本发明公开了一种不易褪色、免熨烫的纺织材料,包括纱线和线芯,其特征在于,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:真丝绸化学纤维:20‑30份;锦纶:15‑60份;腈纶:10‑20份;棉纤维:10‑40份,稠10‑30份,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:锦纶:30份;腈纶:20份;真丝绸化学纤维:30份;稠:10份;棉纤维:40份,所述真丝绸化学纤维与稠的混合比例为按照重量份计(10‑40):(20‑30),所述真丝绸化学纤维与稠的混合比例为按照重量份计1:1,所述真丝绸化学纤维的纤度为1‑1旦,强力为1‑3g/旦,所述稠的纤度为2‑2旦,强力为1‑3g/旦,其中用到的真丝绸化学纤维和稠等织物为原料,光泽更加柔和,手感更加柔软,具有不易变形不褪色,免熨烫的优点,美观大方。

背景技术
纤维(Fiber):一般是指细而长的材料,纤维具有弹性模量大,塑性形变小,强度高等特点,有很高的结晶能力,分子量小,一般为几万。纤维经常用于纺织领域,一种常见的纺织材料。现在的纺织面料已高度体现出产品的新颖性、复杂性、多样化和功能化的特点,市场对高性能、高附加值、特殊功能的服装、服饰及家纺面料产生巨大需求,但是一般的纺织品容易褪色。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种不易褪色、免熨烫的纺织材料,从而解决上述问题。

本发明提供了一种不易褪色、免熨烫的纺织材料,其特征在于,包括纱线和线芯,其特征在于,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:真丝绸化学纤维:20-30份;锦纶:15-60份;腈纶:10-20份;棉纤维:10-40份,稠10-30份。

实施例2:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;真丝绸化学纤维与稠的混合比例为按照重量份计40kg:15kg。
实施例3:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;真丝绸化学纤维与稠的混合比例为按照重量份计50kg:40kg。
实施例4:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;真丝绸化学纤维与稠的混合比例为按照重量份计30kg:60kg。
