Abstract

本发明涉及一种转盘式切菜机,属蔬菜加工机械技术领域。该切菜机包括机架、圆柱凸轮、电机、旋转主轴和切菜装置,机架顶端固装有圆柱凸轮,圆柱凸轮下方的机架上通过旋转主轴装有安装转盘和切菜转盘,安装转盘的圆周上均布有切菜装置,切菜装置与圆柱凸轮滑动连接。该切菜机通过安装转盘和切菜转盘的转动、以及切菜装置与圆柱凸轮的配合,使切菜装置的刀杆带动切菜刀头14上下运动,完成切菜凹槽内的蔬菜切菜工作,解决了现有大型食堂人工切菜导致的,工作人员劳动强度大、工作效率低,不能满足大型食堂在短时间内备菜要求的问题,该切菜机具有使用维护方便,均匀性好,效率高的特点;特别适用于大型食堂切菜使用。

背景技术
[0002]目前,食堂的切菜工作基本上是人工拿菜刀来完成,一些大型食堂及宾馆每天用菜量大、切菜任务重、工作人员劳动强度大、生产效率低,不能满足大型食堂及宾馆在短时间内备菜的要求,另外,由于人工操作存在误差,切菜的均匀性较差,持菜刀切菜易伤到操作者的手指,切菜过程中存有不安全因素。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于:提供一种效率高、装菜卸菜方便、切菜形式多样、切菜均匀性好、使用安全方便的转盘式切菜机。

[0005] —种转盘式切菜机,包括机架、圆柱凸轮、电机、旋转主轴和切菜装置,其特征在于:机架顶端固装有圆柱凸轮,圆柱凸轮下方的机架上通过旋转主轴呈上下状间隔安装有安装转盘和切菜转盘,圆柱凸轮一侧的机架上装有电机,电机通过传动带与旋转主轴连接;安装转盘的圆周上均布有多个切菜装置,切菜装置与圆柱凸轮滑动连接;切菜装置下方的切菜转盘圆周上与切菜装置对应状设置有切菜凹槽,切菜凹槽底部的切菜转盘上通过转轴安装有凹槽封堵盖板,凹槽封堵盖板一侧的切菜转盘上设置有限位件,凹槽封堵盖板与限位件滑动连接;所述凹槽封堵盖板上设置有拨杆,限位件一端的切菜转盘上设置有拉簧,拉簧的一端与拨杆连接;切菜转盘下方通过机架安装有档杆,档杆与拨杆间歇接触滑动连接;档杆一侧的机架上活动安装有蔬菜收集箱。

具体实施方式

11、下压板12、刀杆13、切菜刀头14、防护框15、支撑杆16、套管17、护框杆18、刀杆支撑板19、刀杆套管20、刀杆支撑杆21、复位弹簧A22、复位弹簧B23和复位弹簧C24构成;上压板11和下压板12之间呈上下状间隔设置,上压板11的上表面通过安装轴安装有滚轮9,上压板11的下表面对称安装有连接杆10。连接杆10两侧的上压板10上通过套管17和复位弹簧A22活动安装有支撑杆16,支撑杆16的一端与下压板12固定连接。

[0025]刀杆13的底端穿过安装转盘7延伸至安装转盘7下方,延伸至安装转盘7下方的刀杆13底端端头活动安装有切菜刀头14。下压板12下方与安装转盘7上方之间的刀杆13上固装有刀杆支撑板19,刀杆支撑板19下方的刀杆13两侧设置有刀杆套管20,刀杆套管20与安装转盘7固定连接;刀杆套管20内通过复位弹簧C24活动安装有刀杆支撑杆21,刀杆支撑杆21与刀杆支撑板19固定连接。
[0026] 切菜装置通过滚轮9与圆柱凸轮2接触滑动连接;安装转盘7下方的切菜转盘8圆周上与切菜装置的切菜刀头14和防护框15对应状设置有切菜凹槽26,切菜凹槽26的大小与切菜刀头14大小及形状相应。切菜凹槽26底部的切菜转盘8下表面通过转轴27安装有凹槽封堵盖板28,凹槽封堵盖板28—侧的切菜转盘8上设置有限位件29。限位件29呈弯弧状,限位件29上设置有滑动槽,滑动槽一端的限位件29上设置有堵板31,凹槽封堵盖板28通过滑动槽与限位件29滑动连接。限位件29的目的一是阻止凹槽封堵盖板28继续绕转轴27转动,使其与切菜凹槽26充分吻合,从而对切菜凹槽26底部形成封堵状态,二是通过限位件29上的滑动槽30对凹槽封堵盖板28起一个支撑作用,以防止工作过程中切菜刀头14的切菜下压力致使凹槽封堵盖板28变形。
[0027]凹槽封堵盖板29上设置有拨杆32,限位件29—端的切菜转盘8上设置有拉簧33,拉簧33的一端与拨杆32连接;切菜转盘8下方通过机架安装有档杆34,档杆34与拨杆32间歇接触滑动连接;档杆34—侧的机架I上活动安装有蔬菜收集箱30。
[0028]该转盘式切菜机的切菜转盘8按其360度的圆周可分为180度的工作区(对应凸起5的设置区)和180度的准备区。工作时,在电机3的作用下通过旋转主轴4带动安装转盘7和切菜转盘8转动,同时,由人工将待切的蔬菜逐一放置于各切菜凹槽26内。随着旋转主轴4的继续转动,当切菜装置的滚轮9进入至圆柱凸轮2上的工作区域时,由于圆柱凸轮2上的“Λ”字形凸起5为中间高两边低(参见图4,图中的凸起5部分朝上,安装时凸起5部分朝下),滚轮9在由底向高滑动的过程中带动切菜装置整体下行,从而使防护框15与切菜转盘8接触,并对切菜凹槽26形成围合;切菜装置整体下行的过程中复位弹簧A22和复位弹簧B23同时被压缩。
[0029] 当防护框15对切菜凹槽26形成围合后,滚轮9还在继续向凸起5的高处滑动;此时,滚轮9通过连接杆10带动销轴25沿刀杆13上的滑槽向下滑动,当销轴25与滑槽的底部接触时对刀杆13形成下压力,从而压迫刀杆13下行;当滚轮9滑动至凸起5的最高处时;正好刀杆13带动切菜刀头14下行至切菜凹槽26内完成蔬菜的切制。刀杆13在下行的过程中通过刀杆支撑板19和刀杆支撑杆21对复位弹簧C24形成压缩,并且通过上压板11和支撑杆16对复位弹簧A22再次压缩。
[0030]当切菜刀头14下行至切菜凹槽26内完成蔬菜的切制后,随着安装转盘7的转动,滚轮9由凸起5的最高处向低处滑动;此时圆柱凸轮2对滚轮9的压力逐步消除,在各复位弹簧的作用下各部件逐步复位。与此同时,随着切菜转盘8的转动,凹槽封堵盖板29上的拨杆32与机架I上的档杆34接触从而被阻挡,由于档杆34的阻挡作用,拨杆32带动凹槽封堵盖板29绕转轴27转动,从而使切菜凹槽26的底端口逐步开启,切菜凹槽26内切制完成的蔬菜在自身重量作用下掉落于蔬菜收集箱30内;凹槽封堵盖板29绕转轴27转动的过程中,拉簧33同时被拉伸蓄能。随着切菜转盘8的继续转动,档杆34对拨杆32的阻挡作用逐步解除(拨杆32与档杆34脱离接触);在拉簧33的作用下凹槽封堵盖板29复位,再次对切菜凹槽26形成封堵,即告一个工作循环完成。
