技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,特别是一种益气补血膏。
背景技术
血液是流动在人的血管和心脏中的一种红色不透明的粘稠液体,有运输、调节人体温度、防御、调节人体渗透压和酸碱平衡四个功能。若人体血液充足,则面色红润,视物清晰,肌肉丰满壮实,肌肤、毛发光泽,筋骨强劲,感觉和运动灵活。若血液亏虚,除可引起脏腑组织功能减退外,还可出现面色萎黄,视物昏花,唇甲色淡,皮毛枯槁,肌肉消瘦,筋骨痿软,肢体麻木,运动不灵活等症。
贫血是指全身循环血液中红细胞总量减少至正常值以下。但由于全身循环血液中红细胞总量的测定技术比较复杂,所以临床上一般指外周血中血红蛋白的浓度低于患者同年龄组、同性别和同地区的正常标准。国内的正常标准比国外的标准略低。沿海和平原地区,成年男子的血红蛋白如低于12.5g/dl,成年女子的血红蛋白低于11.0g/dl,可以认为有贫血。12岁以下儿童比成年男子的血红蛋白正常值约低15%左右,男孩和女孩无明显差别。
据世界卫生组织统计:全球约有30亿人不同程度贫血,每年因患贫血引致各类疾病而死亡的人数上千万。中国患贫血的人口概率高于西方国家,在患贫血的人群中,女性明显高于男性,老人和儿童高于中青年。约有30%-40%的婴幼儿患有贫血,主要是由于母体贫血造成的连锁反应,致使新生儿从母体中吸收的生血物质的补给不足,体格及智力发育受到严重影响,产生厌食、挑食、对各种感染抵抗力减退等。妇女的贫血发病率为64.4%,女性的例假、怀孕时自身及胎儿对生血物质的双重需求、分娩出血都是直接原因。过去贫血的主要原因是营养不良,近年来因减肥而造成营养失调,形成了严重贫血的又一人群。
贫血的成因有很多种,如先天性贫血、病理性贫血、缺铁性贫血和营养性贫血等。其中,缺铁和营养性贫血是因为缺乏造血必须的铁质和辅助造血的各种蛋白质、糖类、维生素所造成的,在人群中是较常出现的症状,一般通过补充这些物质便可达到改善的效果。
现在市面上也有专门用于补血的产品,这些产品大多是单纯补铁,或是在常规补血的中药制剂内加入无机铁或有机铁。对缺铁性贫血有一定作用,对于营养性贫血则改善不大。
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为。而且,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,以及科技水平的不断发展,人们可以更有针对性的根据自己的身体状况选择适当的食材对自己的身体进行调养。但是现有的食疗往往从口味上不能满足人们的要求,这就造成了部分患者的抵触情绪,往往效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种益气补血膏,在补脾益气、补血养颜方面效果显著。
本发明是采用以下的技术方案实现的:
一种益气补血膏,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:西洋参10-12份、当归10-12份、桂圆肉6-8份、麦冬6-8份、枸杞6-8份、川芎3-5份、黑豆3-5份、红豆3-5份、黑木耳1-3份、山药5-10份、去核大枣5-10份、炙甘草5-10份、蜂蜜10-15份、冰糖1-5份、水100-120份。
所述益气补血膏的制备方法为:
(1)将黑豆和红豆,小火烘焙去腥,粉碎;
(2)取山药,去核大枣,低温烘干后,研磨成粉,过80-100目筛;
(3)按照配比取西洋参、当归、桂圆肉、冬麦、枸杞、川芎、黑豆、红豆、黑木耳、大枣、炙甘草、冰糖加水浸泡2-3h,然后大火烧开后,转小火熬煮2-3h,过滤,取滤液;
(4)向滤液中加入山药粉、大枣粉,搅拌均匀,小火熬煮15-20min,冷却至30-45℃后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,得到益气补血膏。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的益气补血膏,西洋参补脾益肺,宁神益智,生津止渴,能增强机体对有害刺激的抵抗力,提高抗疲劳能力,有强心及促进造血机能作用;当归补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠,具有调节子宫收缩、保肝、镇静、抗维生素E缺乏症及抗菌作用;桂圆味甘,性温,含有大量的葡萄糖、蔗糖和多种维生素等物质,还含有蛋白质及多种氨基酸,对人体具有补血安神、健脑益智、补养心脾的功效,与其他中药配合,在补脾益气、补血养颜方面效果显著。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种益气补血膏,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:西洋参10份、当归10份、桂圆肉6份、麦冬6份、枸杞6份、川芎3份、黑豆3份、红豆3份、黑木耳1份、山药5份、去核大枣5份、炙甘草5份、蜂蜜10份、冰糖1份、水100份。
所述益气补血膏的制备方法为:
(1)将黑豆和红豆,小火烘焙去腥,粉碎;
(2)取山药,去核大枣,低温烘干后,研磨成粉,过80目筛;
(3)按照配比取西洋参、当归、桂圆肉、冬麦、枸杞、川芎、黑豆、红豆、黑木耳、大枣、炙甘草、冰糖加水浸泡2-3h,然后大火烧开后,转小火熬煮2h,过滤,取滤液;
(4)向滤液中加入山药粉、大枣粉,搅拌均匀,小火熬煮15min,冷却至30℃后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,得到益气补血膏。

