Abstract

本发明具体为一种大功率砖机专用驱动装置,解决了现有砖机用驱动装置存在冲击力大易胀箱、齿根折断且安装受限的问题。主箱体内设置有主输出轴和太阳轮轴,主输出轴上设置有主动齿轮,太阳轮轴上设置有太阳轮和主输入轴承,太阳轮外侧设置有内齿圈,主箱体内设置有与内齿圈螺栓连接的环状连接板;辅助箱体内设置有两根辅助输出轴,一根辅助输出轴上设置有主动齿轮I和从动齿轮,另一根辅助输出轴上设置有从动齿轮I;主箱体上端面上设置有油泵,油泵的进油口连接有吸油管路,油泵的出油口设置有润滑油管。本发明不仅提高了减速器的承载能力,而且保证了现场安装空间小的要求,同时保证了驱动装置内部的润滑和冷却。

技术领域
本发明涉及砖机用配套设备,具体为一种大功率砖机专用驱动装置。
背景技术
随着建材行业的产业升级,砖机设备正逐步向大型化的方向发展。减速器作为砖机的一个十分重要的组成部分,其性能的高低和质量的好坏直接关系到砖机能否稳定可靠地使用。
砖机主传动系统的载荷波动较大,属于冲击载荷,而且现场经常带载启动,并且启停频繁,同时输入轴承受径向力较大,所以减速器的设计尤为重要。现在市场上的砖机用减速器大多采用单斜齿渐开线硬齿面齿轮结构和渐开线人字齿轮结构。
单斜齿渐开线硬齿面齿轮结构由于减速器使用工况恶劣,冲击力大,经常发生齿根折断的情况,而且轴向冲击力大,会发生胀箱的现象;渐开线人字齿轮结构的接触强度和弯曲强度均不能满足现有市场的使用要求,而且存在退刀槽,轴向尺寸较大,箱体尺寸在体宽方向较大,砖机上安装减速器空间受到限制。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有砖机用驱动装置存在冲击力大易胀箱、齿根折断且安装受限的问题,提供了一种大功率砖机专用驱动装置。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:大功率砖机专用驱动装置,包括主箱体和辅助箱体:主箱体内设置有在同一轴线上且左右分布的主输出轴和太阳轮轴,主输出轴上设置有主动齿轮,太阳轮轴上设置有太阳轮和位于其右侧的主输入轴承,太阳轮外侧设置有外柱面为阶梯状的内齿圈,且太阳轮与内齿圈之间设置有与两者啮合的行星轮,行星轮的中心轴上设置有与主输出轴连接的行星架,主箱体内设置有与内齿圈阶梯面贴合的环状连接板,环状连接板与内齿圈之间均布设置有锁紧螺栓;辅助箱体内设置有两根位于主输出轴上方的辅助输出轴,其中一根辅助输出轴上设置有主动齿轮I和与主动齿轮啮合的从动齿轮,另一根辅助输出轴上设置有与主动齿轮I啮合的从动齿轮I,且两根辅助输出轴上均设置有辅助轴承;主箱体上端面上设置有油泵,油泵的进油口连接有位于主箱体下部的吸油管路,油泵的出油口设置有若干根一端与其连通,另一端分别位于主输入轴承处、辅助轴承处、主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合处及主动齿轮I与从动齿轮I啮合处的润滑油管。
该结构设计中,内齿圈与环状连接板通过锁紧螺栓连接,便于装配,而且增大储油空间;辅助箱体的设置,便于拆装,拆除后可作为独立的行星减速器使用;主输出轴配合辅助输出轴进行制砖,挤压搅拌更加充分,提高了制砖效率,克服了现有砖机用驱动装置存在冲击力大易胀箱、齿根折断且安装受限的问题。
本发明结构设计合理可靠,不仅提高了减速器的承载能力,而且结构紧凑,保证了现场安装空间小的要求,同时有效地保证了驱动装置内部的润滑和冷却,大大地延长了使用寿命,具有结构简单、传动效率高且承载力大的优点。

具体实施方式
大功率砖机专用驱动装置,包括主箱体1和辅助箱体2:主箱体1内设置有在同一轴线上且左右分布的主输出轴3和太阳轮轴4,主输出轴3上设置有主动齿轮5,太阳轮轴4上设置有太阳轮6和位于其右侧的主输入轴承7,太阳轮6外侧设置有外柱面为阶梯状的内齿圈8,且太阳轮6与内齿圈8之间设置有与两者啮合的行星轮9,行星轮9的中心轴上设置有与主输出轴3连接的行星架10,主箱体1内设置有与内齿圈8阶梯面贴合的环状连接板11,环状连接板11与内齿圈8之间均布设置有锁紧螺栓12;辅助箱体2内设置有两根位于主输出轴3上方的辅助输出轴13,其中一根辅助输出轴13上设置有主动齿轮I14和与主动齿轮5啮合的从动齿轮15,另一根辅助输出轴13上设置有与主动齿轮I14啮合的从动齿轮I,且两根辅助输出轴13上均设置有辅助轴承16;主箱体1上端面上设置有油泵17,油泵17的进油口连接有位于主箱体1下部的吸油管路18,油泵17的出油口设置有若干根一端与其连通,另一端分别位于主输入轴承7处、辅助轴承16处、主动齿轮5与从动齿轮15啮合处及主动齿轮I14与从动齿轮I啮合处的润滑油管19。
具体实施过程中,该驱动装置的中心高相比传统减速器的中心高降低200-250mm,有效降低了驱动装置的倾覆力矩;同时主箱体1采用整体焊接结构,刚性得到大幅提升。

1.一种大功率砖机专用驱动装置,其特征在于:包括主箱体(1)和辅助箱体(2):主箱体(1)内设置有在同一轴线上且左右分布的主输出轴(3)和太阳轮轴(4),主输出轴(3)上设置有主动齿轮(5),太阳轮轴(4)上设置有太阳轮(6)和位于其右侧的主输入轴承(7),太阳轮(6)外侧设置有外柱面为阶梯状的内齿圈(8),且太阳轮(6)与内齿圈(8)之间设置有与两者啮合的行星轮(9),行星轮(9)的中心轴上设置有与主输出轴(3)连接的行星架(10),主箱体(1)内设置有与内齿圈(8)阶梯面贴合的环状连接板(11),环状连接板(11)与内齿圈(8)之间均布设置有锁紧螺栓(12);辅助箱体(2)内设置有两根位于主输出轴(3)上方的辅助输出轴(13),其中一根辅助输出轴(13)上设置有主动齿轮I(14)和与主动齿轮(5)啮合的从动齿轮(15),另一根辅助输出轴(13)上设置有与主动齿轮I(14)啮合的从动齿轮I,且两根辅助输出轴(13)上均设置有辅助轴承(16);主箱体(1)上端面上设置有油泵(17),油泵(17)的进油口连接有位于主箱体(1)下部的吸油管路(18),油泵(17)的出油口设置有若干根一端与其连通,另一端分别位于主输入轴承(7)处、辅助轴承(16)处、主动齿轮(5)与从动齿轮(15)啮合处及主动齿轮I(14)与从动齿轮I啮合处的润滑油管(19)。
