氨酯20‑40份,胶原蛋白25‑40份,透明质酸5‑10份,壳聚糖5‑8份,蛋清1‑4份,海藻酸钠20‑30份,虫草提取物1‑4份,银纳米溶液8‑13份,羧甲基纤维素10‑20份,竹纤维12‑18份,乙酰基纤维素钠12‑20份。制备方法:按重量份称取各组分;将聚氨酯、胶原蛋白、透明质酸、壳聚糖、蛋清和海藻酸钠在反应釜中融化,降至50‑60℃后,加入其余原料,降温脱泡得第一混合物备用;将第一混合物涂布在胶体层上,自然干燥后封装得改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料。与现有技术相比,具有较好的保湿性能,对皮肤无刺激,抑菌效果好,适合大面积推广和应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物医用敷料领域,具体涉及一种改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来医用辅料市场增长空间很大,传统敷料为脱脂纱布,吸收生理液能力有限,并且更换时易触碰到伤口,引起二次感染。
当前,医生使用敷料的目的不仅是覆盖创面,更是为了促进伤口愈合。现有敷料的性能多样,但是敷料本身的性能有待提高,如防水,吸收伤口渗透液的能力较差,并且使用2-3小时,敷料上细菌数目较多,急需要研发一种促进伤口愈合、为人们减轻疼痛。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料及其制备方法,该敷料抗菌效果好,吸收渗透液效果好,对皮肤无刺激,不易引起二次污染。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯20-40份,胶原蛋白25-40份,透明质酸5-10份,壳聚糖5-8份,蛋清1-4份,海藻酸钠20-30份,虫草提取物1-4份,银纳米溶液8-13份,羧甲基纤维素10-20份,竹纤维12-18份,乙酰基纤维素钠12-20份。
作为改进的是,上述改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯25-35份,胶原蛋白28-35份,透明质酸6-8份,壳聚糖6-7份,蛋清2-3份,海藻酸钠22-28份,虫草提取物2-3份,银纳米溶液10-12份,羧甲基纤维素12-18份,竹纤维14-16份,乙酰基纤维素钠14-16份。
作为改进的是,上述改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯30份,胶原蛋白30份,透明质酸7份,壳聚糖7份,蛋清3份,海藻酸钠28份,虫草提取物3份,银纳米溶液11份,羧甲基纤维素16份,竹纤维15份,乙酰基纤维素钠15份。
上述改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将聚氨酯、胶原蛋白、透明质酸、壳聚糖、蛋清和海藻酸钠在反应釜中融化,降至50-60℃后,加入其余原料,降温脱泡得第一混合物备用;
步骤3,将第一混合物涂布在胶体层上,自然干燥后封装得改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料。
作为改进的是,步骤2中融化温度为200-210℃。
作为改进的是,步骤3中涂布方式为旋涂。

与现有技术相比,本发明改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料具有较好的保湿性能,抑菌效果好,对皮肤无刺激,制备方法简单,对设备要求较低,适合大面积推广和应用。

实施例1
一种改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯20份,胶原蛋白25份,透明质酸5份,壳聚糖5份,蛋清1份,海藻酸钠20份,虫草提取物1份,银纳米溶液8份,羧甲基纤维素10份,竹纤维12份,乙酰基纤维素钠12份。
上述改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将聚氨酯、胶原蛋白、透明质酸、壳聚糖、蛋清和海藻酸钠在反应釜中融化,降至50℃后,加入其余原料,降温脱泡得第一混合物备用;
步骤3,将第一混合物涂布在胶体层上,自然干燥后封装得改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料。
其中,步骤2中融化温度为200℃;步骤3中涂布方式为旋涂。

步骤3,将第一混合物涂布在胶体层上,自然干燥后封装得改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料。
其中,步骤2中融化温度为205℃;步骤3中涂布方式为旋涂。
实施例3
一种改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯40份,胶原蛋白40份,透明质酸10份,壳聚糖8份,蛋清4份,海藻酸钠30份,虫草提取物4份,银纳米溶液13份,羧甲基纤维素20份,竹纤维18份,乙酰基纤维素钠20份。
上述改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将聚氨酯、胶原蛋白、透明质酸、壳聚糖、蛋清和海藻酸钠在反应釜中融化,降至50-60℃后,加入其余原料,降温脱泡得第一混合物备用;
步骤3,将第一混合物涂布在胶体层上,自然干燥后封装得改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料。
其中,步骤2中融化温度为210℃;步骤3中涂布方式为旋涂。
性能测试:
分别测定本发明实施例1-3制备的敷料的性能,包括皮肤致敏反应测定和保湿效果测定,结果如表1 所示。
皮肤致敏反应测定:按GB/T16886.10-2005规定的封闭式致敏试验方法进行测定。

由上表可以看出,本发明制备的皮肤用亲水性聚氨酯创伤敷料生物相容性好,对皮肤无刺激,此外保湿效果好且持久,抑菌效果好,其中实施例2的效果最佳。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,其特征在于,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯20-40份,胶原蛋白25-40份,透明质酸5-10份,壳聚糖5-8份,蛋清1-4份,海藻酸钠20-30份,虫草提取物1-4份,银纳米溶液8-13份,羧甲基纤维素10-20份,竹纤维12-18份,乙酰基纤维素钠12-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,其特征在于,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯25-35份,胶原蛋白28-35份,透明质酸6-8份,壳聚糖6-7份,蛋清2-3份,海藻酸钠22-28份,虫草提取物2-3份,银纳米溶液10-12份,羧甲基纤维素12-18份,竹纤维14-16份,乙酰基纤维素钠14-16份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料,其特征在于,包括如下按重量份计的组分:聚氨酯30份,胶原蛋白30份,透明质酸7份,壳聚糖7份,蛋清3份,海藻酸钠28份,虫草提取物3份,银纳米溶液11份,羧甲基纤维素16份,竹纤维15份,乙酰基纤维素钠15份。
4.基于一种权利要求1所述的改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,按重量份称取各组分;
步骤2,将聚氨酯、胶原蛋白、透明质酸、壳聚糖、蛋清和海藻酸钠在反应釜中融化,降至50-60℃后,加入其余原料,降温脱泡得第一混合物备用;
步骤3,将第一混合物涂布在胶体层上,自然干燥后封装得改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改性亲水性聚氨酯敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中融化温度为200-210℃。
