Abstract

本发明提供了一种原油储罐气体回收装置,包括气体缓存罐、压缩机、储存罐、切断阀、安全阀、手动阀、排液阀,所述气体缓存罐通过手动阀与压缩机连接,压缩机通过管道连接储存罐,所述气体缓存罐与储存罐底部分别设置排液阀,所述气体缓存罐与切断阀之间通过手动阀连接,所述气体缓存罐顶部设置的手动阀和储存罐顶部设置的安全阀并联。本发明结充分利用储罐内挥发气体的压力能和温度能,回收储罐挥发出来的有价值气体,压缩并储存于固定储罐内,送至处理厂集中净化提纯和再利用过程,能应用在油田地面联合站、储油站、油库等站内,降低了气体挥发带来的环境污染,降低了安全风险,同时回收有价值的气体,节约资源。

Description

一种原油储罐气体回收装置
技术领域
本发明涉及原油生产、运输技术领域,具体涉及在油田地面工程中原油集输过程中,对于原油储罐中所挥发出的轻组分气体进行回收、储存使用的一种原油储罐气体回收装置。
背景技术
在原油的集输过程中,未经过原油稳定处理的原油,含有大量的轻组分气体,如CH4、C2H6、C3H8等成分,原油的初加工过程中,在储罐内这些轻组分会以气体的形式挥发到大气中,根据现有技术中可见的文献以及油田提供的资料数据,原油挥发出气体数量非常巨大,相当于年开采总量的10%~20%,这些气体未采取回收方式处理,仅通过原油储罐的呼吸阀排放到空气中,造成了能源的浪费。
研究表明:原油储存过程中的气体挥发主要由于来自储罐呼吸损耗,具体为:当原油储罐储存液体时,液面升高,罐内的挥发气体经储罐顶部的通气管排放到大气中,储罐内的气体会随着昼夜变化而变化,白天时,气温升高,储罐内的液体温度随着升高,挥发气量增加,罐内气相压力升高,油气就会排放到大气中去。根据有关数据多次实测,汽油由于进液产生的呼吸损耗率约为0.8~1.4kg/(t﹒次),原油的损耗率约为0.6~1.0kg/(t﹒次)。我国北方地区的汽油由于温差变化造成的年损耗率约为0.70%,南方地区约为0.79%;如此大量的原油气体排放至空气中后,还会造成严重的环境污染。而且这些气体的主要成分是CH4、C2H6、C3H8等易燃易爆气体,与空气混合后能形成爆炸性混合气体,遇到火花,静电和高温热源就随时有爆炸的危险。挥发出的气体还具有较大的毒性,吸入后使人感到头昏难受,对人类的健康构成威胁。
因此,为了减少气体能源的浪费和降低对环境的污染,有必要对原油挥发出来的气体进行回收并利用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷和问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种原油储罐气体回收装置,其目的在于降低油气挥发带来的环境污染和安全隐患,同时回收有价值的气体。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种原油储罐气体回收装置,包括气体缓存罐、压缩机、储存罐、切断阀、安全阀、手动阀、排液阀,所述气体缓存罐通过手动阀与压缩机连接,压缩机通过管道连接储存罐,所述气体缓存罐与储存罐底部分别设置排液阀,所述气体缓存罐与切断阀之间通过手动阀连接,所述气体缓存罐顶部设置的手动阀和储存罐顶部设置的安全阀并联。
上述技术方案中,所述压缩机为多级带冷却介质的压缩机。
上述技术方案中,所述切断阀为气体驱动的球阀、电磁驱动的球阀和液体驱动的球阀。
上述技术方案中,所述切断阀连接原油储罐。
本发明结构简单,制作成本低,充分利用储罐内挥发气体的压力能和温度能,回收储罐挥发出来的有价值气体,压缩并储存于固定储罐内,送至处理厂集中净化提纯和再利用过程,能应用在油田地面联合站、储油站、油库等站内,降低了气体挥发带来的环境污染,降低了安全风险,同时回收有价值的气体,节约资源。

