本发明属于地板制作工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种铜艺地板及其生产方法。本发明主要是解决现有木质地板存在的耐磨性能差、易变形、不能满足人们对外观的要求等技术问题。本发明的技术方案是:一种铜木复合地板,其中:包括木板坯料、铜板、平衡层和油漆保护层,所述铜板设在木板坯料上面并与木板坯料粘接,所述平衡层设在木板坯料下表面,所述油漆保护层设在铜板上方以及复合地板四周边缘。一种铜艺地板的生产方法,其中:它由下列步骤组成:1)坯料制备和预处理;2)铜板切割;3)涂胶、冷压、养生;4)砂光、开企口;5)油漆封层。

一种铜艺地板及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于地板制作工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种铜艺地板及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对地板的品质以及外观的要求不断的提升,传统的木质地板已经不能满足人们的需求,在木质地板上使用铜材进行结构的加固与装饰成为趋势。
但是由于铜板受热后容易变形、上弯,而且变形后很难再次恢复平整,因此在生产过程对其切割温度、压贴温度、砂光速度等都需要严格把控。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种铜艺地板及其生产方法,解决现有木质地板存在的耐磨性能差、易变形、不能满足人们对外观的要求等技术问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种铜艺地板,其中:包括木板坯料、铜板、平衡层和油漆保护层,所述铜板设在木板坯料上面并与木板坯料粘接,所述平衡层设在木板坯料下表面,所述油漆保护层设在铜板上方以及复合地板四周边缘。
一种铜艺地板的生产方法,其中:它由下列步骤组成:
1)坯料制备和预处理:将木材切割成所需形状,进行表面刨光、砂光处理,然后用真空干燥机对木板干燥,控制含水率达到4~10% ,制作成木板坯料;
2)铜板切割:选取厚度为2~6mm的铜板,根据木板坯料的形状和大小,对钢板进行水切割;
3)涂胶、冷压、养生:木板坯料单面用AB冷压胶进行涂胶,涂胶量在 140~240g/m2;将铜板贴面,在压力0.12MPa~0.2MPa 下冷压30~60分钟;在28~40℃温度下养生12~24小时;
4)砂光、开企口:在700~900r/min的转速下进行砂光,然后进行开企口工序;
5)油漆封层:在木板坯料背面粘贴平衡层,然后在铜板上和复合地板四周边缘涂刷一层厚度为0.01 ~ 0.2 mm的透明清漆形成透明保护层,制成成品铜木复合地板。
本发明使用木材作为基材,物性与木材相当,可以使用锯、刨、榫卯等传统的木制地板的加工方式进行施工,通用程度高,制作周期短;使用铜板作为压贴材料使得铜木复合地板的外观表现出铜材质地,在具备耐磨性能的同时满足了品质与外观的要求。本发明具有通用程度高、制作周期短、耐磨性能高、不易变形等优点。

下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
本实施例中的一种铜艺地板及其生产方法,其中:包括木板坯料1、铜板2、平衡层4和油漆保护层3,所述铜板2设在木板坯料1上面并与木板坯料1粘接,所述平衡层4设在木板坯料1下表面,所述油漆保护层3设在铜板2上方以及复合地板四周边缘。
一种铜艺地板的生产方法,其中:它由下列步骤组成:

