本发明公开了一种对纸芯线进行等长切断的裁切装置,包括底座,所述底座的上端铰接有一端固定在转动圆盘上的转轴,所述转动圆盘的外圈侧壁上开设有燕尾形的环形插槽,所述环形插槽内均匀插套有多个转动条,转动条的一端具有与环形插槽相对应的燕尾块;底座的下端开设有一竖直长条形的凹槽导轨,所述凹槽导轨内插套有上刀片安装座,凹槽导轨的上端内侧壁上固定有弹簧,上刀片安装座的下端固定有上刀片,所述上刀片的下方设有与上刀片对应的下刀片。本发明相对于现有技术比较具有结构简单可靠、成本低、可有效对纸芯线进行等长切断并可调整纸芯线被切断的长度的特点。

一种对纸芯线进行等长切断的裁切装置
本申请是申请号为“2015102711337”、申请日为“2015年05月25日”、名称为“一种纸芯线的裁切装置”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械技术领域,具体是涉及一种对纸芯线进行等长切断的裁切装置。
背景技术
纸芯线是一种中间用棉布来磨出光泽的工艺用线。纸芯线加工完成后可用一种烘干染色机直接染色,同时由烘干染色机上的裁切装置实现对纸芯线的等长切断。现有的一种裁切装置是利用触动开关感应并触动气缸动作,从而带动裁切刀片闭合来对纸芯线进行等长切断。然而这种裁切装置结构复杂,需要配备触动开关及触动开关感应装置,成本高,且其气缸受控于触动开关,当发生触动开关不灵敏的情况时气缸不能正常动作,从而影响刀片正常闭合,导致纸芯线不能等长切断,同时,采用气缸方式,其气缸维修麻烦,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种结构简单可靠、成本低、可有效对纸芯线进行等长切断的纸芯线的裁切装置。
本发明涉及一种对纸芯线进行等长切断的裁切装置,包括底座,所述底座的上端铰接有一端固定在转动圆盘上的转轴,所述转轴的一端连接驱动电机的输出轴,所述转动圆盘的外圈侧壁上开设有燕尾形的环形插槽,所述环形插槽内均匀插套有多个转动条,所述转动条可插套进环形插槽内或从环形插槽内拔出,转动条的一端具有与环形插槽相对应的燕尾块,所述燕尾块插套在环形插槽内,转动条的另一端具有向外突出的上弧形壁;底座的下端开设有一竖直长条形的凹槽导轨,所述凹槽导轨内插套有上刀片安装座,凹槽导轨的上端内侧壁上固定有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端连接凹槽导轨的内侧壁、另一端固定在上刀片安装座的底面上,上刀片安装座的上端具有与所述转动条的上弧形壁相配合的向下凹陷的下弧形壁,上刀片安装座的下端固定有上刀片,所述上刀片的下方设有与上刀片对应的下刀片。
作为上述方案的优选,所述上刀片安装座的左右侧壁与凹槽导轨的内侧壁紧密接触且其底部侧壁与凹槽导轨的内侧壁不接触。
作为上述方案的优选,所述上刀片安装座的左右侧壁上设有耐磨片。
作为上述方案的优选,所述上刀片安装座具有插套在凹槽导轨内的插套部和伸出凹槽导轨外的主体部,所述弹簧的一端固定在所述插套部上,所述主体部的上端具有下弧形壁,主体部的下端固定有上刀片。
作为上述方案的优选,所述底座上开设有通孔,所述通孔内插套有转轴,转轴的一端伸出底座并连接驱动电机。
作为上述方案的优选,所述驱动电机固定在底座上。
作为上述方案的优选,所述转轴的另一端插套固定在转动圆盘的中心圆孔内。
作为上述方案的优选,所述下刀片固定在底座上。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明通过在底座上铰接转动圆盘的转轴,转动圆盘上的环形插槽上均匀插套多个转动条,当转动圆盘被驱动电机带动转动时,转动条依次接触上刀片安装座使上刀片安装座沿着凹槽导轨向下移动,从而带动固定在上刀片安装座下端的上刀片向下压并使上刀片和下刀片闭合,实现纸芯线的等长切断;两端分别固定在凹槽导轨内和上刀片安装座上的弹簧可在上下刀片闭合后利用弹力复位作用使刀片安装座沿凹槽导轨恢复原位;通过调整在环形插槽上插套的转动条的个数,可调整上刀片安装座和上刀片向下压的频率,从而调整纸芯线被均匀切断的长度。
