技术领域
本发明涉及不干胶领域，具体涉及一种防水不干胶。
背景技术
传统的不干胶具有不用刷胶、不用浆糊、不用蘸水、无污染、节省贴标时间等优点，应用范围广，方便快捷。不干胶以纸张、薄膜或其它特种材料为面料，背面涂有胶粘剂，以涂硅保护纸为底纸的一种复合材料，并经印刷、模切等加工后成为成品不干胶。传统的不干胶在使用时其面纸和底纸之间存在揭开不便的缺点，而且不干胶在粘贴使用时可能产生小气泡，影响贴标后的效果，特别是将不干胶贴在发热量较高的物体上，如电脑、电器、电池、充电器等，不干胶下面的塑胶件会产生气体，导致不干胶起泡，影响不干胶的使用和商品美观。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种防水不干胶：
一种防起泡不干胶，从上至下依次包括面纸层、空气层、隔纸层、涂胶层、底纸，所述空气层边缘设有用于支撑的边框，所述边框设有多个出气口，所述面纸层、边框、隔纸层构成用于导气的导气空腔，所述隔纸层设有多个用于通气的导气管，多个所述导气管上端连通导气空腔，下端连接底纸层且设有周向分布的多个进气口。
优选的，所述导气管上部设有周向分布的多个出气孔，导气管上端与面纸层构成顶靠配合。
优选的，所述进气口为三角形或矩形缺口。
优选的，所述导气管采用弹性橡胶材质。
本发明具有如下有益效果：粘贴在载体上后，附着于载体与涂胶层之间的空气通过进气孔进入导气空腔内，再经过导气空腔溢出，有效避免产品粘贴时产生的小气泡现象，使得产品粘贴更加紧密。

下面结合附图与实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例：一种防起泡不干胶，从上至下依次包括面纸层1、空气层2、隔纸层3、涂胶层4、底纸5，所述空气层2边缘设有用于支撑的边框6，所述边框6设有多个出气口7，所述面纸层1、边框6、隔纸层3构成用于导气的导气空腔，所述隔纸层3设有9个用于采用弹性橡胶材质的导气管10，所述导气管10上端连通导气空腔，下端连接底纸5层且设有周向分布的多个三角形的进气口8，所述导气管10上部设有周向分布的2个出气孔9，导气管10上端与面纸层1构成顶靠配合，使得产品更加稳定。
粘贴在载体上后，附着于载体与涂胶层4之间的空气通过进气孔进入导气管10，导气管10再通过上部设有的多个出气孔9，将气体导入导气空腔内，再经过导气空腔溢出，有效避免产品粘贴时产生的小气泡现象，使得产品粘贴更加紧密。

1.一种防起泡不干胶，其特征在于：从上至下依次包括面纸层(1)、空气层(2)、隔纸层(3)、涂胶层(4)、底纸(5)，所述空气层(2)边缘设有用于支撑的边框(6)，所述边框(6)设有多个出气口(7)，所述面纸层(1)、边框(6)、隔纸层(3)构成用于导气的导气空腔，所述隔纸层(3)设有多个用于通气的导气管(10)，多个所述导气管(10)上端连通导气空腔，下端连接底纸(5)层且设有周向分布的多个进气口(8)，所述导气管(10)上部设有周向分布的多个出气孔(9)，导气管(10)上端与面纸层(1)构成顶靠配合，所述进气口(8)为三角形或矩形缺口，附着于载体与涂胶层之间的空气通过进气孔进入导气空腔内，再经过导气空腔溢出，有效避免产品粘贴时产生的小气泡现象，使得产品粘贴更加紧密。
