背景技术
现有的传统可喷绘广告级反光膜是先按反光膜工艺制作复合好防粘纸的反光膜半成品,再经切边、剥离载膜后绕卷,然后与可喷绘的PVC冷裱膜复合在一起,这种工艺在实际操作中有一定的困难,初始复合时两种产品的边缘对齐及膜面平整、无气泡很难调节,通常会产生很多的不良品,而且使用的PVC冷裱膜是含压敏胶的,将压敏胶层贴在反光膜表面,无疑削减了反光膜本身的逆反射系数。实际应用过程中,人们一直追求喷绘、丝印效果好、同时还能确保一定的逆反射系数,保持应有反光性能的反光膜。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种可直接喷绘、丝印,且能确保一定的逆反射系数,保持应有反光性能的新型可喷绘广告级反光膜。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种新型可喷绘广告级反光膜,具有可喷绘基膜层、反光层、胶联层和隔离纸层,各层由上至下依次排列。
上述新型可喷绘广告级反光膜的反光层具有玻璃微珠支撑层、玻璃微珠层、聚焦层和镀铝层,所述玻璃微珠支撑层与上述可喷绘面膜层连接,镀铝层与胶粘剂层连接。
本实用新型具有积极的效果:本实用新型克服了现有技术中无法直接在反光膜上进心喷绘、丝印的现象,采用可喷绘面膜层,无需再与PVC冷裱膜粘连,免却了传统工艺中剥离载膜、与冷裱膜裱合等工序,有效节约了材料成本和人力资源,同时反光效果也因去除了压敏胶的干扰而达到最佳,设计合理,实用性强。