本发明相对于现有技术比较具有结构简单可靠、成本低、可有效对纸芯线进行等长切断并可调整纸芯线被切断的长度的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1至图9,本发明所述的一种纸芯线的裁切装置,包括底座1,所述底座1的上端铰接有一端固定在转动圆盘2上的转轴3,所述转轴3的一端连接驱动电机4的输出轴,所述转动圆盘2的外圈侧壁上开设有燕尾形的环形插槽21,所述环形插槽21内均匀插套有多个转动条5,所述转动条5可插套进环形插槽21内或从环形插槽21内拔出,转动条5的一端具有与环形插槽21相对应的燕尾块51,所述燕尾块51插套在环形插槽21内,转动条5的另一端具有向外突出的上弧形壁52;底座1的下端开设有一竖直长条形的凹槽导轨6,所述凹槽导轨6内插套有上刀片安装座7,凹槽导轨6的上端内侧壁上固定有弹簧8,所述弹簧8的一端连接凹槽导轨6的内侧壁、另一端固定在上刀片安装座7的底面上,上刀片安装座7的上端具有与所述转动条5的上弧形壁52相配合的向下凹陷的下弧形壁721,上刀片安装座7的下端固定有上刀片9,所述上刀片9的下方设有与上刀片9对应的下刀片10。
进一步的,所述上刀片安装座7的左右侧壁与凹槽导轨6的内侧壁紧密接触且其底部侧壁与凹槽导轨6的内侧壁不接触。
进一步的,所述上刀片安装座7的左右侧壁上设有耐磨片11,耐磨片11的设置使上刀片安装座7沿着凹槽导轨6上下移动时保护上刀片安装座7的左右侧壁不被磨损。
进一步的,所述上刀片安装座7具有插套在凹槽导轨6内的插套部71和伸出凹槽导轨6外的主体部72,所述弹簧8的一端固定在所述插套部71上,所述主体部72的上端具有下弧形壁721,主体部72的下端固定有上刀片9。
进一步的,所述底座1上开设有通孔101,所述通孔101内插套有转轴3,转轴3的一端伸出底座1并连接驱动电机4。
进一步的,所述驱动电机4固定在底座1上。
进一步的,所述转轴3的另一端插套固定在转动圆盘2的中心圆孔(未图示)内。
进一步的,所述下刀片10固定在底座1上。
本发明工作时,首先根据需要将纸芯线12被切断的长度将若干转动条5均匀插套在转动圆盘2的环形插槽21内,驱动电机4驱动转轴3转动,从而带动转动圆盘2及转动条5转动,各个转动条5依次接触下端的上刀片安装座7,通过转动条5上的上弧形壁52与主体部72上的下弧形壁721的配合下压作用,使上刀片安装座7沿着凹槽导轨6向下移动,从而带动固定在上刀片安装座7下端的上刀片9向下压并使上刀片9和下刀片10闭合,实现纸芯线12的等长切断,两端分别固定在凹槽导轨6内和上刀片安装座7上的弹簧8可在每个转动条5下压使上下刀片闭合后利用弹力复位作用使刀片安装座7沿凹槽导轨6恢复原位,从而等待下一个转动条5的下压,通过拉拔和插套转动条5来调整在环形插槽21上插套的转动条5的个数,可调整上刀片安装座7和上刀片9向下压的频率,从而调整纸芯线12被均匀切断的长度。
综上所述,本发明结构简单可靠、成本低、可有效对纸芯线进行等长切断并可调整纸芯线被切断的长度。
本发明所提供的一种纸芯线的裁切装置,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

1.一种对纸芯线进行等长切断的裁切装置,其特征在于:包括底座,所述底座的上端铰接有一端固定在转动圆盘上的转轴,所述转轴的一端连接驱动电机的输出轴,所述转动圆盘的外圈侧壁上开设有燕尾形的环形插槽,所述环形插槽内均匀插套有多个转动条,所述转动条可插套进环形插槽内或从环形插槽内拔出,转动条的一端具有与环形插槽相对应的燕尾块,所述燕尾块插套在环形插槽内,转动条的另一端具有向外突出的上弧形壁;底座的下端开设有一竖直长条形的凹槽导轨,所述凹槽导轨内插套有上刀片安装座,凹槽导轨的上端内侧壁上固定有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端连接凹槽导轨的内侧壁、另一端固定在上刀片安装座的底面上,上刀片安装座的上端具有与所述转动条的上弧形壁相配合的向下凹陷的下弧形壁,上刀片安装座的下端固定有上刀片,所述上刀片的下方设有与上刀片对应的下刀片;所述上刀片安装座的左右侧壁与凹槽导轨的内侧壁紧密接触且其底部侧壁与凹槽导轨的内侧壁不接触;所述底座上开设有通孔,所述通孔内插套有转轴,转轴的一端伸出底座并连接驱动电机。
