本发明公开了一种高岭土改性电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM2305 100-120、德国朗盛3950三元乙丙橡胶 20-30、丁基橡胶1751 10-20、癸二酸二正丁酯 5-10、磷酸异丙苯基二苯酯(2-氯乙基)酯5-10、季戊四醇辛酸丁酸酯10-15、矿物油2-4、N,N’-间苯撑马来酰亚胺4-6等。本发明电缆料不仅具有优异的阻燃性和不延燃性,而且同时还具有良好的耐高低温性、耐腐蚀性、耐水性、耐磨性、耐臭氧、耐老化等优点,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,具体涉及一种高岭土改性电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
自从1952年氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶实现工业化以来,就因其优良的耐老化性能、耐热及耐低温性、耐油性、耐燃性、耐磨性、及耐电绝缘性,受到电缆工业的重视。目前,它已替代传统的丁苯、天然、丁基橡胶,在船用及移动用低、中压电缆上得到广泛的应用。但是目前由氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶生产出来的电缆料的机械强度较差,无法满足现实需要。因此,开发研制高性能氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶电缆料,受到电缆行业的重视。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种高岭土改性电缆料及其制备方法。由本发明的电缆料加工成的电缆线具有优异的机械性能,耐高低温性能好,耐腐蚀性能好,耐水性、耐臭氧、耐老化,阻燃性能好。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种高岭土改性电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM2305 100-120、德国朗盛3950三元乙丙橡胶 20-30、丁基橡胶1751 10-20、癸二酸二正丁酯 5-10、磷酸异丙苯基二苯酯(2-氯乙基)酯5-10、季戊四醇辛酸丁酸酯10-15、矿物油2-4、N,N’-间苯撑马来酰亚胺4-6、脂肪酸2-3、氧化锌2-4、硬脂酸锌2-3、硬脂酸钡1-2、苯基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.5-1、硼酸锌10-15、纳米高岭土40-50、气相白炭黑20-30、纳米钾长石粉10-20、炭黑N660 10-15、抗氧剂DLTP 1-2、防老剂NBC 1-2、防老剂ODA 1-2、促进剂Na-22 2-3、促进剂CZ 1-2、氢氧化铝2-3。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM2305、德国朗盛3950三元乙丙橡胶、丁基橡胶1751和防老剂类投入开炼机,在75-85℃下混炼4-5min;
(2)将纳米高岭土、气相白炭黑、纳米钾长石粉、炭黑N660等填料加入到步骤(1)的混炼胶中,继续混炼2-3min后,将除硫化剂、促进剂外的剩下的物料加入到混炼料中,混炼4-6min后,再加入硫化剂、促进剂,薄通6-7次后,挤塑机塑化造粒,即可,挤塑机的挤出温度为155-175℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明以改善电缆料的阻燃性和耐热性,并具有成本低,效果优良的特点。本发明通过对配方调整,添加了纳米高岭土,对电缆料有一定的补强作用,可提高电缆料的定伸应力、硬度、强度和耐磨性。本发明电缆料不仅具有优异的阻燃性和不延燃性,而且同时还具有良好的耐高低温性、耐腐蚀性、耐水性、耐磨性、耐臭氧、耐老化等优点,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种高岭土改性橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM2305 108份、德国朗盛3950三元乙丙橡胶 24份、丁基橡胶1751 15份、癸二酸二正丁酯10份、磷酸异丙苯基二苯酯(2-氯乙基)酯6份、季戊四醇辛酸丁酸酯12份、硫磺1.5份、N,N’-间苯撑马来酰亚胺6份、脂肪酸3份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸锌2份、硬脂酸钡2份、苯基三乙氧基硅烷1.6份、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.8份、硼酸锌12份、纳米高岭土45份、气相白炭黑25份、纳米钾长石粉16份、炭黑N660 12份、抗氧剂DLTP 1.5份、防老剂NBC 1.5份、防老剂ODA 1.8份、促进剂Na-22 2.5份、促进剂CZ 1.5份、氢氧化铝3份。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM2305、德国朗盛3950三元乙丙橡胶、丁基橡胶1751和防老剂类投入开炼机,在82℃下混炼4min;
(2)将纳米高岭土、气相白炭黑、纳米钾长石粉、炭黑N660等填料加入到步骤(1)的混炼胶中,继续混炼3min后,将除硫化剂、促进剂外的剩下的物料加入到混炼料中,混炼5min后,再加入硫化剂、促进剂,薄通7次后,挤塑机塑化造粒,即可,挤塑机的挤出温度为165℃。

1.一种高岭土改性电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM2305 100-120、德国朗盛3950三元乙丙橡胶 20-30、丁基橡胶1751 10-20、癸二酸二正丁酯 5-10、磷酸异丙苯基二苯酯(2-氯乙基)酯5-10、季戊四醇辛酸丁酸酯10-15、矿物油2-4、N,N’-间苯撑马来酰亚胺4-6、脂肪酸2-3、氧化锌2-4、硬脂酸锌2-3、硬脂酸钡1-2、苯基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.5-1、硼酸锌10-15、纳米高岭土40-50、气相白炭黑20-30、纳米钾长石粉10-20、炭黑N660 10-15、抗氧剂DLTP 1-2、防老剂NBC 1-2、防老剂ODA 1-2、促进剂Na-22 2-3、促进剂CZ 1-2、氢氧化铝2-3;
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM2305、德国朗盛3950三元乙丙橡胶、丁基橡胶1751和防老剂类投入开炼机,在75-85℃下混炼4-5min;
(2)将纳米高岭土、气相白炭黑、纳米钾长石粉、炭黑N660等填料加入到步骤(1)的混炼胶中,继续混炼2-3min后,将除硫化剂、促进剂外的剩下的物料加入到混炼料中,混炼4-6min后,再加入硫化剂、促进剂,薄通6-7次后,挤塑机塑化造粒,即可,挤塑机的挤出温度为155-175℃。
