Abstract
本发明属于土豆加工技术领域,公开了一种土豆切花装置,包括机架,机架上布置有水平的加工台,所述加工台上设置有竖直的刀板、刀板的右侧开有滑槽,滑槽与刀板之间为加工位;所述机架在加工位上方设置有可上下移动的矩形框,该矩形框的底面焊接有若干切花刀,所有切花刀拼合形成待切花的图形;所述滑槽内滚动配合有刀架,该刀架的左侧壁由上至下等距布置有若干水平的切片刀,该切片刀与刀架相对且可伸入矩形框内;所加工台在滑槽的右侧固定有气缸,该气缸的输出轴与刀架的右侧壁固定连接。本方案采用全自动化完成切花、切片两个步骤,采用切花刀、切片刀保证了最终的土豆片花型统一、厚薄均匀,极大地提高了土豆切花加工的效率。

本发明属于土豆加工技术领域。
背景技术
薯片是国际上流行的新型食品,具有口味好、营养丰富、植物蛋白含量高,老少皆益,原料丰富,市场广阔。薯片是用土豆片油炸制成的,其油炸前需要将整个土豆进行切片,再进行油炸,油炸后捞出进行真空脱水。
传统的薯片已经越来越不能吸引顾客,商家通过增加更多口味来刺激人们消费薯片,但是收效甚微。因此市面上出现了一种制成各类形状的薯片,如星形、动物形状、字母状等,通过各种可爱的外形来吸引消费者购买。
现有的土豆切片通常采用人工将土豆雕成所需花型的土豆块,再使用切片机将雕花后的土豆块切成片状,整个过程分成两步走,其缺点在于:人工雕花的效果跟工人的熟练程序相关,效率低的同时无法保证花型的统一。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种自动化、效率高、花型统一度高的土豆切花装置。
本方案中的土豆切花装置,包括机架,机架上布置有水平的加工台,所述加工台上设置有竖直的刀板、刀板的右侧开有滑槽,滑槽与刀板之间为加工位;所述机架在加工位上方设置有可上下移动的矩形框,该矩形框的底面焊接有若干切花刀,所有切花刀拼合形成待切花的图形;所述滑槽内滚动配合有刀架,该刀架的左侧壁由上至下等距布置有若干水平的切片刀,该切片刀与刀架相对且可伸入矩形框内;所加工台在滑槽的右侧固定有气缸,该气缸的输出轴与刀架的右侧壁固定连接。
有益效果:土豆放置在加工位处,当齿轮以某一旋转顺序转动时会带动齿条下移,矩形框则带动切花刀下移,切花刀与土豆接触并最终移动至与加工台接触,切花刀将土豆切成需要的花型(如三角形、动物形状等)的土豆块,与此同时,气缸启动推动刀架移动,使得刀架朝向刀板移动,切片刀插入矩形框内与土豆块接触,将土豆块切成片状,最终,将整个土豆切成需要花型的土豆片。本发明采用全自动化完成切花、切片两个步骤,采用切花刀、切片刀保证了最终的土豆片花型统一、厚薄均匀,极大地提高了土豆切花加工的效率。
进一步,所述机架在加工位上方布置有竖直的移动槽,该移动槽内滑动配合有移动杆,该移动杆的下端与矩形框连接,移动杆控制矩形框架的升降。
进一步,所述移动杆的杆身上焊接有齿条,机架上转动连接有可主动旋转的齿轮,该齿轮与齿条啮合,齿轮旋转带动齿条移动。
进一步,所述矩形框的底面焊接有三块拼合成三角形切花刀,可以将土豆切成三角柱土豆块。
进一步,所述刀板与滑槽之间的距离为8~12cm,与土豆的直径范围相同,便于土豆放置在加工位上。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:加工台1、刀板2、移动槽3、滑块4、移动杆5、齿条6、齿轮7、矩形框8、切花刀9、滑槽10、刀架11、滚轮12、切片刀13、气缸14。
实施例土豆切花装置基本如附图1、图2所示:包括机架,机架上布置有水平的加工台1,该加工台1的台面左侧焊接有竖直的刀板2,刀板2的右侧8~12cm处开有滑槽10,滑槽10和刀板2之间的加工台1台面为放置土豆的加工位。
机架在该加工位上方开有竖向的移动槽3,该移动槽3的槽口朝下,槽口的口径小于移动槽3的槽宽。该移动槽3滑动配合有滑块4,该滑块4的下端面焊接有移动杆5,该移动杆5的下端伸出移动槽3的槽口。移动杆5位于移动槽3外的杆身上焊接有齿条6,机架上在该齿条6的齿面侧边焊接有齿轮7,该机架上布置有旋转电机,该旋转电机的输出轴与齿轮7的轴孔平键连接。移动杆5的下端焊接有矩形框8,该矩形框8的底面焊接有若干切花刀9,根据需要切花的形状不同,这些切花刀9可以排列成不同的形状,如五角星、字母形等,本实施例中采用三块切花刀9拼合形成三角形,可以将土豆切成三角形。
加工台1的滑槽10内配合有滚轮12,该滚轮12与刀架11的底面的滚轮座连接,该刀架11的左侧壁由上至下焊接有若干切片刀13,切片刀13水平设置且与刀架11相对,相邻切片刀13之间的距离即为土豆片的厚度。加工台1在滑槽10的右侧壁安装有气缸14,即气缸14的缸体与加工台1通过螺栓连接,该气缸14输出轴指向刀架11,并与刀架11通过螺栓固定连接。
本实施例的工作过程如下:启动旋转电机,齿轮7逆时针转动则带动齿条6下移,矩形框8则带动切花刀9下移,切花刀9将土豆切成需要的花型,本实施例中采用切花刀9将土豆切成三角柱,当切花到与加工台1接触后,触动加工台1上的触发开关,则触发开关启动气缸14,气缸14输出轴伸出推动刀架11左移,刀架11左侧壁的切片刀13伸入矩形框8,切片刀13与土豆接触并将土豆压紧在刀板2上,切片刀13将三角柱的土豆块切成的三角土豆片。

1.土豆切花装置,包括机架,机架上布置有水平的加工台,其特征在于,所述加工台上设置有竖直的刀板、刀板的右侧开有滑槽,滑槽与刀板之间为加工位;所述机架在加工位上方设置有可上下移动的矩形框,该矩形框的底面焊接有若干切花刀,所有切花刀拼合形成待切花的图形;所述滑槽内滚动配合有刀架,该刀架的左侧壁由上至下等距布置有若干水平的切片刀,该切片刀与刀架相对且可伸入矩形框内;所加工台在滑槽的右侧固定有气缸,该气缸的输出轴与刀架的右侧壁固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土豆切花装置,其特征在于:所述机架在加工位上方布置有竖直的移动槽,该移动槽内滑动配合有移动杆,该移动杆的下端与矩形框连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的土豆切花装置,其特征在于:所述移动杆的杆身上焊接有齿条,机架上转动连接有可主动旋转的齿轮,该齿轮与齿条啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的土豆切花装置,其特征在于:所述矩形框的底面焊接有三块拼合成三角形切花刀。
5.根据权利要求4所述的土豆切花装置,其特征在于:所述刀板与滑槽之间的距离为8~12cm。