实施例2

一种铜艺地板的生产方法,其中:它由下列步骤组成:
1)坯料制备和预处理:将木材切割成所需形状,进行表面刨光、砂光处理,然后用真空干燥机对木板干燥,控制含水率达到6% ,制作成木板坯料;
2)铜板切割:选取厚度为3mm的铜板,根据木板坯料的形状和大小,对铜板进行水切割;
3)涂胶、冷压、养生:木板坯料单面用AB冷压胶进行涂胶,涂胶量在 180g/m2;将铜板贴面,在压力0.15MPa下冷压40分钟;在32℃温度下养生16小时;
4)砂光、开企口:在780r/min的转速下进行砂光,然后进行开企口工序;
5)油漆封层:在木板坯料背面粘贴平衡层,然后在铜板上和复合地板四周边缘涂刷一层厚度为0.08mm的透明清漆形成透明保护层,制成成品铜木复合地板。
实施例3
本实施例中的一种铜艺地板及其生产方法,其中:包括木板坯料1、铜板2、平衡层4和油漆保护层3,所述铜板2设在木板坯料1上面并与木板坯料1粘接,所述平衡层4设在木板坯料1下表面,所述油漆保护层3设在铜板2上方以及复合地板四周边缘。
一种铜艺地板的生产方法,其中:它由下列步骤组成:
1)坯料制备和预处理:将木材切割成所需形状,进行表面刨光、砂光处理,然后用真空干燥机对木板干燥,控制含水率达到8% ,制作成木板坯料;
2)铜板切割:选取厚度为5mm的铜板,根据木板坯料的形状和大小,对铜板进行水切割;
3)涂胶、冷压、养生:木板坯料单面用AB冷压胶进行涂胶,涂胶量在 200g/m2 ;将铜板贴面,在压力0.18MPa下冷压50分钟;在36℃温度下养生20小时;
4)砂光、开企口:在830r/min的转速下进行砂光,然后进行开企口工序;
5)油漆封层:在木板坯料背面粘贴平衡层,然后在铜板上和复合地板四周边缘涂刷一层厚度为0.15mm的透明清漆形成透明保护层,制成成品铜木复合地板。
实施例4
本实施例中的一种铜艺地板及其生产方法,其中:包括木板坯料1、铜板2、平衡层4和油漆保护层3,所述铜板2设在木板坯料1上面并与木板坯料1粘接,所述平衡层4设在木板坯料1下表面,所述油漆保护层3设在铜板2上方以及复合地板四周边缘。
一种铜艺地板的生产方法,其中:它由下列步骤组成:
1)坯料制备和预处理:将木材切割成所需形状,进行表面刨光、砂光处理,然后用真空干燥机对木板干燥,控制含水率达到10% ,制作成木板坯料;
2)铜板切割:选取厚度为6mm的铜板,根据木板坯料的形状和大小,对铜板进行水切割;
3)涂胶、冷压、养生:木板坯料单面用AB冷压胶进行涂胶,涂胶量在240g/m2;将铜板贴面,在压力0.2MPa下冷压60分钟;在40℃温度下养生24小时;
4)砂光、开企口:在900r/min的转速下进行砂光,然后进行开企口工序;
5)油漆封层:在木板坯料背面粘贴平衡层,然后在铜板上和复合地板四周边缘涂刷一层厚度为0.2mm的透明清漆形成透明保护层,制成成品铜木复合地板。

1.一种铜艺地板,其特征在于:包括木板坯料(1)、铜板(2)、平衡层(4)和油漆保护层(3),所述铜板(2)设在木板坯料(1)上面并与木板坯料(1)粘接,所述平衡层(4)设在木板坯料(1)下表面,所述油漆保护层(3)设在铜板(2)上方以及复合地板四周边缘。
2.一种铜艺地板的生产方法,其特征在于:它由下列步骤组成:
1)坯料制备和预处理:将木材切割成所需形状,进行表面刨光、砂光处理,然后用真空干燥机对木板干燥,控制含水率达到4~10% ,制作成木板坯料;
2)铜板切割:选取厚度为2~6mm的铜板,根据木板坯料的形状和大小,对钢板进行水切割;
3)涂胶、冷压、养生:木板坯料单面用AB冷压胶进行涂胶,涂胶量在 140~240g/m2;将铜板贴面,在压力0.12MPa~0.2MPa 下冷压30~60分钟;在28~40℃温度下养生12~24小时;
4)砂光、开企口:在700~900r/min的转速下进行砂光,然后进行开企口工序;
5)油漆封层:在木板坯料背面粘贴平衡层,然后在铜板上和复合地板四周边缘涂刷一层厚度为0.01 ~ 0.2 mm的透明清漆形成透明保护层,制成成品铜木复合地板。
