技术领域
本发明涉及象牙黄陶制作方法,属于陶器制备技术领域。
背景技术
陶器,是用黏土或陶土经捏制成形后烧制而成的器具。陶器历史悠久,在新石器时代就已初见简单粗糙的陶器。陶器在古代作为一种生活用品,在现在一般作为工艺品收藏。
陶器的发明是人类最早利用化学变化改变天然性质的开端,是人类社会由旧石器时代发展到新石器时代的标志之一。
现有的陶器制备过程中,白陶作品较多,而黄陶作用由于上色困难而受到限制,目前市场上黄陶多数是采用镉黄在陶瓷釉料中800℃以下有发色,但是镉黄上色存在稳定性差易氧化发黑的问题,同时还存在使用条件超过 800℃时,在陶瓷制品中完全氧化而不发色的问题。由此可见,提供一种发色力强、耐高温且稳定性好的黄陶的制备方法是目前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供象牙黄陶制作方法。
本发明的象牙黄陶制作方法为:步骤一:选料淘洗,选取密度大,无杂质的优质白土,土质细腻含酸量低,密度在250M左右,将白土先进行手工淘洗,淘洗三次后用布过滤,过滤去掉杂质,淘洗完成后进行沉淀,沉淀时间为8-12小时,沉淀完成后将沉淀物置于通风处自然风干;
步骤二:陶坯制作,将干燥的白土沉淀物粉碎成面状后加水活成泥料,再加入黄黏土矿物质颜料和高岭土矿物质颜料,其中干燥的白土沉淀物与水、黄黏土矿物质颜料和高岭土矿物质颜料的质量比为10:6:1:0.5,然后将泥料置于拉坯机上通过手工方式拉坯制成陶器泥坯;
步骤三:陶坯修整,将陶器泥坯置于阴凉干燥地方晾干,干燥2-3天后,用修坯机进行修坯使陶器泥坯内外表面平整光滑;
步骤四:花色,雕刻,在修整后的陶器胚体上先画图后开始雕刻,雕刻完后掏空填泥,先掏空后填泥,填上去的泥要比本来胚体上的泥软,填完后再精修,再用手工修复表面;
步骤五:烧制,采用气窑烧制,将修整后的陶器胚体放置在气窑中,首先将气窑的温度升高到 800℃,然后通过高上低下的升温方法一点点往上升温,先上升 10℃维持10-25分钟,降低 5℃之后维持 30-40 分钟,再次升温 10℃维持 20-30 分钟,之后降低 5℃维持30-40 分钟后再次升温,依次循环直至烧到 1200℃,关闭气源,温度降至 100℃以下开窑,然后降至 50℃以下出窑,为初成品;
步骤六:抛光,将步骤五烧制后的初成品先用砂轮油石,抛股石进行手工剖光,然后再用机器抛光即可。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备方法简单,烧制成的陶瓷为黄色且带有一定的光泽度,且制成的黄陶制品稳定性好,不易氧化发黑,具有极大的欣赏和收藏价值,且在市场上能得到广泛的使用。

步骤二:陶坯制作,将干燥的白土沉淀物粉碎成面状后加水活成泥料,再加入黄黏土矿物质颜料和高岭土矿物质颜料,其中干燥的白土沉淀物与水、黄黏土矿物质颜料和高岭土矿物质颜料的质量比为10:6:1:0.5,然后将泥料置于拉坯机上通过手工方式拉坯制成陶器泥坯;