根据图1所示,作为实施例所示的一种原油储罐气体回收装置,包括气体缓存罐、压缩机、储存罐、切断阀、安全阀、手动阀、排液阀,所述气体缓存罐通过手动阀与压缩机连接,压缩机通过管道连接储存罐,所述气体缓存罐与储存罐底部分别设置排液阀,所述气体缓存罐与切断阀之间通过手动阀连接,切断阀位于接近气体缓存罐位置,切断阀为气体驱动的球阀、电磁驱动的球阀和液体驱动的球阀。
所述气体缓存罐顶部设置的手动阀和储存罐顶部设置的安全阀并联接入放空系统。
在实施过程中,将原油储罐顶部开孔,安装手动阀,手动阀与原油储罐气体回收装置的切断阀连接,原油储罐气体回收装置对原油储罐挥发出的气体进行缓存,压缩并储存在固定储罐内,气体回收的储存罐,设置安全保障的放空系统,保证整个原油储罐气体回收装置的的安全运行,系统各组成的部分,如切断阀,安全阀和手动阀门等通过管道连接。
切断阀为气体驱动的球阀、电磁驱动的球阀和液体驱动的球阀。
气体压缩机可以为单螺杆式、双螺杆式和三螺杆式压缩机,离心式单级压缩机,多级带冷却介质的压缩机,气体压缩机自带控制系统,可以为单台设备现场安装或撬装移动组装方式。
根据图2所示,本实施例提供一种原油储罐气体回收实施例,包括两具2000m3原油储罐,两具20m3气体缓存罐,一台压缩机,一具40m3储存罐,放空系统,两台切断阀,安全阀,手动阀和排液阀。
原油储罐和切断阀通过手动阀进行连接,切断阀末端分为两条支管道,其中一条支管线经过手动阀和气体缓存罐连接,另一条支管道经过手动阀和缓存罐连接,进行正常气体回收时,采用一用一备的流程。气体缓存罐出口分别通过手动阀和多级带冷却功能的压缩机连接,压缩机排气量为12Nm3/min,吸气压力为常压,排气压力2.2MPa(A)。压缩后的回收气通过管道储存于储存罐内,储存罐顶部设置安全阀为了保护罐内的压力,防止压力过大,影响储存罐安全,安全阀和气体缓存罐的手动阀并联在一起汇入放空系统,根据计算两具2000m3原油储罐每小时可回收40℃、压力2.4MPa(A)、33m3的气体。
根据图3所示,本实施例提供一种原油储罐气体回收实施例,包括1具2000m3原油储罐,一具20m3气体缓存罐,一台压缩机,一具40m3储存罐,放空系统,一台切断阀,安全阀,手动阀和排液阀组成,该气体回收系统依次包括多条管道连接设备和阀门。气体缓存罐、压缩机、储存罐切断阀采用撬装式安装模式,移动灵活管理。
原油储罐和切断阀通过的手动阀进行连接,切断阀经过DN100,PN16手动阀和气体缓存罐连接,气体缓存罐顶部设置有放空口,放空口和放空系统通过手动阀连接。气体缓存罐通过手动阀和多级带冷却功能的压缩机连接,压缩机排气量为8.3Nm3/min,吸气压力为常压,排气压力1.1MPa(A)。压缩后的回收气通过管道储存于储存罐内,储存罐顶部设置安全阀为了保护罐内的压力,防止压力过大,影响储存罐安全,安全阀和气体缓存罐的手动阀并联在一起汇入放空系统,根据计算一具1000m3原油储罐每小时可回收40℃、压力1.1MPa(A)、31.54m3的气体。

1.一种原油储罐气体回收装置,其特征在于:包括气体缓存罐、压缩机、储存罐、切断阀、安全阀、手动阀、排液阀,所述气体缓存罐通过手动阀与压缩机连接,压缩机通过管道连接储存罐,所述气体缓存罐与储存罐底部分别设置排液阀,所述气体缓存罐与切断阀之间通过手动阀连接,所述气体缓存罐顶部设置的手动阀和储存罐顶部设置的安全阀并联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原油储罐气体回收装置,其特征在于:所述切断阀连接原油储罐。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种原油储罐气体回收装置,其特征在于:所述压缩机为多级带冷却介质的压缩机。
