Abstract
本发明公开了一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术,本发明将柳编原材料蒸煮后用壳聚糖酸溶液浸泡处理,用壳聚糖对材料进行初步的修饰,随后将修饰后的材料干燥处理后用等离子体进行表面改性处理,在材料表面形成化学活性高的自由基,然后其与材料中的壳聚糖反应形成新的化学键,提高了材料与疏水剂的结合力,同时材料表面受到轰击,微观结构变得粗糙,为后续疏水处理液的涂覆提供更加有利的条件,改变了传统疏水剂仅仅依靠物理连接的方式,从而获得更加高效持久的疏水效果,改善了传统柳编材料耐水性差的缺陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物质材料表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术。
背景技术
安徽省淮河流域自古盛产杞柳,老百姓就地取材,用杞柳制作了大量生产用具与生活工具,艺人辈出,世代相传,其编制技艺高超,艺术品质独特,具有浓郁的民间文化气息。随着社会经济的发展,传统的柳编生产逐渐发展为现代柳编产业,在保持传统柳编工艺精华的基础上实现产业的良性循环发展,提高资源的利用率、避免产品的同质化、形成一套多产业链的发展模式是柳编技术全球化和市场化的先决条件。
由于柳编产品生物质的属性,吸水率较大,一旦含水率过高,极易出现霉变、腐蛀等问题,严重影响原材料或成品的使用性能,也增加了原材料或产品的贮存成本,增加生产者的经济成本,由此可见,实现材料或产品的疏水性处理具有重要的应用价值。CN106217527A公开了“一种柳编制品表面疏水防虫处理方法”专利,其主要是通过在柳编制品表面涂刷成膜剂来实现疏水效果,其处理过程繁琐,破坏了编织材料本身的质地和纹理。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柳编原材料捆扎后投入蒸锅中,加水满浸后蒸煮30-50min,随后捞出沥水;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料投入壳聚糖酸溶液中浸泡处理1-2h后取出,水洗至中性后干燥,含水率控制为10-15%;
(3)将步骤(2)所得材料经传输带送入等离子发生装置中,在等离子氛围区进行等离子表面改性处理;
(4)将由步骤(3)得到的材料表面涂覆疏水处理剂,处理完毕后材料送入干燥室干燥并回收溶剂,即可。
所述的壳聚糖酸溶液是壳聚糖与浓度为1-5%的稀酸溶液配制而成,其中含1-5%壳聚糖。
所述的稀酸溶液为柠檬酸、乙酸、酒石酸中的一种。
所述的疏水处理剂包括以下重量份的原料:浓度为25-28%的氨水1-5ml、无水乙醇50-100ml、正硅酸乙酯5-8ml、市售疏水剂2-5ml、硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.2ml。
所述的疏水处理剂是由以下方法配制而成:先将氨水与乙醇混合,投入反应容器中,开启搅拌装置,转速为100-150转/分钟,在50-60℃条件下搅拌混合30-50min后滴加正硅酸乙酯,滴加速度为1滴/s,滴加完毕后继续搅拌混合1-2h后得硅溶胶,接着依次加入硅烷偶联剂kh560、市售疏水剂,继续搅拌混合50-60min,即得。
所述的步骤(3)中等离子发生器功率为3000-10000W,处理时间为3-5min。

具体实施方式

Claims (6)
1.一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柳编原材料捆扎后投入蒸锅中,加水满浸后蒸煮30-50min,随后捞出沥水;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料投入壳聚糖酸溶液中浸泡处理1-2h后取出,水洗至中性后干燥,含水率控制为10-15%;
(3)将步骤(2)所得材料经传输带送入等离子发生装置中,在等离子氛围区进行等离子表面改性处理;
(4)将由步骤(3)得到的材料表面涂覆疏水处理剂,处理完毕后材料送入干燥室干燥并回收溶剂,即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术,其特征在于,所述的壳聚糖酸溶液是壳聚糖与浓度为1-5%的稀酸溶液配制而成,其中含1-5%壳聚糖。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术,其特征在于,所述的稀酸溶液为柠檬酸、乙酸、酒石酸中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种柳编原材料表面疏水化处理技术,其特征在于,所述的疏水处理剂包括以下重量份的原料:浓度为25-28%的氨水1-5ml、无水乙醇50-100ml、正硅酸乙酯5-8ml、市售疏水剂2-5ml、硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.2ml。