(1)将黑豆和红豆,小火烘焙去腥,粉碎;
(2)取山药,去核大枣,低温烘干后,研磨成粉,过100目筛;
(3)按照配比取西洋参、当归、桂圆肉、冬麦、枸杞、川芎、黑豆、红豆、黑木耳、大枣、炙甘草、冰糖加水浸泡3h,然后大火烧开后,转小火熬煮3h,过滤,取滤液;
(4)向滤液中加入山药粉、大枣粉,搅拌均匀,小火熬煮20min,冷却至45℃后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,得到益气补血膏。

一种益气补血膏,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:西洋参11份、当归11份、桂圆肉7份、麦冬7份、枸杞7份、川芎4份、黑豆4份、红豆4份、黑木耳2份、山药7份、去核大枣7份、炙甘草7份、蜂蜜13份、冰糖3份、水110份。
所述益气补血膏的制备方法为:
(1)将黑豆和红豆,小火烘焙去腥,粉碎;
(2)取山药,去核大枣,低温烘干后,研磨成粉,过80-100目筛;
(3)按照配比取西洋参、当归、桂圆肉、冬麦、枸杞、川芎、黑豆、红豆、黑木耳、大枣、炙甘草、冰糖加水浸泡2-3h,然后大火烧开后,转小火熬煮2.5h,过滤,取滤液;
(4)向滤液中加入山药粉、大枣粉,搅拌均匀,小火熬煮17min,冷却至40℃后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,得到益气补血膏。

1.一种益气补血膏,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:西洋参10-12份、当归10-12份、桂圆肉6-8份、麦冬6-8份、枸杞6-8份、川芎3-5份、黑豆3-5份、红豆3-5份、黑木耳1-3份、山药5-10份、去核大枣5-10份、炙甘草5-10份、蜂蜜10-15份、冰糖1-5份、水100-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的益气补血膏,其特征在于,所述益气补血膏的制备方法为:
(1)将黑豆和红豆,小火烘焙去腥,粉碎;
(2)取山药,去核大枣,低温烘干后,研磨成粉,过80-100目筛;
(3)按照配比取西洋参、当归、桂圆肉、冬麦、枸杞、川芎、黑豆、红豆、黑木耳、大枣、炙甘草、冰糖加水浸泡2-3h,然后大火烧开后,转小火熬煮2-3h,过滤,取滤液;
(4)向滤液中加入山药粉、大枣粉,搅拌均匀,小火熬煮15-20min,冷却至30-45℃后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,得到益气补血膏。
